Claims (5)
- ポールの所定位置にライトとソーラーパネルを備えるとともに蓄電手段と制御手段を備えて、前記ライトの点灯と消灯を自動的に行うソーラー屋外灯において、前記ソーラーパネルは、表面を横向きにして水平方向に湾曲しながら平面視U字状又はO字状に形成されており、前記ソーラーパネルの裏面側が前記ポールの外周面に沿うように所定の固定手段で取付けられている、ことを特徴とするソーラー屋外灯。
- 前記湾曲したソーラーパネルは、前記ポールの中心線を中心軸として水平方向160°以上の範囲をカバーするように東、南、西側を向いて設けられる、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載したソーラー屋外灯。
- 発電手段としてソーラーパネルとともに風力発電機が設けられており、前記風力発電機は、回転の中心軸線が前記ポールの中心線に一致する垂直軸型の風車を備えている、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載したソーラー屋外灯。
- 前記垂直軸型の風車には、その羽根の外周面所定位置に、横向きで縦長のソーラーパネルが付設されており、前記ソーラーパネルの回転により水平方向総ての向きにおいて太陽光を受光可能な状態で太陽光発電を行いながら風力発電を行う、ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載したソーラー屋外灯。
- 前記ライトの点灯と消灯は、前記制御手段に備えたGPS測位手段・計時手段を用いて検出した設置位置と季節に応じて日の出・日の入り時刻を特定しながら行うタイマー制御によるものである、ことを特徴とする請求項1,2,3又は4に記載したソーラー屋外灯。
