Description

The present invention relates to a waterproof structure for a vehicle door that prevents water that has entered the inside of the door from leaking from the outside of the vehicle to the vehicle compartment side.

DESCRIPTION OF RELATED ART The door for motor vehicles which are vehicles employ | adopts the waterproof structure which prevents the invasion of the water which invaded the inside of the door from the outside of a vehicle to the vehicle interior side. In general, as shown in FIG. 8, the door 30 includes a door outer panel 31 forming the outer surface side of the vehicle body, and a door inner panel 33 forming the vehicle interior side and facing the door outer panel 31 and forming the service hole 32. A service hole cover 34 that covers a surface of the door inner panel 33 on the vehicle interior side so that water that has entered between the outside of the vehicle and the door inner panel 33 via the service hole 32 does not leak to the vehicle interior side. A linear adhesive 35 extending along the surface on the vehicle interior side so as to form a frame surrounding the service hole 32 and bonding the outer edge of the service hole cover 34 to the surface on the vehicle interior side; , And a wire harness 37 provided so that a part in the longitudinal direction thereof intersects with an adhesive part 36 extending in the vertical direction of the linear adhesive 35. One end of the wire harness 37 is connected to a connector 38 provided on a surface on the vehicle cabin side, and a plurality of portions in the middle thereof are attached to the door inner panel 33 by clamps 39.

However, at the intersection 40 where the adhesive part 36 and a part of the wire harness 37 intersect, at least between the adhesive part 36, the wire harness 37, and the service hole cover 34, at least between any two of them. However, water tends to enter between the door inner panel 33 and the service hole cover 34 from outside the vehicle, such as when it is raining, and this water is partially removed by the adhesive material portion 36 and the wire harness 37 due to its own weight. When the water flows down toward the intersection along the route, water that has fallen through the gap between the intersections 40 leaks to the cabin side, and the connector 38 as an electrical component may be wetted with water.

Conventionally, as described in Patent Document 1, for example, when the door 30 is viewed from the passenger compartment side, a part of the wire harness 37 moves from the inside to the outside of the frame-shaped linear adhesive 35 as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 8, the adhesive portion 36 in the vicinity of the upper portion of the part of the wire harness 37 is bent, and the top 41 a of the bent part 41 on the mountain fold side is combined with a part of the wire harness 37. A structure has been proposed that is located on the front side (the side in the direction of the Fr arrow in FIG. 8) with reference to a vertical imaginary line passing through the intersection 40 with the adhesive portion 36.

JP 2009-137317 A (see paragraphs 0022 to 0027 and FIGS. 1 to 3)

By the way, as described in Patent Literature 1 described above, the step of bending and assembling the adhesive portion 36 in the upper vicinity area of a part of the wire harness 37 is usually performed manually, and the bending of the bending portion 41 is performed. The degree is left to the discretion of the operator, but due to the lack of flexibility and difficulty in handling the wire harness, etc., the bent portion 41 of the adhesive portion 36 in the upper vicinity area of a part of the wire harness 37 is determined. The degree of bending varies from worker to worker, or the degree of bending tends to vary between the same worker or from vehicle to vehicle. In some cases, the connector 38 cannot be completely suppressed, and as a result, the connector 38 may be wet.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to reliably prevent water leaked into a door from leaking into a vehicle compartment without being affected by variations in an assembling operation performed by an operator.

In order to achieve the above object, a waterproof structure for a vehicle door according to the present invention is a waterproof structure for a vehicle door that prevents water that has entered the inside of the door from leaking out of the vehicle and leaking into the cabin. A door inner panel having a service hole formed therein, a service hole cover for covering a surface of the door inner panel on a vehicle interior side, and a service hole cover provided on the vehicle interior side surface so as to have a frame shape surrounding the service hole, A linear adhesive for adhering the service hole cover to the vehicle-side surface, and one end connected to a connector provided outside the linear adhesive on the vehicle-side surface; A wire harness disposed so that the one end side interfering with the vertical portion of the linear adhesive extends upward from the inside of the linear adhesive toward the connector outside the linear adhesive; and The vertical portion of the linear adhesive that interferes with the one end of the harness is divided into an upper side and a lower side, and the upper end is divided along the upper side of the divided linear adhesive. An upper split end of the linear adhesive is disposed so that water flowing down from the connector does not fall on the connector, and the linear water flowing down from the upper split end along the upper side of the linear adhesive is disposed. The lower part of the linear adhesive is arranged so that the inflow of the adhesive to the outside is prevented by the lower part of the divided linear adhesive.

According to the present invention, the vertical portion of the linear adhesive that interferes with one end of the wire harness connected to the connector is divided into an upper side and a lower side, and the upper side of the divided linear adhesive is The upper split end of the linear adhesive is arranged so that water flowing down from the upper split end does not reach the connector, and water flowing down from the upper split end along the upper side of the linear adhesive is arranged. Since the lower side of the linear adhesive is arranged so as to prevent the inflow of the linear adhesive to the outside by the lower side of the divided linear adhesive, the one side of the wire harness of the linear adhesive is There is no need to bend the line adhesive as in the past when assembling the interfering part. By dividing the line adhesive, the operator can easily adjust the upper and lower sides of the line adhesive. Can be placed in Who without being affected by variations in assembly work, the leakage into the passenger compartment side of the water entering the inside of the door can be reliably prevented.

An embodiment of a waterproof structure for a vehicle door according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 1 is a side view in which a part of the door is cut, and FIG. 2 is a side view in which a part of FIG. 1 is enlarged.

The door for an automobile (vehicle) according to the present embodiment is configured in substantially the same manner as that shown in FIG. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the door 1 includes a door outer panel 2 forming an outer surface side of a vehicle body, and a door inner panel 4 forming a vehicle interior side and facing the door outer panel 2 and forming a service hole 3. A service hole cover 5 that covers a surface of the door inner panel 4 on the vehicle interior side so that water that has entered between the outside of the vehicle and the door inner panel 4 via the service hole 3 does not leak to the vehicle interior side; A linear adhesive material 6 made of butyl rubber, which extends along the vehicle compartment side so as to have a substantially frame shape surrounding the service hole 3 and adheres the outer edge of the service hole cover 5 to the vehicle compartment side surface; A wire harness 7 extending along a side surface of the vehicle and disposed at a position where a part of the longitudinal direction of the wire harness interferes with the linear adhesive material 6, and one end 7 a of the wire harness 7 provided on a vehicle side surface Connection It comprises a connector 8 that is, a clamp 9 for attaching the middle of a plurality of locations of the wire harness 7 to the door inner panel 4. At this time, the one end 7a of the wire harness 7 connected to the connector 8 is arranged so as to extend upward with respect to the clamp 9 located at the rearmost side.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a region surrounded by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 1. As shown in FIG. 2, the vertical portion of the linear adhesive 6 that interferes with one end 7 a of the wire harness 7 The water flowing along the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 divided into the side 61 and the lower side 62 flows down from the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 within a range indicated by a broken line and hatching in FIG. The split end 61a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is located below the connector 8 and above and in front of the rear clamp 9 so as not to be caught on the connector 8 (Fr arrow in FIG. 2). Direction). Here, one end 7a of the wire harness 7 that is obliquely upward is disposed so as to pass over the lower side 62 of the linear adhesive 6.

Further, in order to prevent water flowing along the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 and flowing down from the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 from flowing into the outside of the linear adhesive 6, the lower part of the linear adhesive 6 is formed. The lower side 62 is arranged so that the divided end 62a of the side 62 is in contact with the upper side 61 at a position above the rear clamp 9 and above the divided end 61a of the upper side 61. As a result, water flowing along the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 and flowing down from the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61 is blocked by the lower side 62 and is prevented from flowing outside the linear adhesive 6. The divided end 62a on the lower side 62 of the linear adhesive 6 only needs to be in contact with the upper side 61 at least at a position higher than the divided end 61a on the upper side 61.

As described above, the vertical portion of the linear adhesive 6 where the one end 7a of the wire harness 7 interferes is divided into the upper side 61 and the lower side 62, and the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is separated. , The connector is disposed below the connector 8, above the rear clamp 9, and forward (in the direction of the arrow Fr in FIG. 1), and the divided end 62 a of the lower side 62 is higher than the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61. By arranging so as to be in contact with the upper side 61 at the position, water droplets flowing down along the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 fall within a range shown by a broken line in FIG. Without being wet by the dropped water, the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive 6 travels along the upper side 61 outside the linear adhesive 6, that is, in the direction opposite to the direction of the arrow Fr in FIGS. 1 and 2. To prevent the falling water drops from flowing in That. The water that has entered the inside of the door 1 flows out through a drain hole provided at the lower part of the door 1.

In addition, the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive 6 is located below and forward of the intersection between the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive 6 and the one end 7a of the wire harness 7. However, at the intersection, there was a slight gap between at least any two of the lower side 62 of the linear adhesive 6, the wire harness 7, and the service hole cover 5. Even if it does, water flowing down along the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive 6 does not flow into this gap, and a good waterproof effect can be obtained.

Therefore, according to the above-described embodiment, the split end 61a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is arranged below the connector 8 and closer to the front (in the direction indicated by the arrow Fr in FIG. 1), and at the lower side. Since the lower side 62 is arranged such that the split end 62a of the 62 contacts the upper side 61 at a position higher than the split end 61a of the upper side 61, the linear adhesive 6 interferes with one end 7a of the wire harness 7. It is not necessary to bend the linear adhesive at the time of the assembling work of the portion to be bonded as in the related art, and by dividing the linear adhesive 6, the worker can work on the upper side 61 and the lower side of the linear adhesive 6. 62 can be easily arranged, and it is possible to reliably prevent water that has entered the inside of the door 1 from leaking into the vehicle compartment side without being affected by variations in the assembling work of the operator. Become.

(Modification 1)
Next, typical modifications 1 to 5 of the above-described embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. In the following, description will be made with reference to FIG.

In the first modification, as shown in FIG. 3, the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is placed below the connector 8, above the last clamp 9, and forward (see FIG. 3). (In the direction of the arrow Fr), the divided end 62a of the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 is at the same height or slightly higher than the divided end 61a of the upper side 61, and is located below or below the connector 8. The lower side 62 is arranged so as to be located below and behind. According to the first modification, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

(Modification 2)
Further, in the second modification, as shown in FIG. 4, the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is positioned below the connector 8, above the rearmost clamp 9 and forward (see FIG. 4). (In the direction indicated by the arrow Fr in the drawing), and the divided end 62a of the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 wraps around the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 and the connector 8 from above and above the connector 8. The lower side 62 is arranged so as to contact the upper side 61 at the front. Thus, also in Modification Example 2, the same effect as in the above-described embodiment can be obtained.

(Modification 3)
In the third modification, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive 6 is vertically arranged so as to intersect with one end 7 a of the wire harness 7, and the divided ends thereof are separated. The upper side 61 is arranged so that the lower side 61a contacts the lower side 62 below and below the rear rear clamp 9, and the divided end 62a of the lower side 62 is below or below the connector 8 and rearward (see FIG. 5). The lower side 62 is disposed so as to be positioned in the direction opposite to the direction of the arrow Fr. As a result, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained in the third modification.

(Modification 4)
Further, in Modification 4, as shown in FIG. 6, the lower end of the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 is slightly bent rearward (in the direction opposite to the direction indicated by the arrow Fr in FIG. 6) to form a wire harness. The upper side 61 is arranged so as to intersect with one end 7a of the upper end 7 and the upper end is arranged so that the divided end 61a is substantially the same height as the rearmost clamp 9 and is located behind the latter. 61 is arranged. In addition, the upper end of the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive 6 is slightly bent forward (in the direction of the arrow Fr in FIG. 6) so as to intersect with one end 7a of the wire harness 7, and The lower side 62 is arranged so that the divided end 62a is located at substantially the same height position as the connector 8 and is located above, above, or forward of the divided end 61a of the upper side 61. As a result, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained in the fourth modification.

(Modification 5)
In the last modified example 5, as shown in FIG. 7, the divided end 61a of the upper side 61 of the linear adhesive 6 is located above the connector 8 and above or above the last clamp 9 and The upper side 61 is arranged forward (in the direction of the arrow Fr in FIG. 7), and the lower side 62 of the divided linear adhesive material 6 intersects one end 7a of the wire harness 7, and the divided end 62a is located at the upper end. The lower side 62 is arranged so as to contact the upper side 61 above the divided end 61a of the side 61. As a result, the same effects as those of the above-described embodiment can be obtained in the fourth modification.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various changes other than those described above can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, as shown in FIG. 2, the linear adhesive 6 is divided into an upper side 61 and a lower side 62, and the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61 is located below and behind the connector 8. It is arranged above the front clamp 9 and forward (in the direction of the arrow Fr in FIG. 2), and the divided end 62a of the lower side 62 contacts the upper side 61 at a position higher than the divided end 61a of the upper side 61. However, the arrangement of the linear adhesive 6 on the upper side 61 and the lower side 62 is not limited to the arrangement shown in FIG. 2 and the arrangements of Modifications 1 to 5 shown in FIGS. In short, the linear adhesive 6 is divided into an upper side 61 and a lower side 62 so that water flowing along the upper side 61 of the divided linear adhesive 6 and flowing down from the divided end 61 a of the upper side 61 does not reach the connector 8. And the upper side 61 Along the upper side 61 of the timber 6 water flowing down from the split end 61a of the upper side 61, it may be disposed lower side 62 so as to prevent the flow into the outside of the linear adhesive 6.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, an example in which butyl rubber is used as the linear adhesive 6 has been described. However, the present invention is not limited to butyl rubber. In short, the adhesiveness between the door inner panel and the service hole cover is good. What is necessary is just to form a linear shape. Furthermore, the linear adhesive 6 does not necessarily need to be in the shape of a frame, but may be in a U-shape including three sides on the front side, the rear side, and the upper side.
