このコミュニティシステムによれば、住宅群に水素利用設備が配備されているので、水素の利用により低炭素化に貢献できる。
(3)上記コミュニティシステムにおいて、前記水素利用設備は、水素ガスを利用する厨房機器と、人による水素ガスの吸引に使用される水素吸引機器と、水素水を利用する水素水利用機器と、のうちの少なくとも1つを含むものとしてもよい。
このコミュニティシステムによれば、さまざまな形態で水素を利用できる。
(4)上記コミュニティシステムにおいて、前記住宅群は、前記水素貯蔵装置としての水素タンクと、太陽光を利用して水素を製造するソーラーパネルとを有し、前記管理システムは、前記住宅群の前記水素タンクを水素バッファとして水素の管理を行うものとしてもよい。

(6)上記コミュニティシステムにおいて、前記水素補充装置は、前記住宅群に設けられた水素供給ノズルであるものとしてもよい。
このコミュニティシステムによれば、住宅群に設けられた水素供給ノズルを用いて燃料電池車両に水素を供給できるので、水素の利用がより容易になる。
(1)水素ガスを利用する厨房機器
(2)人による水素ガスの吸引に使用される水素吸引機器
(3)水素水を利用する水素水利用機器

(1)現在水素残量V1
現在水素残量V1は、現時点におけるその住宅210の水素の持ち分である。
(2)前月末水素残量V2
前月末水素残量V2は、前月末におけるその住宅210の水素の持ち分である。
(3)水素生産量V3
水素生産量V3は、今月初めから現時点までの期間におけるその住宅210の水素の持ち分の増加量である。例えば、水素生産量V3は、その住宅210が属する住宅群200の水素生成装置であるソーラーパネル250で生成された水素量のうち、その住宅210に割り当てられた量である。各住宅群200において、その住宅群のソーラーパネル250で生成された水素量を各住宅210にどのように割り当てるかを示す割り当て情報は、予め管理データベース420に設定されている。
(4)水素消費量V4
水素消費量V4は、今月初めから現時点までの期間におけるその住宅210の水素の消費量である。水素消費量V4は、その住宅210の水素供給ノズル212及び水素利用設備214で消費された水素量の合計である。
(5)水素購入量V5
水素購入量V5は、今月初めから現時点までの期間においてその住宅210が外部から購入した水素の量である。
(6)水素売却量V6
水素売却量V6は、今月初めから現時点までの期間においてその住宅210が外部に売却した水素の量である。水素売却量V6と水素購入量V5の差分(V6−V5)は、各住宅210における水素の譲渡量に相当する。
(1)図1のコミュニティシステムの住宅群200a〜200dを、住宅群200e〜200hに変更した。
(2)FC発電設備100を地下に埋設した。

- 水素を利用するコミュニティシステムであって、
水素供給源と、
前記水素供給源から供給された水素を貯蔵する水素貯蔵装置と、
前記水素供給源と前記水素貯蔵装置のうちの少なくとも一方から供給される水素を利用して発電を行う燃料電池を含むFC発電設備と、
前記水素供給源と前記水素貯蔵装置のうちの少なくとも一方から供給される水素を燃料電池車両に補充する水素補充装置と、
前記FC発電設備から供給される電力と、前記水素供給源と前記水素貯蔵装置のうちの少なくとも一方から供給される水素と、を利用する複数の住宅を含む住宅群と、
前記コミュニティシステム内における水素の管理を行う管理システムと、
を備えるコミュニティシステム。 - 請求項1に記載のコミュニティシステムであって、
前記住宅群は、水素利用設備を備える、コミュニティシステム。 - 請求項2に記載のコミュニティシステムであって、
前記水素利用設備は、水素ガスを利用する厨房機器と、人による水素ガスの吸引に使用される水素吸引機器と、水素水を利用する水素水利用機器と、のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、コミュニティシステム。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコミュニティシステムであって、
前記住宅群は、前記水素貯蔵装置としての水素タンクと、太陽光を利用して水素を製造するソーラーパネルとを有し、
前記管理システムは、前記住宅群の前記水素タンクを水素バッファとして水素の管理を行う、コミュニティシステム。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコミュニティシステムであって、
前記コミュニティシステムは、パイプラインで互いに接続された複数の前記住宅群を含む、コミュニティシステム。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか以降に記載のコミュニティシステムであって、
前記水素補充装置は、前記住宅群に設けられた水素供給ノズルである、コミュニティシステム。
