Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a pyramid package in which an article to be packaged is contained by a packaging film.
Pyramidal packages are widely used as one form of self-supporting packages. The pyramid package disclosed in Patent Literature 1 (FIG. 4A) includes a packaging film forming a pyramid-shaped storage unit and a packaged object stored in the storage unit. The packaging film is formed of a soluble sheet that dissolves in a liquid such as water. When the pyramidal package is thrown into water, the soluble sheet dissolves, and the accommodation section opens. Thus, the package comes into contact with water.
However, in some cases, after the container is opened and the object to be packaged comes into contact with water, the package film sinks in water before completely dissolving, and reaches the bottom surface. In particular, when the packaging film is only a water-soluble resin film, this phenomenon is remarkable, and the packaging film which is submerged and adheres to the bottom surface becomes a lump, and is dissolved only from the surface of the lump. There is a possibility that dissolution of the article to be packaged may be hindered, or the undissolved packaging film may deteriorate the surrounding environment.
The present invention has been conceived under the circumstances described above, and provides a pyramid-shaped packaging body that can more reliably contact an object to be packaged with a liquid and suppress the packaging film from being submerged. The subject.
The pyramid package provided by the present invention is a pyramid package including a pyramid-shaped packaging film having a housing portion and four tops, and a packaged object stored in the packaging film, wherein the packaging film Has a structure in which a water-soluble paper and a water-soluble resin are laminated, and when put into an aqueous liquid, one of the four tops is exposed from the liquid surface and the other three tops are liquid. A first state floating in the aqueous liquid in a posture existing therein, and after passing through the first state, the four top portions are still connected to each other while the packaging film undergoes a bag break starting from dissolution in the packaging film. A second state in which an object comes into contact with the aqueous liquid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the weight of the packaged object is not less than 20% and not more than 80% of a weight which is a product of a volume of the storage section and a density of the aqueous liquid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the weight of the article to be packaged is not less than 60% and not more than 80% of the weight which is the product of the volume of the storage section and the density of the aqueous liquid.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the packaging film has a remaining portion that is in contact with the liquid surface in the second state and partially blocks a bag break originating from dissolution.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the remaining portion is constituted by a layer provided on the surface of the packaging film and made of a material that prevents dissolution.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the remaining portion is configured by heat sealing a part of the packaging film.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the wrapping film has a gripping instruction portion for instructing a portion to be gripped when being charged into the aqueous liquid.
According to the present invention, when the pyramid package is put into the aqueous liquid, it takes the first state and then takes the second state. First, by taking the first state, it is possible to prevent, for example, the pyramid package from being completely submerged in the aqueous liquid before the bag breaks, or from reaching the bottom of the container. Next, by taking the second state, the packaging film floating near the liquid surface of the aqueous liquid breaks, and the packaged object comes into contact with the aqueous liquid and discharges into the aqueous liquid. be able to. Further, in the second state, by maintaining the state in which the four tops are connected, it is possible to maintain the state in which the entire packaging film floats for a longer time, and a part of the packaging film. Can be prevented from adhering to the bottom and the like. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably bring the packaged object into contact with the aqueous liquid and suppress the packaging film from being submerged.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the detailed description given below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.

The
Examples of the water-soluble material include water-soluble paper (including a water-soluble fiber material such as a nonwoven fabric) and a water-soluble resin. Examples of the water-soluble resin include natural polymers (starch derivatives and the like), synthetic polymers (polyvinyl alcohol, butenediol / vinyl alcohol copolymer, polyvinyl ether, polyvinylpyrrolidone, sodium polyacrylate, polyacrylamide, etc.) Synthetic polymers (such as cellulose derivatives) and the like can be mentioned.
The form of the
In the present embodiment, the
The preferred thickness of the base film layer is 30 μm to 120 μm, and the preferred thickness of the sealant layer is 10 μm to 90 μm. If the thicknesses of the base film layer and the sealant layer are too large, there is a concern that it takes too much time until the dissolution in water is completed. On the other hand, if the thicknesses of the base film layer and the sealant layer are too thin, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the pyramidal package A1, or there is a concern that the shape becomes susceptible to moisture in the air. Further, when the pyramid package A1 is put into the

The remaining

The article to be packaged 8 is accommodated in the
Next, an example of the pyramid package A1 will be described below with reference to FIGS.
The pyramid package A1 of this embodiment has a configuration in which the
First, as shown in FIG. 3, the pyramid package A1 was gripped by the finger Fg. In the illustrated example, the pyramid package A1 is gripped by pinching the vicinity of the top 121 with the finger Fg. Next, the gripped finger Fg was opened to release the pyramid package A1, and the pyramid package A1 was dropped into the
When the pyramid package A1 assumes the first state, the
It is considered that the bag breakage of the
Table 1 shows the results of this example. The submersion depth D is the depth of submergence of the pyramid package A1 from the
Next, the operation of the pyramid package A1 will be described.
According to the present embodiment, the pyramid package A1 assumes the second state after taking the first state. First, by taking the first state, it is possible to prevent, for example, the pyramid package A1 from being completely submerged in the
In particular, when the
As shown in Table 1, when the weight W is 50 g, the immersion depth D is 59.5 mm, which is a value close to the height of the
Further, the bag breaking time T was approximately less than 7 sec when the weight W was 30 g and 40 g, and was approximately 7 sec or more when the weight W was 10 g and 20 g. If the bag breaking time T is unduly long, in addition to the bag breaking near the waterline, melting or bag breaking at an unintended location may progress or sufficient bag breaking may not occur. From such a viewpoint, the weight W is preferably 30 g or more and 40 g or less. In this case, the weight W corresponds to 60% or more and 80% or less of the weight which is the product of the volume of the
Since the remaining
6 to 11 show modified examples and other embodiments of the present invention. In these drawings, the same or similar elements as those in the above embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the above embodiment.

FIG. 6 shows a first modification of the pyramid package A1. The pyramid package A11 of this modification is different from the above-described example in the configuration of the remaining
According to such a modification, the packaged

FIG. 8 shows a second modification of the pyramid package A1. In the pyramid package A12 of this modification, the remaining

FIG. 10 shows a third modification of the pyramid package A1. In the pyramid package A13 of this modification, the remaining

<Second embodiment>
FIG. 11 shows a pyramid package according to the second embodiment of the present invention. The pyramid package A2 of the present embodiment is different from the above-described embodiment in that a grip instructing unit 5 is provided. As for the configuration other than the grip instructing unit 5, various configurations including the above-described pyramid packaging bodies A1, A11, and A12 can be appropriately adopted.
The grip instructing unit 5 is for instructing the user of the pyramid package A2 on a part to be gripped. The configuration of the gripping instruction unit 5 is not particularly limited as long as it is a configuration that can be recognized as a part to be gripped by the user. The grip instructing unit 5 is appropriately configured by a predetermined display such as printing on the

The pyramid package according to the present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. The specific configuration of each part of the pyramidal package according to the present invention can be variously changed in design. For example, as long as at least a part of the remaining
