Claims (10)
- 内燃機関であって、
排気が流れる排気流路と、
前記排気流路に取り付けられたノズルを介して前記排気流路に還元剤を供給して排気に混合する還元剤供給部と、
前記排気流路から流入する排気を触媒に接触させて脱硝処理を行う反応器と、
前記反応器を通過した排気が導かれる煙道と、
前記反応器を迂回して前記排気流路と前記煙道とを接続するバイパス流路と、
前記バイパス流路を開閉するバイパス弁と、
前記反応器および前記バイパス流路と前記煙道との間に配置され、排気により回転するタービンと、
前記タービンの回転を動力として吸気を加圧するコンプレッサと、
前記還元剤供給部を制御する供給制御部と、
を備え、
前記還元剤供給部は、
前記還元剤が貯溜される還元剤供給源と、
前記還元剤供給源と前記ノズルとを接続する配管と、
前記還元剤供給源から前記配管を介して前記ノズルへと前記還元剤を送出するポンプと、
を備え、
前記供給制御部は、前記バイパス弁の開弁処理または前記ポンプの停止処理が検知されると、前記還元剤供給部を制御して前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給を停止させ、
前記バイパス弁が閉弁された状態では、前記反応器を通過した排気が前記タービンに流入し、
前記バイパス弁が開弁された状態では、前記反応器および前記バイパス流路を通過した排気が前記タービンに流入することを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記還元剤供給部は、
前記配管上に設けられ、前記ポンプにより送出された前記還元剤の送出先を、前記ノズルと前記ノズル以外の他の構成との間で切り替える切替部をさらに備え、
前記供給制御部は、前記バイパス弁の開弁処理または前記ポンプの停止処理が検知されると、前記切替部を制御して前記還元剤の送出先を前記ノズルから前記他の構成へと切り替えることにより、前記ノズルから前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給を停止させることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項2に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記他の構成は、前記還元剤供給源または前記切替部よりも上流の前記配管であることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項2または3に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記供給制御部は、前記バイパス弁の開弁処理が検知されると、前記切替部を制御して前記還元剤の送出先を前記ノズルから前記他の構成へと切り替えることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項2ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関であって、
前記還元剤供給部は、前記切替部と前記ノズルとの間において前記ノズル近傍にて前記配管上に設けられる逆止弁をさらに備えることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の内燃機関であって、
前記ノズルにガスを供給するガス供給部をさらに備え、
前記ノズルから前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給が停止された後、前記供給制御部は、前記ガス供給部を制御して前記ノズルに前記ガスを供給させることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項6に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記ノズルに洗浄液を供給する洗浄液供給部をさらに備え、
前記ノズルから前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給が停止された後、前記供給制御部は、前記洗浄液供給部を制御して前記ノズルに前記洗浄液を供給させ、
前記ガス供給部から前記ノズルへの前記ガスの供給は、前記洗浄液供給部から前記ノズルへの前記洗浄液の供給開始から、所定時間の経過後に開始されることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項7に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記供給制御部は、前記バイパス弁が開弁されている状態で、前記バイパス弁の閉弁処理が検知されると、所定時間の経過後に前記洗浄液供給部から前記ノズルへの前記洗浄液の供給を停止することを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関であって、
前記供給制御部は、前記バイパス弁の開弁処理が検知されると、前記ポンプの運転を停止することにより、前記ノズルから前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給を停止させることを特徴とする内燃機関。 - 排気が流れる排気流路と、前記排気流路に取り付けられたノズルを介して前記排気流路に還元剤を供給して排気に混合する還元剤供給部と、前記排気流路から流入する排気を触媒に接触させて脱硝処理を行う反応器と、前記反応器を通過した排気が導かれる煙道と、前記反応器を迂回して前記排気流路と前記煙道とを接続するバイパス流路と、前記バイパス流路を開閉するバイパス弁と、前記反応器および前記バイパス流路と前記煙道との間に配置され、排気により回転するタービンと、前記タービンの回転を動力として吸気を加圧するコンプレッサと、を備え、前記バイパス弁が閉弁された状態では、前記反応器を通過した排気が前記タービンに流入し、前記バイパス弁が開弁された状態では、前記反応器および前記バイパス流路を通過した排気が前記タービンに流入する内燃機関において、前記還元剤供給部を制御する制御システムであって、
前記還元剤供給部は、
前記還元剤が貯溜される還元剤供給源と、
前記還元剤供給源と前記ノズルとを接続する配管と、
前記還元剤供給源から前記配管を介して前記ノズルへと前記還元剤を送出するポンプと、
を備え、
前記制御システムは、
前記バイパス弁の開弁処理または前記ポンプの停止処理を検知する検知部と、
前記検知部により前記バイパス弁の開弁処理または前記ポンプの停止処理が検知されると、前記還元剤供給部を制御して前記排気流路への前記還元剤の供給を停止させる供給制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする制御システム。
