Description

The present invention provides a beam configured by arranging ends of a plurality of steel frames in a butt shape, arranging an attachment plate (splice plate) at the abutting portion, and connecting with a connecting tool, and A raising member placed and supported on the upper surface excluding the location of the supporting plate, a holding member disposed and supported above the supporting plate, and a tight frame disposed and supported on the upper surface of the holding member and the raising member. The present invention relates to a roof support structure for supporting a folded-plate roof placed on the upper surface of a tight frame.

In such a roof support structure, the ends of a plurality of steel frames are arranged in a butt shape, and an attachment plate is arranged at the abutting portion and connected by a connecting tool such as a bolt and a nut to form a beam. At the location of the attachment plate, the attachment plate and the head or nut of the bolt protrude upward from the upper surface of the beam, making it difficult to directly mount and support the tight frame on the upper surface of the beam.
Therefore, conventionally, a raising member made of channel steel is arranged on the upper surface of the beam except for the location of the attachment plate, and a holding member that does not interfere with the attachment plate and the head or nut of the bolt at the attachment position of the attachment plate, that is, A holding member, which is formed by cutting out the part that interferes with the attachment plate on the side surface of the channel steel, is arranged, and a tight frame is placed on the upper surface of the holding member and the raising member to support the roof made of folded plates. The following is known (for example, see Patent Document 1).

特開平3−166453号公報(特に第6図a〜d)JP-A-3-166453 (particularly FIGS. 6a to 6d)

However, in the prior art described in the above-mentioned patent document, the holding member is the same as the remaining upper surface portion of the channel steel whose side surfaces are notched, that is, the holding member is substantially the same as that formed by an elongated metal plate. When wind pressure acts on the roof, the relatively long holding member between the adjacent raising members repeatedly bends and moves greatly in the vertical direction, causing so-called fluttering. There is a problem that arises.
Incidentally, in order to prevent the holding member from fluttering, for example, an elongated flat steel having substantially the same length as the holding member is arranged between the holding member and the attachment plate along the holding member, and the flat steel It is conceivable to weld the upper end to the lower surface of the holding member and the lower end to the upper surface of the attachment plate.
However, in this case, there is a disadvantage that a relatively long flat steel is required, the welding amount is increased, and the cost is increased.

The present invention focuses on such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide a folded plate roof support structure which is relatively inexpensive and has less flutter.

A first characteristic configuration of the present invention is a beam configured by arranging ends of a plurality of steel frames in a butt shape, arranging an attachment plate at the butt portion, and connecting with a connecting tool, and A raising member placed and supported on the upper surface excluding the location of the supporting plate, a holding member disposed and supported above the supporting plate, and a tight frame disposed and supported on the upper surface of the holding member and the raising member A roof support structure for supporting a roof made of folded plates placed on the upper surface of the tight frame, wherein the holding member is a metal plate member extending between the adjacent raising members. The holding member is provided with a metal leg member projecting downward at an intermediate portion in a longitudinal direction thereof, and the leg member is provided with the attachment plate. At the point where it is welded.

According to this configuration, the holding member disposed above the attachment plate is formed of a metal flat plate extending between the upper surfaces of the adjacent raising members, and both ends thereof are supported by being welded to the adjacent raising members. Therefore, the holding member can be easily manufactured from a relatively inexpensive material, and the cost can be reduced. And the holding member is provided with a metal leg member projecting downward at an intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction, and the leg member is welded to the attachment plate, so that the leg member is welded to the attachment plate with a relatively small welding amount. If there is only one leg member, the holding member is substantially divided into two in the longitudinal direction, and if there are two leg members, it is substantially divided into three.
Therefore, for example, when wind pressure acts on the roof, the relatively long holding member between the adjacent raising members is bent vertically in a state of being substantially divided into two or three, and the amount of deflection in the vertical direction Is reduced, and the fluttering of the holding member, that is, the fluttering of the entire folded plate roof can be suppressed as much as possible. As a result, it is possible to provide a folded plate roof support structure with less flutter at a relatively low cost.

A second characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the leg member is formed of a flat plate extending in a width direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction of the holding member.

According to this configuration, since the leg member is formed of the flat plate member extending in the width direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the holding member, fluttering of the holding member is effectively suppressed.
That is, if the leg member is a bar, the holding member is held at points and divided, and when the wind pressure acts, the holding member may be twisted to promote fluttering. However, since the leg member is a flat plate extending in the width direction of the holding member, the holding member is held by a line and divided, thereby suppressing the twisting of the holding member and suppressing flutter more effectively. can do.

A third characteristic configuration of the present invention is that the attachment plate is disposed over substantially the entire width of the beam in a plan view, and the holding member is configured to be narrower than the attachment plate.

According to this configuration, the attachment plate is disposed over substantially the entire width of the beam in a plan view, so that when connecting the ends of the steel frames constituting the beam, the connection is surely performed using the connection tool. be able to. And since a holding member is comprised narrower than the attachment plate, the further cost reduction of a holding member is attained.

A fourth characteristic configuration of the present invention is that at least one end of the leg member protrudes outward from the holding member in plan view.

According to this configuration, at least one end of the leg member projects outward from the holding member in a plan view, so when welding the leg member to the attachment plate, only the portion projecting from the holding member is attached to the attachment plate. Welding is also possible, and the work of welding the leg members to the attachment plate is facilitated, and workability can be improved.
When both ends of the leg member project outside the holding member, both ends of the leg member protruding from the holding member are welded to the attachment plate, so that the connection of the leg member to the attachment plate is further strengthened. Becomes

A fifth characteristic configuration of the present invention resides in that only one leg member is provided corresponding to an abutting portion of a steel frame constituting the beam.

According to this configuration, since only one leg member is provided corresponding to the joint portion of the steel frame, it is possible to reliably prevent the leg member from interfering with the connecting tool for connecting the steel frame, and The occurrence of fluttering can be suppressed while reducing costs and the amount of welding.
Particularly, in the joint portion of the steel frame, the interval between the connecting members adjacent to each other in the longitudinal direction of the holding member across the joint portion is often relatively wide, and in this case, the welding operation of the leg member to the attachment plate is performed. Becomes easier.

An embodiment of a roof support structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The roof support structure of the present invention supports a roof 1 made of a folded plate as shown in FIG. 1, and as shown in FIG. 2, a beam 2 composed of a plurality of steel frames 2a and 2b, Raising member 3 mounted and supported on the upper surface of 2, holding member 4 welded and supported on raising member 3, and roof 1 supported and supported on the upper surface of holding member 4 and raising member 3 And a tight frame 5 to be used.
In the beam 2, for example, a plurality of steel frames 2a and 2b made of H-shaped steel are arranged with their ends butt-jointed, and the attachment plates 7 are respectively arranged along the upper and lower flanges and the web at the joints. And connected by a plurality of bolts and nuts 8 as connecting tools.

The raising member 3 is made of, for example, a channel steel. The raising member 3 is placed on a portion of the upper surface of the beam 2 other than the location where the attachment plate 7 is arranged, and is supported by being welded to the beam 2. The holding member 4 is formed of an elongated metal plate, and extends between the raising members 3 adjacent to each other with the butting portions of the steel frames 2a and 2b above the beam 2 along the longitudinal direction of the beam 2. It is arranged above the supporting plate 7. Both ends of the holding member 4 are supported by being welded to the lower surface of the adjacent raising member 3, and leg members 6 are welded to the lower surface substantially at the center of the holding member 4 in the longitudinal direction A (see FIG. 3). .
The leg member 6 is made of a metal flat plate, extends in the width direction B (see FIG. 3) orthogonal to the longitudinal direction A of the holding member 4, and is provided only one corresponding to the abutting portion of the steel frames 2a, 2b. Can be The lower end of the leg member 6 is welded to the upper surface of the attachment plate 7 in a state where it is located above the abutting portion of the steel frames 2a, 2b, that is, without interfering with the bolt / nut 8.

As shown in FIG. 3, the attachment plate 7 disposed on the upper surface of the beam 2 has a rectangular shape with a long side extending along the longitudinal direction of the beam 2 and a short side extending along the width direction of the beam 2 in plan view. They are arranged over almost the entire width. On the other hand, the raising member 3 is narrower than the beam 2 and the attachment plate 7 and is disposed substantially at the center of the beam 2 in the width direction. Further, the holding member 4 is configured to be narrower than the raising member 3 and is disposed substantially at the center of the attachment plate 7 in the width direction.
Then, both ends of the leg member 6 are arranged so as to protrude outward from the holding member 4 in a plan view, and only the portion of the leg member 6 protruding outward from the holding member 4 or outward. The portion located below the holding member 4 including the projecting portion is welded to the upper surface of the attachment plate 7.

In this manner, the leg member 6 projecting downward from substantially the center in the longitudinal direction A of the holding member 4 is welded to the upper surface of the attachment plate 7, so that the elongated holding member 4 along the beam 2 is It will be substantially bisected in the longitudinal direction A.
Therefore, when wind pressure acts on the roof 1, the elongated holding member 4 is bent vertically in a state of being substantially equally divided in the longitudinal direction A, and the amount of deflection in the vertical direction is reduced by half. As a result, fluttering of the holding member 4 is suppressed, and as a result, fluttering of the folded plate roof 1 is eventually suppressed.

[Another embodiment]
(1) In the above embodiment, the attachment plate 7 arranged on the upper surface of the beam 2 is arranged over substantially the entire width of the beam 2 in plan view, and the holding member 4 is narrower than the attachment plate 7. Although an example in which both ends of the leg member 6 protrude outside the holding member 4 has been shown, only one end of the leg member 6 protrudes outside the holding member 4. Can also.
Further, the attachment plate 7 disposed on the upper surface of the beam 2 can be configured to be narrower than the width of the beam 2, and the attachment plate 7 and the holding member 4 can be configured to have the same width. is there. In any case, when both ends of the leg member 6 do not project outward from the holding member 4, the portion of the leg member 6 located below the holding member 4 is welded to the upper surface of the attachment plate 7.

(2) In the above embodiment, an example is described in which the leg member 6 made of a metal flat plate is provided substantially at the center in the longitudinal direction A of the holding member 4 so as to correspond to the abutting portion of the steel frames 2a and 2b. Although shown, the leg members 6 do not necessarily need to be provided corresponding to the butted portions of the steel frames 2a and 2b. That is, as long as the position does not interfere with the bolts and nuts 8, it can be appropriately selected and provided at the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction A of the holding member 4. At this time, it is bent in the vertical direction in a state of being divided into two in the longitudinal direction A.
In addition, the leg member 6 does not necessarily need to be formed of a metal flat plate, and may be formed of, for example, a metal bar, and is not necessarily limited to one for the holding member 4. For example, it is also possible to provide two or more holding members 4 at equal intervals in the longitudinal direction A of the holding member 4.
