Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air-suction-type conveying device that conveys a granular conveyed object on an air flow.
As an apparatus for transporting grains such as rice, there is an air suction type transport apparatus. In this method, air is transferred from the upstream side to the downstream side by sucking air in the pipe from the downstream side, and the granules are transported on this air stream. It is. Conventionally, in such a transfer apparatus, there has been a problem that the granular material cannot be sufficiently decelerated at the transfer end portion, and collides with a wall surface of a pipeline to cause damage such as a crack.
On the other hand, for example, as shown in
However, in the invention of
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and provides an air suction-type transport device that can sufficiently reduce the speed of a granular transported material at a transport end portion to prevent damage to the transported material. The purpose is to:
The invention according to
The invention according to
The invention according to
According to the invention of
According to the second aspect of the present invention, by making the inclination angle gentler at the upstream side portion of the turning deceleration pipeline than at the downstream end portion, the deceleration effect for high-speed conveyed goods is enhanced. By maximizing the inclination angle at the downstream end of the turning deceleration pipeline, the already decelerated transported material can be more smoothly sent to the downstream side, and the transported material can be prevented from staying.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, when the turning deceleration pipeline is damaged due to wear or the like due to collision of a conveyed object, only the bent portion of the damaged portion needs to be replaced, so that the maintenance cost can be reduced.
Hereinafter, the specific contents of the air suction type transfer device of the present invention will be described. Although the present invention can be applied to various transported articles in the form of granules, a case where the invention is applied to polished rice grains will be described. As shown in FIG. 2, a first embodiment of the air suction type conveying device includes a
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
In this
As described above, in the
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the air
As shown in FIG. 3, the

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the

The
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
The

The
The
Next, the operation of the air suction type transfer device will be described. When rice grains are put into the
In the air separation and

In the air suction type transfer device of the present invention, the turning angle of the turning deceleration pipeline is not limited. Here, the turning angle is an angle at which the turning deceleration pipe turns around the vertical axis. If the turning deceleration pipe is 360 degrees (one round) or less, it is equal to the exit angle at the downstream end of the turning deceleration pipe. If it is greater than 360 degrees, it is equal to 360 degrees times the number of turns added to the exit angle at the downstream end of the turning deceleration pipeline. However, according to the present invention, the conveyed object passes through the outer peripheral side of the pipeline due to centrifugal force and decelerates by receiving frictional resistance from the inner peripheral surface of the pipeline inside the turning pipeline. In order to sufficiently decelerate the object, the turning angle is desirably 180 degrees or more. On the other hand, if the turning angle is too large, it means that the length of the turning deceleration pipe is too long, and there is a possibility that the conveyed material may stay. In particular, when the turning angle is larger than 360 degrees, the pipes overlap vertically, and the height of the turning deceleration pipe becomes too high, so that it may be difficult to connect the pipes. Therefore, the turning angle is desirably 360 degrees or less. Therefore, from these, it is desirable that the turning angle of the turning deceleration pipeline be 180 degrees or more and 360 degrees or less. In the above embodiment, the turning angle of the turning deceleration pipeline is 360 degrees.
Further, in the air suction type conveyance device of the present invention, the radius of curvature of the turning deceleration pipeline is not limited. By changing the radius of curvature, the deceleration effect on the conveyed object can be adjusted. That is, when the radius of curvature is reduced, the deceleration effect is increased, and when the radius of curvature is increased, the deceleration effect is reduced, but the flow of the conveyed object is smooth and damage is reduced. However, if the radius of curvature is too small, the rate at which the conveyed material collides with the inner peripheral surface and is damaged increases, so that the radius of curvature of the turning deceleration pipeline is smaller than the inner diameter of the pipeline at the outermost periphery in the pipeline. Preferably, it is 1.5 times or more. On the other hand, if the radius of curvature is too large, the size of the turning deceleration pipeline becomes too large, which may make it difficult to connect the pipes. In this case, it is desirable that the diameter be 2.5 times or less the inner diameter of the pipeline. Therefore, it is desirable from the above that the radius of curvature of the turning deceleration pipe is 1.5 times or more and 2.5 times or less the inner diameter of the pipe at the outermost peripheral portion in the pipe. In the above embodiment, the radius of curvature of the turning deceleration pipeline is about 2.5 times the inner diameter of the pipeline at the outermost periphery in the pipe. In the turning deceleration pipeline, the conveyed material passes through the outer peripheral side in the pipe due to centrifugal force, so it is appropriate to define the radius of curvature at the outermost peripheral part in the pipe.
Furthermore, in the air suction type conveyance device of the present invention, the inclination angle of the turning deceleration pipeline with respect to the horizontal direction is not limited. By changing the inclination angle, the deceleration effect on the transported object can be adjusted. That is, when the inclination angle to the lower side with respect to the horizontal direction is reduced, the deceleration effect increases, but the conveyed material tends to stay in the pipe, and when the inclination angle to the lower side with respect to the horizontal direction is increased, the deceleration effect decreases. However, the conveyed material in the pipe is easy to flow smoothly. By appropriately combining the inclination angle and the above-mentioned radius of curvature, an optimum deceleration effect for various conveyed objects can be obtained. Here, in the upstream portion of the turning deceleration pipeline, the conveyed material has a high speed immediately after leaving the air separation device, and therefore, if the radius of curvature is increased and the inclination angle is reduced, the conveyed material can be reduced. The deceleration effect can be increased while suppressing damage. On the other hand, in the downstream portion of the turning deceleration pipeline, since the conveyed material is decelerated to some extent on the upstream side, if the radius of curvature is equal to or smaller than that on the upstream side and the inclination angle is increased, the conveyed material is further reduced. While maintaining a smooth flow to the downstream side to suppress the stagnation of the conveyed product and prevent the conveyed product from remaining in the pipe at the end of the conveyance. In the above embodiment, the radius of curvature is the same over the entire length of the turning deceleration pipeline, and the upstream portion (first curved pipe to third curved pipe) of the rotating deceleration pipeline has a downward inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction. Is 24 degrees to 15 degrees, whereas the downstream portion (the fourth curved pipe) of the turning deceleration pipeline has a downward inclination angle of 45 degrees with respect to the horizontal direction.
Further, in the air suction type conveying device of the present invention, it is desirable that the turning deceleration pipeline is formed by connecting a plurality of curved pipes, but the bending angle of one curved pipe is not limited. However, if the bend angle is too small, the number of bend pipes becomes too large, and assembling takes time. Therefore, the bend angle of the bend pipe is desirably 45 degrees or more. On the other hand, if the bend angle is too large, the replacement range at the time of damage is widened, and the effect of suppressing the maintenance cost is reduced. Therefore, the bend angle of the bent tube is desirably 90 degrees or less. Therefore, from these, it is desirable that the bending angle of one curved pipe of the plurality of curved pipes constituting the turning deceleration pipeline be 45 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less. In the above embodiment, the bending angle of the curved tube is 90 degrees.
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the turning deceleration pipeline is not limited to the one that turns clockwise when viewed from above, but may be one that turns counterclockwise. In addition, the turning angle, the radius of curvature, and the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction of the turning deceleration pipeline can be appropriately changed according to various conditions. Further, the conveying pipeline, the inlet deceleration pipeline, the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder of the air separation device, the connecting pipe, the turning deceleration pipeline, and the outlet pipe may have a shape other than a circular cross section such as a rectangular cross section. The configuration of each unit may be changed within the range of the above requirements according to the characteristics of the target transported object.
