Abstract
Description
・それぞれの柔軟な舌状部は、舌状部のエッジへ留めること(clipping)によってロックする、支持構造体における留め具(catch)によって応力をかけられた変形位置に保持される。
・コリメータ光学系は、支持構造体の凹部へ留めることによって保持されてもよい。
・それぞれのコリメータ光学系は、対応する舌状部の自由端に設けられる対応の位置決め穴に係合する少なくとも1つの位置決めスタッドを設けてもよい。
・支持構造体は、成型されたプラスチックで作製されるのが好ましい。
・それぞれの柔軟な舌状部は、舌状部の自由端のエッジへ留めること(clipping)によってロックする、支持構造体における留め具(catch)によって応力をかけられた変形位置に保持される。
・それぞれの柔軟な舌状部は、舌状部の長手方向軸に実質的に垂直であり切れ目を入れて形成されてもよい曲げ軸を有してもよい。
・コリメータ光学系は、支持構造体の凹部へ留めることによって保持されてもよい。
・それぞれのコリメータ光学系は、対応する舌状部の自由端に設けられる対応の位置決め穴に係合する少なくとも1つの位置決めスタッドを設けてもよい。
・支持構造体は、成型されたプラスチックで作製されるのが好ましい。
・医療用照明装置は、ドームの形状であってもよい。
・ドームは、手術室の天井から吊り下げられるように設計されてもよい。
・ドームは、4つの照射モジュールによって形成された十字形の一般的形状であってもよい。
・支持構造体は、ドームのフレームを形成するキャリア構造に固定されてもよい。
・柔軟な舌状部は、プリント回路基板から切り離されて得られたものでもよい。
・LEDは、各舌状部の自由端に置かれ、該自由端は円盤状であってもよい。
・それぞれの凹部は、照明装置のキャリア構造の方へ面する小基部と、手術視界の方へ面する大基部とを有する円錐台状の形状であってもよい。
本発明はまた、上述したような照明装置の組立方法を提供し、該組立方法は、
支持構造体における凹部へコリメータ光学系を挿入し、留め具によって適所にロックすること、
次に、LEDを有するプリント回路基板を関連位置にて支持構造体に締結すること、
次に、舌状部がコリメータ光学系に当接するまで支持構造体の方へ舌状部を曲げて、留め具によって舌状部を適所に同時にロックすること、
を備えたことを特徴とする。
上記組立方法の間に、LEDを有するプリント回路基板を支持構造体に締結するために中央のねじが使用されてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 手術視界(3)を照らす医療用照明装置(1)であって、
光を手術視界(3)に集めるためコリメータ光学系と協働する複数の発光ダイオード(LED)光源(5)を備え、該LEDは、コリメータ光学系を通過するそれらの照射軸(B)が異なる角度配向を有するようにプリント回路基板(6)に装着され、
プリント回路基板(6)は、切り離され柔軟な舌状部(10)を形成しており、それぞれの舌状部は、LEDを有する自由端を有し、
コリメータ光学系(7)は、硬い支持構造体(8)における凹部(13)に受け入れられ、該凹部(13)は、異なる角度配向のそれぞれの照射軸(B)に対応した互いに異なる軸方向において延在し、
支持構造体における凹部(13)に受け入れられるコリメータ光学系(7)に関連するLEDを有するそれぞれの柔軟な舌状部(10)は、コリメータ光学系(7)の照射軸(B)と同一面にある軸方向(C)において延在し、その自由端が照射軸に実質的に垂直に配向されるように応力下で変形される、
ことを特徴とする医療用照明装置。 - それぞれの柔軟な舌状部(10)は、舌状部(10)のエッジに留めることによってロックする、支持構造体(8)における留め具(14)によって、応力のかけられた変形位置に保持される、請求項1に記載の医療用照明装置。
- コリメータ光学系(7)は、支持構造体(8)の凹部(13)に留めることによって保持される、請求項1又は2に記載の医療用照明装置。
- それぞれのコリメータ光学系(7)は、対応する舌状部(10)の自由端に設けられた対応する位置決め穴(11)に係合する少なくとも1つの位置決めスタッド(12)を設けている、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の医療用照明装置。
- 支持構造体(8)は、成型プラスチックで作製されている、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の医療用照明装置。
