Claims (11)
- 非導電性遮水層の下に適用するための導電性材料(1)において、不織PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)またはPP(ポリプロピレン)ポリマ層(2)と、0.1〜20マイクロメートル、好ましくは0.2〜5マイクロメートルの範囲内の導電性カーボンおよび/または金属粒子(4)ならびにアクリル系バインダ(5)で構成された導電性粒子コーティング(3)と、を含む導電性材料(1)。
- アクリル系バインダ(5)が導電性カーボンおよび/または金属粒子(4)を包含し、導電性カーボンおよび/または金属粒子(4)がポリマ層(2)の全表面を均一に覆っている、請求項1に記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 不織PETまたはPPポリマ層の繊維が、0.9dtex〜16.0dtex、好ましくは1.7dtex〜6.0dtexの範囲内にある、請求項1または2に記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 金属粒子(4)は、アルミニウム、銅、アルミニウム−銅合金、銀、金、錫、クロム、鉄、モリブデン、ニオブ、ニッケル、ニッケル−クロム合金、パラジウム、白金、ケイ素、タンタル、チタンおよびステンレス鋼を含む金属群から選択された金属粒子である、請求項1または2に記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 導電性カーボン粒子(4)が、カーボンブラック、グラファイトおよびカーボンナノチューブを含む導電性カーボンの群から選択される、請求項1または2に記載の導電性材料(1)。
- アクリル系バインダ(5)の内部の導電性カーボンおよび/または金属粒子(4)は、導電性粒子コーティング(3)の抵抗が1000Ω/sq以下となるような量でポリマ層(2)の表面全体を覆っている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 不織PETまたはPPポリマ層(2)は、導電性粒子コーティング(3)がポリマ層(2)の一方の側または両側にあり得るかまたはポリマ層(2)の内部に浸透させられ得るような形で、前記コーティング(3)により被覆されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1つに記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 前記材料(1)が、防水PVC(ポリ塩化ビニル)材料シート(10)に取付けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の導電性材料(1)。
- ポリマ不織層上の導電性粒子コーティング(3)の重量%で表わした量が、1%〜50%、好ましくは10%〜40%、より好ましくは15%〜30%の範囲内にある、請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の導電性材料(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の導電性材料(1)の製造方法において、
a) 不織PETまたはPPポリマ層(2)を提供するステップと;
b) 0.2〜20マイクロメートル、好ましくは0.2〜5マイクロメートルの範囲内の導電性カーボンまたは金属粒子(4)およびアクリル系バインダ(5)で構成された導電性粒子コーティング(3)を提供するステップと;
c) 不織PETまたはPPポリマ層(2)を導電性粒子コーティング(3)で被覆するステップと;
を含む方法。 - 不織PET(ポリエチレンテレフタレート)またはPP(ポリプロピレン)ポリマ層(2)の被覆ステップが、直接コーティング;発泡コーティング;圧延;転写;噴霧;回転スクリーニング;カーテンまたはスロットダイコーティングまたは浸漬、という技術的プロセス群から選択される技術的プロセスによって、好ましくは直接コーティングまたは発泡コーティングを使用することによって実施される、請求項10に記載の方法。
