Claims (20)
- 患者の関心領域において医療処置を行うためのシステムであって、
前記関心領域に挿入可能な介入医療装置と、
前記介入医療装置の一部に取り付けられ、超音波撮像プローブからの超音波を対応するRF信号に変換するセンサと、
を有し、
前記対応するRF信号は前記関心領域外の無線受信器により受信されて、前記関心領域内の前記センサの位置の決定を可能にする、
システム。 - 前記センサの位置は、超音波が前記センサを照射することと前記無線受信器が前記対応するRF信号を受信することとの間の既知の遅延及び前記超音波撮像プローブの送信パターンに関する情報に基づいて決定される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサが受動型センサであり、前記RF信号が前記無線受信器により前記受動型センサから直接受信される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動型センサがRFIDチップ及び少なくとも1つの取り付けられたアンテナを有する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記RFIDチップが、
縦波である超音波を対応する表面弾性波に変換することによりモード変換を実行する移行領域と、
共振周波数に同調される電子共振器回路を有する表面弾性波(SAW)共振器であって、該SAW共振器を前記共振周波数で共振させることにより表面弾性波を前記RF信号に変換するSAW共振器と、
を有する、請求項4に記載のシステム。 - 前記SAW共振器は前記共振周波数において共振する場合に前記表面弾性波からエネルギを収穫し、該収穫されたエネルギが前記RFIDチップに給電する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動型センサから遠隔の外部アンテナを介して前記受動型センサにより受信される外部RF信号を連続的にブロードキャストするRF送信器を更に有する、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動型センサは連続的にブロードキャストされる前記外部RF信号を一層高い高調波において反射し、前記受動型センサからの前記RF信号に関する情報の受信を前記外部アンテナからの前記外部RF信号の送信を中断することなく可能にする、請求項7に記載のシステム。
- 前記受動型センサは、ローカルアンテナに取り付けられた電気共振器回路を有すると共に、該電子共振器回路を変調及び離調させる共振空洞を備えた超音波センサを含む、請求項8に記載のシステム。
- 前記センサは能動型センサであり、前記RF信号が前記無線受信器に能動的に送信される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動型センサから前記RF信号を受信すると共に該RF信号を前記無線受信器に送信し、前記能動型センサとは独立した電源により給電される能動型回路を更に有する、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記電源が電池を有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動型回路が前記介入医療装置のハンドル又はハブに配置される、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動型センサからの前記RF信号が前記能動型回路により無線で受信される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動型センサからの前記RF信号が前記能動型回路により前記介入医療装置に沿って走る1以上のワイヤを介して受信される、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記能動型回路が、前記能動型センサから前記RF信号を受信するための受信器、該受信されたRF信号を増幅するための増幅器及び該増幅されたRF信号を前記無線受信器に送信するための送信器を有する、請求項11に記載のシステム。
- 関心領域を超音波照射する超音波プローブと、
前記関心領域に挿入可能な介入医療装置と、
前記介入医療装置の遠端に取り付けられ、前記超音波プローブからの超音波を対応するRF信号に変換するセンサと、
前記超音波プローブ及び前記介入医療装置から遠隔に位置し、前記超音波プローブから画像を供給するための制御ユニットと、
を有する超音波システムであって、前記制御ユニットが、
前記対応するRF信号を前記センサから直接的に又は間接的に受信して、前記関心領域内での該センサの位置の決定を可能にする無線送受信器と、
前記センサの位置を前記RF信号に少なくとも部分的に基づいて決定すると共に、前記介入医療装置の位置を前記画像に重ねるプロセッサと、
を有する、
超音波システム。 - 患者の関心領域において医療処置を行うためのシステムであって、
前記関心領域に挿入可能な介入医療装置と、
前記介入医療装置の一部に取り付けられ、超音波撮像プローブからの超音波を対応するRF信号に変換するセンサと、
前記センサから遠隔の外部アンテナを介して前記センサにより受信される外部RF信号を連続的にブロードキャストするRF送信器と、
を有し、
前記RF送信器は、前記センサが超音波を前記対応する電気RF信号に変換する場合を示す前記外部アンテナに対する変調された負荷を検出して、前記関心領域内の前記センサの位置の決定を可能にする、
システム。 - 前記センサが、容量型エレメントを含むと共に超音波に応答して共振周波数を離調させる電子共振器回路を有する、請求項18に記載のシステム。
- 前記容量型エレメントが容量型微細加工超音波トランスジューサ(CMUT)装置を有する、請求項19に記載のシステム。
