Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 走査処置の遠隔誘導のためのシステムであって、
超音波プローブ、画像ディスプレイ、及び、遠隔地に画像を送信し、前記遠隔地から制御信号を受信する画像通信ユニットを含む、ローカル超音波走査デバイスと、
前記遠隔地にあり、前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスから受信した画像を表示し、前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスに制御信号を送信する超音波システムと、
を含み、
前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスは更に、前記超音波システムから受信した制御信号に反応し、前記画像ディスプレイでの表示のための低画質画像及び前記遠隔地における前記超音波システムに送信するための高品質画像を生成する画像プロセッサを含み、
前記画像ディスプレイは、前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスの前記低画質画像を表示する、システム。 - 前記低画質画像は、前記高品質画像よりも低い画像解像度を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記低画質画像及び前記高品質画像の品質係数は、前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスのデフォルト設定に従って設定される、請求項1又は2に記載のシステム。
- 前記低画質画像及び前記高品質画像の品質係数は、前記遠隔地にある前記超音波システムから受信した画質制御信号に従って設定される、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記超音波プローブは更に、前記遠隔地における専門家からの誘導下で、前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスの場所における患者を走査する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスの前記画像プロセッサは、エコー画素間の画像画素値の完全補間を有する前記高品質画像と、前記エコー画素に補間値が追加されていない低品質画像を生成する走査変換器を含む、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ローカル超音波走査デバイスの前記画像プロセッサは更に、ビデオ圧縮プロセッサを含む、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ローカル超音波走査デバイス及び前記超音波システムそれぞれは、制御データ及び/又は画像データを送受信するネットワーク通信ユニットを含む、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 遠隔地から超音波走査処置を誘導するための方法であって、
患者の場所における超音波走査デバイスを用いて対象を超音波走査するステップと、
前記超音波走査によって取得される高品質超音波画像を遠隔地に送信するステップと、
画質制御信号又は前記超音波走査デバイスのデフォルト設定に応えて、低品質超音波画像を生成するステップと、
前記患者の場所において、前記低品質超音波画像を表示するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記遠隔地から前記患者の場所に、走査誘導を提供するステップを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔地における画像表示デバイスに前記高品質超音波画像を表示するステップを含む、請求項9又は10に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔地において前記高品質超音波画像を使用して診断するステップを含む、請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記低品質超音波画像を生成するステップは、前記超音波走査デバイスによって行われる、請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記患者の場所と前記遠隔地との間に音声通信を確立するステップを含む、請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記遠隔地から走査のために前記超音波走査デバイスを有効にするステップを含む、請求項9乃至14の何れか一項に記載の方法。
