Description
Claims (14)
- 細長い繊維強化材料を工具に塗布するための、複合材料レイアップヘッドであって、
前記ヘッドは、
前記繊維強化材料をトウ入口からトウ出口に案内するための少なくとも1つの細長いトウガイドチャネルと、
少なくとも1つの前記チャネルを通して前記繊維強化材料を供給する供給装置と、を有し、
前記チャネルは、
前記チャネル内の前記繊維強化材料および前記チャネルの間の接触を抑制するため、
前記トウ入口に隣接し、ガスの噴流が供給されるように配置された少なくとも1つの第1ノズルを備えた第1の部分と、
前記トウ出口に隣接し、前記ガスの噴流が供給されるように配置された少なくとも1つの第2ノズルを備えた第2の部分と、を有し、
空気圧装置は、使用時において、前記繊維強化材料が前記チャネルを通って移動するときに、前記繊維強化材料が冷却されるように、冷却ガスを前記第1ノズルに供給するように構成され、
前記空気圧装置は、使用時において、前記工具に塗布される前に前記繊維強化材料が加熱されるように、高温ガスを前記第2ノズルに供給するように構成される、複合材料レイアップヘッド。 - 前記第1ノズルおよび/または前記第2ノズルは、前記繊維強化材料の下のそれぞれの前記チャネルに前記ガスの噴流を供給するように配置されている、請求項1に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記チャネルは、それぞれの前記チャネル内に前記ガスの噴流を供給するようにそれぞれ配置された複数のノズルを備える、請求項1または2に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記チャネルの対向する2つの側面にはそれぞれ、
それぞれの前記繊維強化材料および前記チャネルの対向する壁の間の接触を防止するために、少なくとも1つのノズルが設けられている、請求項3に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。 - 前記ノズルは、前記チャネルの細長い範囲に対して実質的に垂直な方向に沿って、それぞれの前記チャネル内に前記ガスの噴流を供給するように配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記ノズルは、前記チャネルの細長い範囲に対して実質的に平行な方向に沿って、それぞれの前記チャネル内に前記ガスの噴流を供給するように配置されている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記ノズルには、前記ノズルとの接触によって、前記繊維強化材料が前記ノズルを閉じるのを防止するように構成されたノズルガードが設けられている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記ノズルは、前記チャネルの前記トウ入口または前記トウ出口に隣接して設けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記工具上に前記ガスの噴流を向けるように配置された少なくとも1つのノズルをさらに有する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記空気圧装置は、ボルテックスチラーを有する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記空気圧装置は、前記チャネルの壁が少なくとも部分的に伝導によって冷却されるように、前記複合材料レイアップヘッドの少なくとも一部を冷却するように構成される、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 前記空気圧装置は、前記複合材料レイアップヘッドに取り付けられている、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッド。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の複合材料レイアップヘッドを使用して、前記工具に前記繊維強化材料を塗布する方法であって、
細長い前記繊維強化材料を、前記チャネルを通して案内する案内ステップと、
前記ガスの噴流が前記繊維強化材料と前記チャネルとの間の接触を妨げるように、前記ノズルを介して前記チャネル内に前記ガスの噴流を供給する供給ステップと、
細長い前記繊維強化材料を前記工具に塗布する塗布ステップと、を有し、
前記供給ステップは、
前記繊維強化材料が前記チャネルを通って移動するときに、前記繊維強化材料が冷却されるように、前記冷却ガスの噴流を前記チャネルの前記第1の部分内に供給するステップと、
前記繊維強化材料が前記工具へ塗布する前に加熱されるように、前記高温ガスの噴流を前記チャネルの前記第2の部分内に供給するステップと、を有する、方法。 - 前記繊維強化材料が前記工具に塗布されるときに、前記繊維強化材料が加熱されるように前記工具を加熱するステップをさらに有する、請求項13に記載の方法。
