装置は、熱交換器本体に適合する少なくとも1つの平面状の温度調節要素をさらに備え、
平面状の温度調節要素は、開口部を有する筐体の中に一体化され、
動作位置では、熱交換器本体の壁は、請求項1により、平面状の温度調節要素への良好な熱伝達を伴う接触を有する
装置である。

Claims (12)
- 医療上の灌注流体の流れ温度調節を行うための装置であって、
それぞれホース連結部を伴う少なくとも1つの入口および1つの出口を有する熱交換器本体
を備え、
前記熱交換器本体は、前記熱交換器本体の壁により、閉じた空洞を形成し、
少なくとも1つの熱交換器本体の壁は、良好な熱伝達(熱伝導係数>1W/(cm2K))を可能にし、
前記熱交換器本体は、2つの流路を備え、一方の流路は、前記温度調節要素と熱接触はなく(「バイパス」)、前記熱交換器本体の壁は、少なくとも局所的に可逆的に変形可能であり、その結果、前記変形に応じて、前記2つの流路は制御可能であり、
前記装置は、前記熱交換器本体に適合する少なくとも1つの平面状の温度調節要素をさらに備え、
前記平面状の温度調節要素は、開口部を有する筐体の中に一体化され、
動作位置では、前記熱交換器本体の壁は、平面状の温度調節要素への良好な熱伝達を伴う接触を有する装置。 - 前記熱交換器本体は、実質的に直方体の形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱伝達を確実にする前記壁は、アルミニウム箔により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記平面状の温度調節要素は、加熱箔により形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記装置の前記動作位置で、前記熱伝達を確実にする前記壁に支えられている少なくとも1つの接触式温度計を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記熱交換器本体の壁と前記温度調節要素の間に陰圧を発生させる真空ポンプを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器本体の壁と前記温度調節要素の間の前記陰圧は、0.05bar〜0.3bar(0.7psi〜4.4psi)、好ましくは0.1bar(1.5psi)であることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの熱交換器本体の壁は、表面構造物を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器本体の内部の前記2つの流路は、前記熱交換器本体の最下部を形作ることにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器本体は、前記入口および/または前記出口の領域内に流れの横断面の狭窄部を備え、前記狭窄部内、ならびに前記狭窄部の前方および/または背後に、それぞれ圧力を測定するための1つの測定ポイントが提供されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記筐体は、前記動作位置にある前記熱交換器本体の前記入口および/または前記出口の領域内に、加熱要素および温度センサを含む少なくとも1つの熱流測定用センサを備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 医療上の灌注流体からなる流体の流れの流れ温度調節を行うための方法であって、前記医療上の灌注流体は、それぞれホース連結部を伴う少なくとも1つの入口および1つの出口を有する熱交換器本体を伴う装置を通して導かれることを特徴とし、
前記熱交換器本体は、前記熱交換器本体の壁により、閉じた空洞を形成し、
少なくとも1つの熱交換器本体の壁は、良好な熱伝達(熱伝導係数>1W/(cm2K))を可能にし、
前記熱交換器本体は、2つの流路を備え、一方の流路は、前記温度調節要素と熱接触はなく(「バイパス」)、前記熱交換器本体の壁は、少なくとも局所的に可逆的に変形可能であり、その結果、前記変形に応じて、前記2つの流路は制御可能であり、
