Claims (12)
- 蒸気タービン(1)への蒸気流入を制御するための方法であって、前記タービン(1)は、高圧ケーシング(2)、少なくとも1つの減圧ケーシング(3、4、5、6)、および流入蒸気制御システム(13)を含み、前記高圧ケーシング(2)および前記少なくとも1つの減圧ケーシング(3)は、蒸気流入用の制御バルブ(8、10)を含み、前記蒸気流入制御システム(13)は、
前記タービン(1)の速度(14)および加速度(15)の少なくとも一方を決定するステップと、
前記決定された速度および/または加速度を所定の速度しきい値(16)および所定の加速度しきい値(17)とそれぞれ比較するステップと
を管理し、
前記決定された速度および/または加速度が前記所定のしきい値(18、19)を超えている場合には、前記制御システム(13)は速度加速度リミッタ(20)を作動させる、ことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記作動された速度加速度リミッタ(20)は、前記タービン(1)への前記蒸気流入を調整するために、前記決定された速度および/または加速度の値に応じて、制御バルブ開度設定値(21、22)を前記高圧および減圧制御バルブ(8、10)に課す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御バルブ開度設定値(21、22)は、前記タービン(1)の蒸気流要求量(23)に依存する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記蒸気流要求量(23)は、前記タービン(1)の回転速度、前記負荷、前記生蒸気圧、および前記タービン(1)の動作モードのうちの少なくとも1つを含むパラメータ(24)を用いて決定される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 制御バルブ開度設定値(21、22)を前記制御バルブ(8、10)に課す前記ステップは、制御バルブ位置ループカード(26、27)を介して実行される、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記速度しきい値は、前記タービン(1)の公称速度に従って選択される、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記加速度しきい値は、前記タービン(1)の最大加速度に従って選択される、請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記タービン(1)の速度および加速度が前記しきい値より低くなった場合には、前記速度加速度リミッタ(20)が作動停止される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記制御システム(13)は、前記タービン(1)の過渡状態中に作動される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 高圧ケーシング(2)、少なくとも1つの減圧ケーシング(3、4、5、6)、および蒸気流入制御システム(13)を含む蒸気タービンであって、前記高圧ケーシング(2)および前記少なくとも1つの減圧ケーシング(3)は、蒸気流入用の制御バルブ(8、10)を含み、前記蒸気流入制御システム(13)は、前記タービン(1)の速度(14)および加速度(15)の少なくとも一方を決定し、前記決定された速度および/または加速度を所定の速度しきい値(16)および所定の加速度しきい値(17)とそれぞれ比較し、前記決定された速度および/または加速度が前記しきい値(18、19)を超えている場合には、速度加速度リミッタ(20)を作動させるように構成される、ことを特徴とする蒸気タービン。
- 前記制御バルブ(8、10)の開閉を行うために油圧アクチュエータが設けられ、前記油圧アクチュエータは電気油圧増幅器を含む、請求項10に記載の蒸気タービン。
- 前記制御バルブ(8、10)の開閉を行うために油圧アクチュエータが設けられ、前記油圧アクチュエータは、前記関連する制御バルブを緊急閉鎖するための油圧高速閉鎖装置を含む、請求項10または11に記載の蒸気タービン。
