Claims (28)

複数の構築トレイの各々の上に単一層を同時に構築するために印刷ステーション、粉末送達ステーション、粉末展着ステーション、及び圧縮プロセスステーションの各々に複数の構築トレイを同時に前進させ、複数の構築トレイの各々の上に複数の層を構築するために前進を繰り返し、複数の構築トレイの各々の上の複数の層が複数の構築トレイの各々の上に三次元物体を形成するように構成されたステージ。 - ステージが、複数の構築トレイを循環路で運ぶレールを含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。

- 複数のマスクデータファイルからマスクデータを与えることを繰り返すように構成されたコントローラを含む、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載のシステムであって、複数のマスクデータファイルからの各ファイルが、複数の構築トレイの一つの上に印刷される物体のためのマスクデータに対応する、システム。
- 印刷ステーションが、複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に第一材料を、そして複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上に第二材料を選択的に堆積するように構成されている、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 印刷ステーションが、マスクパターンデータに基づいて材料を堆積する直接インクジェットプリントヘッドを含み、堆積された材料が、フォトポリマー材料とワックスのうちの少なくとも一方である、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 粉末送達ステーションが、第一粉末材料及び第二粉末材料を貯蔵し、複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に第一粉末材料を、複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上に第二粉末材料を選択的に堆積するように構成されている、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 圧縮プロセスステーションが、層を受けるためのダイ、及び層と対面するダイの表面を暖めるための加熱要素を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 圧縮プロセスステーションが、複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に層を圧縮するための一組の操作パラメータに基づいて、及び複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上に層を圧縮するための別の組の操作パラメータに基づいて操作される、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 複数の構築トレイの全ての上に複数の層を同時に圧縮するように構成された最終圧縮ステーションを含む、請求項1〜15のいずれかに記載のシステムであって、最終圧縮ステーションが、複数の加熱ステージの上に複数の層を加熱圧縮する、システム。
- 複数の構築トレイの全ての上に複数の層を同時に焼結するように構成された最終焼結ステーションを含む、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載のシステム。
- 三次元物体を構築するための方法であって、
複数の構築トレイの各々の上にマスクパターンを印刷するステップと、
複数の構築トレイの各々の上に一回分の粉末材料を塗布するステップと、
複数の構築トレイの各々の上に一回分の粉末材料を展着するステップと、
複数の構築トレイの各々の上に粉末材料を圧縮するステップと、
複数の三次元物体の各々を構築するための複数の層が完成するまで印刷、展着、及び圧縮を繰り返すステップと
を含み、
複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上の印刷、塗布、展着、及び圧縮のうちの少なくとも一つが、複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上の印刷、塗布、展着、及び圧縮のうちの少なくとも一つの他のものと同時に実施される、方法。 - 複数の構築トレイのうち一つの構築トレイが印刷ステーション、粉末送達ステーション、粉末展着ステーション、及び圧縮プロセスステーションのうちの一つに配置されるときを感知することを含む、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 印刷ステーション、粉末送達ステーション、粉末展着ステーション、及び圧縮プロセスステーションのうちの一つに到達する構築トレイに基づいて複数の構築トレイのうちの一つの構築トレイの高さを調整することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも一つの構築トレイのためのステーションの操作を調整することを含む、請求項19に記載の方法であって、ステーションが、印刷ステーション、粉末送達ステーション、粉末展着ステーション、及び圧縮プロセスステーションを含む群から選択される、方法。
- 複数のマスクデータファイルからマスクデータを与えることを繰り返すことを含む、請求項18〜21のいずれかに記載の方法であって、複数のマスクデータファイルからの各ファイルが、複数の構築トレイの一つの上に印刷される物体のためのマスクデータに対応する、方法。
- 複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に第一材料を、そして複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上に第二材料を選択的に堆積することを含む、請求項18〜22のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に一つのタイプの粉末材料を、そして複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上に別のタイプの粉末材料を選択的に堆積することを含む、請求項18〜23のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 複数の構築トレイの第二構築トレイの上の粉末層と比較して異なる圧力、温度、又は時間で複数の構築トレイの第一構築トレイの上に粉末材料を選択的に圧縮することを含む、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 最終圧縮ステーションにおいて複数の構築トレイの全ての上に複数の層を同時に圧縮することを含む、請求項18〜25のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 最終焼結ステーションにおいて複数の構築トレイの全ての上に複数の層を同時に焼結することを含む、請求項18〜26のいずれかに記載の方法。
