Abstract
Description
Claims (16)
- 高周波(RF)電磁(EM)エネルギー及びマイクロ波EMエネルギーを生成する電気外科用発電機であって、
マイクロ波信号を生成するマイクロ波源と、
前記マイクロ波源からの前記マイクロ波信号を伝えて、前記発電機から出力されるマイクロ波チャネルと、
RF信号を伝えて、前記発電機から出力されるRFチャネルと、
前記マイクロ波信号を受信するように接続可能なマイクロ波−RFコンバータであって、
前記マイクロ波信号から前記RF信号を生成し、且つ、
前記RF信号を前記RFチャネルに送達する
ように構成された前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータと、
を含む前記電気外科用発電機。 - 前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータは、
RF特性を前記マイクロ波信号に導入するように構成されたRFスイッチングユニットと、
前記RF特性を保持しながら、前記マイクロ波信号を整流する整流ユニットと、
を含み、
前記RF信号は、前記整流ユニットの出力から取得される、
請求項1に記載の電気外科用発電機。 - 前記整流ユニットは、前記マイクロ波信号の全波整流器として動作する、請求項2に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記RF特性は、400kHzの周波数を有する主RF成分を含む、請求項2または3に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記RFスイッチングユニットは、300MHz未満の周波数で前記マイクロ波信号をパルス状にする変調器を含む、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記変調器は、50%のデューティサイクルで動作するように構成される、請求項5に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記整流ユニットは、方形波を出力するように構成される、請求項6に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記整流ユニットは、第1の整流器及び第2の整流器を含み、前記RFスイッチングユニットは、前記第1の整流器と前記第2の整流器との間に300MHz未満の周波数で、前記マイクロ波信号が交互に入るように構成される、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータは、前記第1の整流器及び前記第2の整流器から出力された整流された信号から整流された複合信号を形成するように構成される、請求項8に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記整流された複合信号は、方形波である、請求項9に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータは、前記整流ユニットの前記出力から不要な周波数成分を取り除くように構成されたフィルタリングユニットを含む、請求項2〜10のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータは、ステップアップトランスを含む、請求項2〜11のいずれか1項に記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波チャネルまたは前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータに前記マイクロ波信号を選択的に向けるスイッチを含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波チャネル及び前記RFチャネルを共通の出力チャネルに接続する信号合成器を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 前記マイクロ波−RFコンバータを操作するように構成された制御装置を含む、先行請求項のいずれかに記載の電気外科用発電機。
- 高周波(RF)電磁(EM)エネルギー及びマイクロ波EMエネルギーを生物組織に送達する電気外科手術システムであって、
先行請求項のいずれかに記載の電気外科用発電機と、
前記マイクロ波信号及び前記RF信号を前記電気外科用発電機から受信するように接続された送達プローブと、
を含む、前記電気外科手術システム。
