Claims (24)
- フラクタル流デバイスであって、
少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを備え、前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックは、
少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルを備え、各フラクタルセルが、フラクタル分配器と、前記フラクタル分配器に隣接するチャンバと、前記チャンバに隣接するフラクタル回収器と、を備える、フラクタル流デバイス。 - 前記フラクタル分配器、前記チャンバ、および前記フラクタル回収器が互いに流体連通している、請求項1に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器および前記フラクタル回収器の各々が、フラクタルパターンを備える、請求項1または2に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルが水平方向に構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルが、前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルを水平方向に配置するように構成された肩部を備える、請求項4に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルが垂直方向に構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器および前記フラクタル回収器の各々が、フラクタルパターンを有する少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレートを備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器および前記フラクタル回収器の前記フラクタルパターンが同一である、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器および前記フラクタル回収器の前記フラクタルパターンが異なる、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器および前記フラクタル回収器は、同じ数のフラクタルプレートを備える、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器または前記フラクタル回収器の前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレートが、少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレート流入口と、少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレート排出口と、前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレート流入口および前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルプレート排出口と流体連通する少なくとも1つのチャネルと、を備える、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器は、約689個/m2より大きい排出口密度を備える、請求項11に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル分配器は、3つのフラクタルプレートを備え、第1のフラクタルプレートは1つのフラクタルプレート流入口および4つのフラクタルプレート排出口を備え、第2のフラクタルプレートは4つのフラクタルプレート流入口および16個のフラクタルプレート排出口を備え、第3のフラクタルプレートは16個のフラクタルプレート流入口および256個のフラクタルプレート排出口を備える、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記フラクタル回収器は、3つのフラクタルプレートを備え、第1のフラクタルプレートは256個のフラクタルプレート流入口および16個のフラクタルプレート排出口を備え、第2のフラクタルプレートは16個のフラクタルプレート流入口および4つのフラクタルプレート排出口を備え、第3のフラクタルプレートは4つのフラクタルプレート流入口および1つのフラクタルプレート排出口を備える、請求項7に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記チャンバは、流体処理媒体を含む、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記流体処理媒体は、イオン交換樹脂を含む、請求項15に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックが、直列運転、並列運転、一次/二次直列運転、模擬移動層運転、またはカルーセル型流体運転のために構成される、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックの前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルを固定する締付要素をさらに備える、請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- 前記締付要素が、エンドプレート、支持ヘッド、液圧プレス、液圧ジャッキ、またはボルトを含む、請求項18に記載のフラクタル流デバイス。
- フラクタル流デバイスを使用する方法であって、
フラクタル流デバイスに流体流れを導入することであって、前記流体流れは複数の成分を含み、前記フラクタル流デバイスは少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを備え、前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックが、
少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルを備え、各フラクタルセルが、フラクタル分配器と、前記フラクタル分配器に隣接するチャンバと、前記チャンバに隣接するフラクタル回収器とを備える、導入することと、
前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流すことと、
前記流体流れから少なくとも1つの成分を分離して生成物流れを生成することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流すことが、並列の前記少なくとも2つのフラクタルセルを通して前記流体流れを流すことを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流すことが、直列の少なくとも2つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流すことを含む、請求項20に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流す前に、フラクタルプレ分配器を通して前記流体流れを流すことをさらに含む、請求項20〜22のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つのフラクタルパックを通して前記流体流れを流すことが、流体処理媒体の層を含むチャンバを通して前記流体流れを均一に分配することを含む、請求項20〜23のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
