Abstract
Description
バイパス動作において、第1の部分での検出可能な変色にもかかわらず、血液漏出アラームが起動されない場合の患者又はオペレータの苛立ちがもはやない。
さらに、検出器が過度に高い血中濃度を実際に検出するので、血液漏出検出器の故障又は誤動作は誤って判定されない。

Claims (9)
- 第1の血中濃度(B1)の第1の限界値(G1)の超過を、血液治療装置の透析装置(4)の透析液チャンバ(7)の下流側かつ前記透析装置(4)をバイパスするバイパスライン(100)が前記透析液排出ライン(17)につながる節点(110)の上流側の透析液排出ライン(17)の第1の部分(17a)で検出する制御ユニット(30)であって、
前記バイパスライン(100)は、前記透析液チャンバ(7)の上流側で、透析液を透析液供給源(16)から前記透析液チャンバ(7)まで供給するのに適する透析液供給ライン(15)から分岐し、
血液漏出検出器(BS)は、前記節点(110)の下流側で前記透析液排出ライン(17)の第2の部分(17b)に設けられ、前記節点(110)の下流側の前記第2の部分(17b)における第2の血中濃度(B2)を測定するのに適し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記第2の血中濃度(B2)の第2の限界値(G2)の超過を検出し、前記第2の限界値(G2)は、前記バイパスライン(100)の前記分岐点の前の前記透析液供給ライン(15)における流量(Q1)の上昇とともに減少し、前記制御ユニット(30)は、透析液が前記透析液供給源(16)から前記透析液供給ライン(15)、前記バイパスライン(100)及び前記透析液排出ライン(17)の前記第2の部分(17b)を通って流出部(18)まで案内されるバイパス動作の場合、前記第2の血中濃度(B2)が、前記流量(Q1)での前記第2の限界値(G2)よりも低い第3の限界値(G3)を超えたときに、前記第1の限界値(G1)を超過したとみなすように構成される、制御ユニット。 - 前記第3の限界値(G3)が、前記流量(Q1)と無関係であるように構成される、請求項1に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- 前記第3の限界値(G3)が、一定値であるように構成される、請求項2に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- バイパス動作において、前希釈の置換速度が、置換限界値(S1)よりも低いように構成される、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- バイパス動作において、前記透析装置を通る透析液流量が、透析液透析装置の流量限界値(D1)未満であるように構成される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- 前記第2の血中濃度(B2)が、前記第3の限界値(G3)を超えた場合にアラームを起動する及び/又は血液ポンプを停止するように構成される、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- 前記流量(Q1)が、前記透析液供給ライン(15)内のポンプ装置によって予め定められるように構成される、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- 前記流量(Q1)が、平衡デバイス(27)によって予め定められるように構成される、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット(30)。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の制御ユニット(30)を有する、外血液治療用、特に血液透析濾過用の血液治療装置。
