Claims (8)
- 膝組織の張力、圧力及び距離を測定するためのシステムであって、前記システムは、
プロテーゼインレー装置であって、
少なくとも2つのプラットフォーム構造体であって、前記プラットフォームの各々が、シザーアーム構造体及びコイルばね上で支持される、少なくとも2つのプラットフォーム構造体と、
各コイルばねの直下に構成された力検知センサと、
前記力検知センサに結合されたコネクタケーブルと、を備える、プロテーゼインレー装置を備える、システム。 - 前記シザーアーム構造体の直下に摺動面をさらに備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シザーアーム構造体が、固定脚及び摺動脚を含む、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記摺動脚が、前記摺動面に沿って動作可能である、請求項3に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも2つのプラットフォーム構造体が、大腿骨エレメントに合致するのに適した凹部を含む、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記プロテーゼインレー装置が、生体適合材料を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。

前記第1の信号のセットから、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度における内側力及び外側力の第1のセットを特定することと、
前記靭帯バランシング装置から第2の信号のセットを受信することであって、前記第2の信号のセットが、前記プロテーゼ手術に続いて、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度において前記大腿部によって、前記少なくとも2つのプラットフォーム構造体の各々に対して加えられた力を表す、受信することと、
前記第2の信号のセットから、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度における内側力及び外側力の第2のセットを特定することと、
表示装置上に、前記内側力及び外側力の第1のセットと、前記内側力及び外側力の第2のセットとを表示することと、
前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度の各々における内側力及び外側力間の差分量を判定することと、
前記内側力及び外側力の第2のセットにおける前記内側力及び外側力間の前記判定された差分量に基づいて、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度のための指標を表示することと、を含む、方法。 - プログラマブルプロセッサによって実行されると、膝組織の張力、圧力、及び距離を測定するための方法の実行を行うプログラムコードを含む非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体であって、前記コンピュータ可読媒体が、

前記靭帯バランシング装置から第2の信号のセットを受信するためのコンピュータプログラムコードであって、前記第2の信号のセットが、前記プロテーゼ手術に続いて、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度において前記大腿部によって、前記少なくとも2つのプラットフォーム構造体の各々に対して加えられた力を表す、コンピュータプログラムコードと、
前記第2の信号のセットから、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度における内側力及び外側力の第2のセットを特定するためのコンピュータプログラムコードと、
表示装置上に、前記内側力及び外側力の第1のセットと、前記内側力及び外側力の第2のセットとを表示するためのコンピュータプログラムコードと、
前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度の各々における内側力及び外側力間の差分量を判定するためのコンピュータプログラムコードと、
前記内側力及び外側力の第2のセットにおける前記内側力及び外側力間の前記判定された差分量に基づいて、前記1つ以上の膝屈曲角度のための指標を表示するためのコンピュータプログラムコードと、を含む、非一時的コンピュータ可読媒体。
