Claims (26)
- 頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリにおいて、
頭蓋骨開口部を覆う為のプレートであって、反対側に上面および下面および周縁部を有する、前記プレートと、
前記頭蓋骨に固着するように適合されたリングと、
複数の支柱であって、各々が反対側に内端部および外端部を有し、前記内端部および外端部は、前記頭蓋骨上方に離間された距離に維持する為の高位置と、前記頭蓋骨に隣接して前記プレートを位置決めする為の低位置との間で前記プレートを移動させる為に、前記プレートおよび前記リングに取り付けられた、前記支柱と、
を備える、頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。 - 前記支柱の外端部は、前記リングに旋回できるように取り付けられる、請求項1に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記支柱の内端部は、前記プレートに摺動できるように装着される、請求項1に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記内端部を径方向内側に前記プレートの中心に向かって移動させる収縮システムを更に備える、請求項1に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記収縮システムは、前記支柱の前記内端部に連結された複数のワイヤと、前記ワイヤを巻く為のスプールとを含む、請求項4に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記スプールはラチェット駆動される、請求項5に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記スプールは、複数の歯を備えた爪部と、前記複数の歯の一つに係合する為のキャッチ部とを含む、請求項5に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 頭蓋骨開口部を形成する為に前記頭蓋骨の一部分の除去に続いて脳を保護する為の方法であって、前記方法は、
リングを前記頭蓋骨に固着するステップであって、前記リングは、前記頭蓋骨開口部を囲んで延在し、前記リングは、前記頭蓋骨開口部にわたって位置し、前記脳から離間される調整可能なプレートを有する、前記ステップと、
脳の膨潤が減少するように、前記リングに対して前記プレートを低下させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記プレートを低下させるステップは、収縮システムの調整を含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記調整は、前記プレートおよび前記リングの間に延在する支柱を収縮させる為の中央ホィールの回転を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記調整は、前記プレートおよび前記リングの間に延在する支柱を収縮させる為のモータの作動を含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記プレートに取付けられた複数の径方向に離間されたケーブルに張力をかけることによって前記プレートの側方シフトを防止するステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 複数の径方向に離間された支柱を用いて前記プレートを支持することによって前記プレートの偶発的下方移動を防止するステップを更に含む、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 脳の一部分を露出する頭蓋骨開口部を形成する為に開頭に続いて使用する為の調整可能なプレートアセンブリであって、
前記頭蓋骨に取り付けられ、前記開口部を囲んで延在するように適合されたリングと、
前記リングに調整可能に装着され、前記リング上方に離間された高位置と前記リングと実質的に同じ高さの低位置との間で移動可能なプレートと、
を備える、調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。 - 前記プレートおよび前記リングの間で延在する複数の伸縮可能な支柱を更に備え、前記リングに対して選択された位置で前記プレートを位置決めする、請求項14に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 各支柱は、前記プレートに摺動できるように装着された内端部と、前記リングに旋回できるように連結された外端部とを有する、請求項15に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 各支柱の前記内端部は、ケーブルに取り付けられ、前記ケーブルは、ホィールに連結され、前記ホィールは、前記ケーブルおよび前記支柱を縮小させるように回転する、請求項16に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 前記ホィールは、複数の歯と、前記ホィールの逆回転を防止するように前記複数の歯と係合するキャッチ部とを含む、請求項17に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 前記高位置および低位置の間で前記支柱を移動させる為に、Zね岸中に連結されたアクチュエータを更に備える、請求項15に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 前記プレートおよび前記リングの間に延在する複数のケーブルを更に備え、前記プレートが前記高位置にあるとき、前記リングに対して前記プレートの側方移動を防止する、請求項14に記載の調整可能なプレートアセンブリ。
- 頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリにおいて、
頭蓋骨開口部を覆うプレートと、
頭蓋骨開口部に隣接して前記頭蓋骨に固定されるように適合された3つの装着ブロックと、
三脚を形成する3つの支柱システムであって、前記三脚は、前記装着ブロックに連結された外端部と、頂端に収縮できるように接合された内端部とを有する、前記3つの支柱システムと、
を備え、
テーパが付けられたペタルを備えた周縁部を有するプレートであって、前記プレートが、前記頭蓋骨上方の高位置から、前記頭蓋骨に隣接した低位置に下げられるとき、前記プレートおよび前記頭蓋骨の間の移行を与える、頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。 - 前記ペタルは展性がある、請求項21に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記支柱を収縮させる収縮システムを更に備え、前記プレートを高位置から低位置に移動させる、請求項21に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
- 前記プレートは、前記周囲に隣接し、前記装着ブロックを備えた3つの剛性拡張部を含む、請求項21に記載の頭蓋形成プレートアセンブリ。
