Abstract
Description
図1A及び図1Bはそれぞれ、本発明の例示的な実施形態による水処理用単回使用カプセルを示す。単回使用カプセル100は、入口側102及び出口側103を画成するカプセル本体101を備える。さらに単回使用カプセル100は、カプセル本体101内に位置し、イオン交換要素を含む第1空洞104を備える。単回使用カプセルは、フラットシート膜フィルタ105をさらに含む。フラットシート膜フィルタ105は、カプセル本体101を流過する水から細菌を除去するように構成されている。図1Aでは、フラットシート膜フィルタが第1空洞104と入口側102との間に配置され、図1Bでは、フラットシート膜フィルタ105が第1空洞104と出口側103との間に配置されることが示されている。
以下では、実施例で行った測定方法について説明する。
Tetra GH/TH Testkit(Tetra GmbH、ドイツ)を用いて、供給水の炭酸塩の硬度(アルカリ度)及び全硬度並びに処理水の炭酸塩の硬度を室温にて測定した。
供給水及び処理水のpH値は、Greisinger pH Meter GPH 114及び電極GE 114(GHM Messtechnik GmbH、ドイツ)を使用して室温にて測定した。
供給水及び処理水の導電率は、Geisinger伝導度計GLF 100(GHM Messtechnik GmbH、ドイツ)を使用して室温にて測定した。

円筒状カプセルの寸法:内径:25mm;外径:30mm、高さ:30mm。
円筒状カプセルの寸法:内径:20mm;外径:25mm;高さ:50mm。
円筒状カプセルの寸法:内径:20mm;外径:25mm;高さ:50mm。
導電率:385μS/cm
pH:7.5
炭酸塩の硬度:11°dKH、1.96mmol/l。
導電率:644μS/cm
pH:7.5
全硬度:17°dH;3.03mmol/l。
[実施例1]
円筒状アダプタの形状の収容装置を(エアレーターの代わりに)水栓の内ねじに取り付け、カプセル1を装着した。流入する水の全量がカプセルを流過するように、フラット・シール・リングを使用してカプセル壁をアダプタ内で封止した。供給水1の2lの全水体積を0.4ml〜0.5l/分(24〜30l/h)の水量流量にて50ml分量でカプセルに通過させた。水50mlの各分量の後に、処理水量の炭酸塩の硬度(アルカリ度)、pH及び導電率を測定した。結果を下の表1にまとめる。
円筒状アダプタの形状の収容装置を(エアレーターの代わりに)水栓の内ねじに取り付け、カプセル2を装着した。流入する水の全量がカプセルを流過するように、フラット・シール・リングを使用してカプセル壁をアダプタ内で封止した。供給水1の2lの全水量を0.3l/分(18l/h)の水量流量にて1000ml分量でカプセルに通過させ、pH、導電率及び炭酸塩の硬度を処理水の第1のリットル及び第2のリットルにて測定した。

Claims (18)
- 水処理のための単回使用カプセル(100)であって、
入口側(102)及び出口側(103)を画成するカプセル本体(101)、並びに
前記カプセル本体内に位置する第1空洞(104)を備え、
前記第1空洞がイオン交換要素を含む、単回使用カプセル。 - 単回使用カプセルが、水5リットル未満のみ、好ましくは水4リットル未満、より好ましくは水3リットル未満のみ、最も好ましくは水2リットル未満のみを処理するように構成されている、請求項1に記載の単回使用カプセル。
- 単回使用カプセルが、カプセル本体内に配置されたフラットシート膜フィルタ(105)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の単回使用カプセル。
- フラットシート膜フィルタが、0.2μm以下の孔径を有し、及び好ましくは限外濾過フラットシート膜フィルタである、請求項3に記載の単回使用カプセル。
- フラットシート膜フィルタが、2mm未満、好ましくは0.1mm〜1mmの厚さを有する、請求項3又は4に記載の単回使用カプセル。
- 第1空洞が、3ml〜48ml、好ましくは4ml〜30ml、最も好ましくは5ml〜20mlの容積を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- 第1空洞と入口側との間に配置された第1フィルタ層(106)、及び/又は
第1空洞と出口側との間に配置された第2フィルタ層(107)を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。 - 第1フィルタ層及び/若しくは第2フィルタ層が、繊維材料を含み、
前記第1フィルタ層及び/若しくは第2フィルタ層の繊維質材料が、0.5μm〜200μm、好ましくは10〜150μm及び最も好ましくは50〜100μmの孔径を有し、並びに/又は
前記第1フィルタ層及び/若しくは第2フィルタ層の繊維材料が、10g/m2〜100g/m2、好ましくは20g/m2〜80g/m2及び最も好ましくは30g/m2〜50g/m2の比重を有し、並びに/又は
前記第1フィルタ層及び/又は第2フィルタ層が、5mm未満、好ましくは2mm未満の厚さを有する、請求項7に記載の単回使用カプセル。 - イオン交換要素が、弱酸及び/又は強酸カチオン交換材料、好ましくは、100%水素形態である弱酸及び/又は強酸カチオン交換材料並びに最も好ましくは、100%水素形態である弱酸カチオン交換材料を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- 単回使用カプセルを通る水流を150l/h未満、好ましくは100l/h未満及び最も好ましくは40l/h未満に制限するための流量制限構造(111)をさらに備える、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- カプセル本体内に位置する活性炭要素(108)をさらに含む、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- 単回使用カプセルが銀、銀合金又は銀化合物を含まない、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- カプセル本体が、プラスチック、バイオプラスチック、配向又は非配向合成繊維、天然材料、アルミニウム及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択される材料で作製される、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の単回使用カプセル。
- カプセルが、第1空洞内及び/又は前記第1空洞と入口側との間及び/又は第1空洞と出口側との間に、少なくとも1つの酸及び/又は少なくとも1つの酸塩を含む酸組成物をさらに含み、好ましくは、前記酸が、アスコルビン酸、クエン酸、フマル酸、マレイン酸、リンゴ酸、酒石酸及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択され、並びに/又は前記酸塩が、Cl−、SO4 2−、H2PO4 −である、請求項1〜13に記載の単回使用カプセル。
