Abstract
Description
本出願は、2016年2月12日に出願された米国特許仮出願第62/294,349号、及び2016年10月5日に出願された米国特許仮出願62/404,252号の利益を主張し、これらの各々はその全体を参照として本明細書に援用する。

能動免疫療法としても知られるワクチンベースの戦略は、より優れた治療法を提供する。例えば、sipuleucel−Tの承認を導いた治験では、化学療法剤で通常認められるものに比べて、より軽度の有害事象を示した[7]。前立腺癌に対する多くのワクチンは臨床開発中であり、そのすべてが同様の安全特性を示し、そのうちのいくつかは抗腫瘍活性を示した[11,12,13,14]。T細胞チェックポイント遮断に関連する活性などの抗原非特異的免疫活性化療法の開発にも関心が寄せられている。例えば、PD/PD−L1またはCTLA−4の阻害剤は、単独で、または併用で、転移性メラノーマに対して顕著な有効性を示し[15,16,17]、PD/PD−L遮断阻害剤は、いくつかの固形腫瘍タイプに対して単剤で活性を示した[18,19]。特に、PD−1は腫瘍を直接標的とするのではなくT細胞区画を標的とするため、PD−1の標的化は普遍的な治療であるべきである。しかしながら、PD−1遮断抗体を用いた別の第I相試験では、転移性前立腺癌患者(n=25)において客観的応答は観察されなかった[18,19]。前立腺癌に比べて、腎細胞癌、メラノーマ、及び非小細胞肺癌を有する患者において、より高い応答頻度で観察される特定の腫瘍に対する応答の差は、例えば、応答患者及び非応答患者のT細胞における差に起因する可能性が高いことを示唆している。さらに、PD−1またはPD−L1を用いた早期臨床試験により、生検による標的腫瘍細胞上のPD−1(PD−L1)のリガンドの少なくとも1つの発現が、治療に対する臨床応答と関連することが明らかになった[18]。組織浸潤性T細胞がIFNγの発現を介してPD−L1の発現を誘導し得ることを考えれば、これは予想されることである。それにもかかわらず、前立腺癌などのPD−L1を発現することが知られているいくつかの腫瘍[20]は、単剤療法としてのPD−1遮断による治療に対してほとんど応答を示さなかった[18,19]。
本明細書では、がんの治療及び予防に関連する技術、特に、限定するものではないが、前立腺癌の治療に関連する組成物及び方法を提供する。この様々な実施形態の詳細な説明では、説明のために多数の特定の詳細を示して、開示する実施形態の完全な理解を提供する。しかしながら、当業者であれば、これらの特定の詳細の有無にかかわらず、これらの様々な実施形態を実施し得ることを理解するであろう。他の例では、構造及び装置をブロック図形式で示す。さらに、当業者であれば、方法を提示し、実施する特定の手順が例示的であり、その手順が様々に変更可能であるとともに、それでもなお、それが本明細書に開示する様々な実施形態の趣旨及び範囲内にとどまり得ると考えられることを容易に理解することができる。

前立腺酸性ホスファターゼ(PAP)は、前立腺癌における腫瘍抗原であり、PAP特異的CD8+CTLは、前立腺癌細胞を溶解することができる。PAPは1938年に初めて同定され、当初は前立腺癌を検出するための血清マーカーとして用いられた[22,32]。正常及び悪性前立腺細胞におけるPAP発現は十分に実証されており、依然として転移性癌腫の前立腺起源を確立するための免疫組織化学染色に使用されている[33]。特定の腫瘍によって発現される場合も発現されない場合がある特定のがん遺伝子とは異なり、前立腺組織において遍在的に発現するPAPは、前立腺癌の免疫誘導療法の潜在的な「普遍的な」標的として魅力的な抗原である。さらに、いくつかの前立腺癌患者には、PAPに対する抗体及びT細胞応答が前もって存在することが示されており、この「自己」タンパク質に対する耐性をin vivoで回避することができることが示唆されている[34,35]。特に、PAPに特異的なTh1様免疫応答は、抗腫瘍応答を許容する免疫環境が、免疫化しなくても患者に存在することを示している[36]。さらに、前立腺癌の細胞溶解活性を有するPAP特異的CD8+T細胞が前立腺癌患者に存在し、これをワクチン接種で増強することができる実験が以前に示されている[30,36]。
腫瘍が免疫検出を回避する主なメカニズムは、T細胞受容体PD−1のリガンドであるPD−L1またはPD−L2を発現させることによるものである。PD−L1またはPD−L2によるPD−1の活性化は、T細胞機能を低下させ、免疫寛容を高める。臨床試験において観察される有害事象が相対的に少ないこと、及び早期臨床試験におけるいくつかの例で観察される長期の疾患応答を踏まえて、PD/PD−L(例えば、PD−1及び/またはPD−L1)阻害剤の開発には、現在大きな情熱が注がれている。特に、PD−1の標的化は、PD−1が腫瘍を直接標的とするのではなくT細胞区画を標的とするため、普遍的な治療であるべきである。しかしながら、これまでの臨床試験の経験から、いくつかの固形腫瘍型(特に腎細胞癌、メラノーマ、及び非小細胞肺癌)の患者は、前立腺癌を含む他の組織診の患者よりも、より多くの有益な効果を享受することが示唆されている[18,19]。応答性の患者及び非応答性の患者のT細胞の違いは、この相違の基礎となり得る。特に、より高い頻度の腫瘍浸潤性リンパ球(TIL)は、前立腺癌よりも腎細胞癌及びメラノーマを有する患者において、一般的に観察される。さらに、PD−1またはPD−L1を用いる早期臨床試験は、生検による標的腫瘍細胞上のPD−1(PD−L1)のリガンドの少なくとも1つの発現が、治療に対する臨床応答と関連することを同定した[18]。これは、組織浸潤性T細胞がIFNγの発現を介してPD−L1の発現を誘導することができ、PD−1のリガンド結合がT細胞エフェクター機能の低下をもたらすと考えれば、期待されることである。前立腺癌はPD−L1を発現し、浸潤性PD−1発現T細胞を有し得ることが示されている[20]。まとめると、これらの結果は、例えば、ワクチン接種を介して、及びPD遮断及び/またはPD−L遮断(例えば、PD−1及び/またはPD−L1遮断)により、例えばPD阻害剤及び/またはPD−L阻害剤(例えば、PD−1阻害剤(例えば、抗PD−1抗体)及び/またはPD−L1阻害剤(例えば、抗PD−L1抗体))により、腫瘍特異的T細胞の数を増加させることができる薬剤を併用することによって、抗腫瘍免疫治療の効力が、前立腺癌に対して高まるであろうことを示している。
過去10年間、プラスミドDNAベースのワクチンの開発にかなりの関心が寄せられており、これは他の抗原送達方法よりもいくつかの明確な利点を提供する戦略である。DNAは迅速かつ安価に精製することができ、DNAはペプチド及び組換えタンパク質よりもはるかに可溶性である。さらに、核酸ワクチン中のDNAは宿主組織によって取り込まれ、発現され、宿主抗原提示細胞(APC)によって直接提示されることが実証されているため[38,39,40]、抗原提示は天然にプロセシングされたエピトープを介して起こり、自己細胞処理を必要としない。したがって、DNAワクチンは、必然的にHLA拘束性のペプチドベースのワクチンとは異なり、理論的にHLA非依存的な様式で使用することができる。この戦略は、HLAの多様なヒト環境において理想的である。多くの点で、この免疫方法はウイルス免疫ベクターの使用に類似しているが、ウイルスベクターに導入する追加の外来抗原がなく、結果的に、ベクター自体に対する抗し難い免疫応答のリスクが低い[26,41]。腫瘍免疫モデルにおいて重要なことは、標的抗原をコードするプラスミドDNAを用いた免疫化が、Th1偏向性免疫応答[42]及び標的抗原に特異的なCD8+T細胞を誘発する強力な手段であることをいくつかのグループが実証していることである[38,43,44,45,46]。動物モデルでは、特に、ワクチン投与の皮内経路の使用は、このTh1/CTL偏向性免疫応答を促進する傾向がある[42,47,48]。また、口腔メラノーマを有するコンパニオンイヌの生存率の改善を実証した臨床試験[49,50]の結果に基づいて、イヌメラノーマ治療用のチロシナーゼをコードするDNAワクチンの臨床効果が、2010年初めにUSDAによって承認されたことも了承すべきである。実際、これは既存のがんの治療のために米国で承認された最初のワクチンである。したがって、このアプローチは、ヒト臨床試験におけるさらなる研究を要する。
PAPのヒトまたはラット相同体のいずれかをコードするDNAワクチンは、ラットにおいてPAP特異的CD4+及びCD8+T細胞を誘発し、このことは、患者におけるPAP特異的抗腫瘍免疫応答を誘発する実現可能な手段を示唆するものであると以前に報告されている[25,26]。続いて、この同じDNAワクチンを用いて、去勢抵抗性非転移性前立腺癌を有する被験体を2週間間隔で6回免疫化した第I相/第II相臨床試験からのデータが報告されている。これらのデータを収集して、臨床ステージD0前立腺癌患者におけるpTVG−HP DNAワクチンの安全性及び免疫学的有効性を評価した[51]。これは、最大耐量で治療する被験体の拡大コホートを用いた用量漸増試験であった。用量漸増部分では、9人の被験体を3つの用量コホート(100μg、500μg、または1500μgのDNA)で2週間毎に全6回の免疫化について皮内投与した。200μgのGM−CSFを各免疫化のワクチンアジュバントとして同時投与した。13人の追加被験体を、拡大コホートにおいて1500μgのDNA用量で治療した。重篤な有害事象は観察されず、有意な実験室異常は観察されなかった。観察された一般的な事象は、グレード1/2の発熱、寒気、及び通常24時間未満の局所部位反応であった。本試験の主要な免疫学的エンドポイントは、最終免疫の2週間後に検出可能なPAP特異的IFNγ分泌エフェクターCD8+T細胞の誘導であった。以前に報告されているように、3人の患者については、免疫化後のPAP特異的IFNγ分泌CD8+T細胞の数が、各免疫コホートからの1人の患者の予備免疫に比べて有意に増加していた[29]。いくつかの個体は、治療前に比べて、治療後1年間でPSA倍加時間の延長を経験した。全般的にPSAの倍加時間の中央値は、治療前4か月において6.5か月、治療中4か月目において8.5か月であった(p=0.033)。免疫化後1年までのいくつかの患者において、長期のPAP特異的IFNγ分泌T細胞応答が観察され;この持続性免疫の存在は、PSA倍加時間の好ましい変化と関連していた[30]。
いくつかの実施形態では、PD−1経路阻害剤はモノクローナル抗体である。
ペプチドワクチンのようなDNAワクチンは、製造が比較的容易で安価である点で有利であり、また、樹状細胞ベースのワクチンのように患者に対して個別化されていない。抗原提示細胞に抗原が取り込まれ、主にMHCクラスIIに関連して発現する組換えタンパク質ワクチンとは異なり、核酸ワクチン中のDNAは、抗原提示細胞によって直接取り込まれ、発現し、自然にプロセシングされるMHCクラスI及びIIエピトープの両方を介して抗原提示をもたらす[38]。
GM−CSF(Leukine(登録商標)、Sargramostim)は、ワクチンアジュバントである。特に、GM−CSFは、樹状抗原提示細胞を含む造血前駆細胞の生存、クローン増殖及び分化をサポートする増殖因子である。GM−CSFは安全であり、免疫された抗原に対する抗体及びT細胞応答の誘導のための有効なアジュバントとして役立つことが示されている[58,59]。GM−CSFの使用は、ほとんど毒性と関連していない[60,61,62]。GM−CSFは、250μg用量のバイアルに入った滅菌した白色の防腐剤を含まない凍結乾燥粉末である。静脈内または皮下に投与する場合、組換えヒトGM−CSF(rhGM−CSF)は、通常、50〜500μg/m2/日の範囲の用量で忍容性が良好である。
従前の結果は、PD−1遮断のみで治療した患者において、客観的な疾患応答を示さず;本技術の実施形態の開発中に収集したデータは、PD−L1を発現する腫瘍細胞の同様のマウスモデルにおいて、PD経路遮断を腫瘍抗原特異的ワクチン接種と併用しない限り、腫瘍増殖遅延または根絶のエビデンスはなかったことを示した。
DNAワクチン及びPD−1阻害剤を、哺乳類、特にそのような化合物の投与に応答する病態を有するヒト(例えば、前立腺癌を有するヒト被験体)に投与するために製剤化することが一般的に企図されている。したがって、企図する化合物を医薬組成物中に投与する場合、企図する化合物を、薬学的に許容可能な担体との混合物で製剤化することが企図される。例えば、企図する化合物を、薬学的に許容可能な塩として経口的に、または生理食塩水(例えば、pH約7.2〜7.5に緩衝する)中で静脈内投与してもよい。リン酸塩、炭酸水素塩、またはクエン酸塩などの従来の緩衝剤をこの目的のために使用することができる。もちろん、当業者は、本明細書の教示の範囲内で製剤を改変して、特定の投与経路のための多数の製剤を提供してもよい。特に、企図する化合物を改変して、水または他のビヒクル中でより可溶性になるようにしてもよく、例えば、十分に通常の技術の範囲内にある軽微な改変(塩製剤化、エステル化など)で容易に達成し得る。患者の薬効を最大化するために、特定の化合物の投与経路及び投与計画を改変して本化合物の薬物動態を管理することもまた、十分に通常の技術の範囲内にある。
様々な実施形態において、様々な技術及び観測量を用いてデータを収集し、例えば、被験体のベースラインを測定し、及び/または治療の有効性をモニタリングする。例えば、いくつかの実施形態は、画像化に基づく被験体の評価を含む。いくつかの特定の実施形態では、画像化技術は、コンピュータ断層撮影法(CT)を含む。いくつかの特定の実施形態では、画像化技術は、磁気共鳴画像法(MRI)を含む。いくつかの実施形態では、CT及び/またはMRIは、標的病変を測定するための正確で再現可能な方法を提供する。いくつかの実施形態では、CT及びMRIを、スライス厚が10mm以下の連続した切断を用いて実施する。いくつかの実施形態では、例えば、胸部、腹部、及び骨盤の腫瘍について、5mmの連続再構成アルゴリズムを使用してスパイラルCTを実施する。

DNAワクチンはヒトにおいて抗原特異的CD8+T細胞を誘発し、細胞は数年のオーダーで存続するが、その一方で、抗原を発現する腫瘍が存続することは、腫瘍エスケープのメカニズムが作用していることを示している。例えば、ヒトの治験で収集したデータは、一部の患者が免疫応答のエビデンスをもたらさなかったことを示し、さらには疾患の進行のエビデンスを示したものさえあった。したがって、DNAワクチンの免疫学的活性を改善するために(例えば、前立腺癌の治療用のDNAワクチンの開発において)、本技術の実施態様の開発中に実験を実施し、腫瘍耐性のメカニズムに関連するデータを収集した。
本実施例は、ペンブロリズマブ及びpTVG−HP DNAワクチンの同時投与から得られる結果を、去勢抵抗性転移性前立腺癌患者に提供する。簡潔に述べると、治験中の患者を2つの群に分けた。第一の群(同時群)には、1日目にペンブロリズマブとpTVG−HP DNAワクチンを同時投与し、その後10週間にわたって、その後3週間毎にペンブロリズマブを、その後2週間毎にpTVG−HP DNAワクチンを投与した。第二の群(逐次群)には、2週間毎にpTVG−HP DNAワクチンを合計10週間投与した後、12週目から21週目まで3週間毎にペンブロリズマブを投与した。投与計画を図1にまとめる。結果:治験登録は継続中だが、登録された最初の14人の患者について、グレード3の事象は、疲労、下痢、及び肝炎を含み、グレード4の事象は観察されなかったことを報告する。治療中止後に発生した1件の死亡例は、おそらくペンブロリズマブに関連していた。治療中止前に、4/11(36%)の評価可能な患者がPSA低下を経験し、3/11(27%)がX線画像上での腫瘍体積の縮小を経験した。末梢血試料においてPAP特異的Th1偏向性T細胞の増殖が検出され、最大のPSA及びX線画像上での変化を有する2人の患者において持続的に上昇した。これらのデータは、抗腫瘍ワクチンとPD−1遮断とを併用した臨床試験の最初の報告であり、PD−1遮断と併用することによって抗腫瘍ワクチンの効力を増強できることを示唆している。
試験薬剤及び調節情報:pTVG−HPは、真核生物プロモーター下流の全長ヒトPAP cDNAをコードするプラスミドDNAである25。試験プロトコールは、すべての地方及び連邦(FDA、NIH組換えDNA諮問委員会)エンティティによってレビューされ承認された。すべての患者に対し、参加のための書面によるインフォームドコンセントを行った。
患者集団及び試験経過:ウイスコンシン大学カルボーンがんセンターにおいて本治験に14人の患者が登録された。治療の一般的なスキームを図1に示す。参加者の平均年齢は69歳(54〜83歳)であった。治療の過程で、グレード4の事象は観察されなかった。1人の被験者はグレード3の疲労を経験し、別の個体(群2)は24週目からグレード3の肝炎を経験し、もう1人はグレード3の下痢を経験した。グレード2の事象は、疲労、便秘、下痢、吐き気、関節痛、まばたき、甲状腺機能低下症、甲状腺機能亢進症、疼痛を含み、少なくとも潜在的に治験治療に関連すると考えられた。グレード3の下痢を有する患者(群2)は、治験を中止してから30日以内に死亡し、ペンブロリズマブによる最後の治療の46日後に、少なくともおそらくペンブロリズマブによる治療に起因する下痢に関連していると思われる多臓器不全により死亡した。各試験群に1人ずつ、2人の患者が、最初の1か月以内に進行性疾患のエビデンスを有し、試験を中止したため、免疫学的応答または臨床応答について評価することができなかった。
免疫系治療は、過去数年間に顕著な臨床効果を示し、Science誌は2013年の科学におけるブレークスルーとしてがん免疫療法を挙げた78。この成功の大部分は、いくつかのがんのタイプへの有効性を示した、PD−1/PD−L1またはCTLA−4を標的とする抗体を含むT細胞チェックポイント阻害剤によるものであった。それにもかかわらず、進行性前立腺癌の単独療法としてのこれらのT細胞チェックポイント阻害剤の以前の評価は、ほとんどベネフィットを示していなかった79,21,22。可能性のある例外は、DNA修復遺伝子の欠損を有する進行性腫瘍またはより多数の浸潤性T細胞及び/または腫瘍細胞上のPD−L1発現を有する「炎症性」前立腺腫瘍の稀なサブタイプであり得る80。逆に、ワクチンなどのT細胞活性化療法は臨床効果を示しており、実際、FDAが認可した唯一の抗腫瘍ワクチンは、進行性去勢抵抗性転移性前立腺癌患者の前立腺癌抗原PAPを標的とするものである。現在の治験において、抗腫瘍ワクチン接種とPD−1遮断との併用が、抗腫瘍免疫を誘発する点に関して相乗的であり得るかどうかを判定しようとした。これは、DNAワクチンの抗腫瘍効果が、特にT細胞チェックポイント遮断により増加し81,82、以前にPAPをコードするDNAワクチンで治療した患者においてPD−1調節T細胞応答が生じた83ことを示した前臨床試験に基づく。知る限り、これは抗腫瘍ワクチンとPD−1遮断を併用した臨床試験の最初の報告である。結果は、本アプローチが、これまで進行性前立腺癌における抗腫瘍ワクチンの難解なエンドポイントであった客観的な腫瘍縮小効果をもたらすことができ、したがって、PD−1遮断のみではほとんど効果を示さなかった他の腫瘍についても検討できる可能性があることを示している。

Claims (97)
- 被験体の前立腺癌の治療方法であって:

- それを必要とする被験体における前立腺癌の治療のための前立腺酸性ホスファターゼ(PAP)遺伝子由来のヌクレオチド配列を有する核酸を含むワクチン及びヒトプログラム細胞死受容体1(PD−1)阻害剤の使用であって、前記ワクチンと前記PD−1阻害剤を同時に投与する、前記使用。
- 前記同時投与が、前記ワクチンの投与後、前記ワクチンの投与から24時間以内に前記PD−1阻害剤を投与することを含む、請求項53に記載の使用。
- 前記核酸が、転写調節エレメント及び/または免疫刺激配列をさらに含む、請求項53〜54のいずれかに記載の使用。
- PAP遺伝子由来の前記ヌクレオチド配列が、転写調節エレメントに作動可能に連結している、請求項53〜55のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PAP遺伝子がヒトPAP遺伝子である、請求項53〜56のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PAP遺伝子がげっ歯類PAP遺伝子である、請求項53〜57のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記被験体がヒトである、請求項53〜58のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記核酸がpTVG4−HPである、請求項53〜59のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PD−1阻害剤がモノクローナル抗体である、請求項53〜60のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PD−1阻害剤が、ペンブロリズマブまたはニボルマブである、請求項53〜61のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ヌクレオチド配列が、配列番号1、配列番号2、または配列番号3のアミノ酸配列、またはその一部もしくは置換変異体を含むポリペプチドをコードする、請求項53〜62のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PD−1阻害剤を1〜5mg/kgの用量で投与する、請求項53〜63のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記PD−1阻害剤を静脈内投与する、請求項53〜64のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンをおよそ100μgの量で投与する、請求項53〜65のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンが、さらにアジュバントを含む、請求項53〜66のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンが、GM−CSFをさらに含む、請求項53〜67のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンを、皮内または経皮投与する、請求項53〜68のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンを約2週間毎に投与する、請求項53〜69のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチン及び前記PD−1阻害剤を複数回投与し、前記ワクチン及び前記PD−1阻害剤の初回の同時投与後に、最大90日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与する、請求項53〜69のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 91日〜365日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与することをさらに含む、請求項71に記載の使用。
- 90日後にPSAの減少または腫瘍退縮を示す患者を選択し、91日〜365日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与する、請求項71〜72のいずれかに記載の使用。

- 前記方法が、前記被験体において、前記ワクチン単独の投与に比べて向上した抗腫瘍応答をもたらす、請求項53〜82のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記方法が、PAP特異的T細胞の数を増加させる、請求項53〜83のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記方法が、PD−1を発現する循環CD4+またはCD8+T細胞の数を増加させる、請求項53〜84のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記方法が、前記被験体の血中の循環腫瘍細胞の量を減少させる、請求項53〜85のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記方法が、前記被験体におけるPAP特異的抗体の量を増加させる、請求項53〜86のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記方法が、非PAP前立腺関連抗原に対する免疫応答を誘発する、請求項53〜87のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチンを投与する1つ以上の工程及び/または前記被験体由来の試料中のPD−1陽性T細胞の数を測定する1つ以上の工程を含む、請求項53〜88のいずれかに記載の使用。
- それを必要とする被験体における前立腺癌の治療のための前立腺酸性ホスファターゼ(PAP)遺伝子由来のヌクレオチド配列を有する核酸を含むワクチン及びヒトプログラム細胞死受容体1(PD−1)阻害剤の使用であって、前記ワクチン及び前記PD−1阻害剤の初回投与後に、前記ワクチン及び前記PD−1阻害剤を重複スケジュールで複数回投与する、前記使用。
- 初回投与時に、前記ワクチンを前記PD−1阻害剤より先に投与する、請求項90に記載の使用。
- 前記重複スケジュールの開始時に、前記ワクチンと前記PD−1阻害剤を、互いに48時間以内に投与する、請求項90〜91のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 前記ワクチン及び前記PD−1阻害剤の初回投与後、最大90日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与する、請求項90〜92のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 91日〜365日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与することをさらに含む、請求項90〜93のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 90日後にPSAの減少または腫瘍退縮を示す患者を選択し、91日〜365日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与する、請求項90〜94のいずれかに記載の使用。
- 366日〜730日の期間、前記ワクチンを10〜21日毎に、前記PD−1阻害剤を17〜24日毎に投与することをさらに含む、請求項90〜95のいずれかに記載の使用。
