Description

2.この伝熱流体は、10%の充填率で、伝熱装置の内部キャビティに充填される。
3.QTG媒体を充填した後、装置を115℃に加熱して、脱気操作を開始する。脱気操作を数回繰り返してから、温度を等温的に125℃に上昇させる。125℃に達すると、最後の脱気が行われ、装置は密閉される。
4.加熱は成熟した技術であり、工業規格である一方、脱気は既知であり、伝熱装置の製造に使用される。消費者は、デバイスの特定の形状および構造に従って、QTG媒体の充填プロセスを変更する。
5.加熱中の脱気の主な目的は、QTG媒体が固体、液体および気体の多相形態(multiphase foam)のままであることを保証することである。
ヒートパイプの伝熱は、冷却水によって吸収される熱エネルギーによって表される。
ここで、Q1は、入熱(W)であり、
Q2は、熱損失(W)であり、良好な断熱で無視でき、
Gは、冷却水の質量流量(kg/s)であり、
cpは、冷却水の熱容量(kJ/kg)であり、
Toutは、冷却水の出口温度(℃)であり、
Tinは、冷却水の入口温度(℃)である。
ヒートパイプの全熱抵抗は次のように計算される。
ここで、Rtは全熱抵抗(℃/W)であり、Tweは蒸発セクターにおける温度の平均値(℃)であり、Twcは、凝縮セクターにおける温度の平均値(℃)である。
本発明の熱媒体を試験するために、ヒートパイプ(クァンタムチューブ)を本発明の5〜10%の伝熱媒体(ヒートパイプの内部キャビティの体積分率)で充填する。図1は、本発明によるクァンタムチューブ1の概略図である。これは、QTG媒体でチューブキャビティ容積の約10%まで充填されたヒートパイプ1である。QTG媒体は、脱気のために125℃に加熱され、続いて密封された。充填、加熱および脱気プロセスの間、QTG媒体のいくつかの粒子は、内壁にコーティングまたは吸着される。一方、他の粒子は、チューブのキャビティ内に懸濁されるか、流体中に分散され、多相状態を形成する。
上述したように、図1は、試験のためにQTG媒体で満たされたクァンタムチューブ1を示す。図2は、電源11と、熱電対加熱システム12と、コンピュータデータシステム13と、循環水システム14とを示す試験システムの概略図である。
試験管および熱電対を上記の実施例1に記載のように設定する。試験管を140℃以上に加熱する。氷水に浸した冷却タオルは、タオルの冷たい温度を維持するために、タオルの下を流れる氷水とともに、T6に近いパイプの端部付近に巻き付けられる。すべての部分(T1〜T6で測定されるような)でパイプの温度は低下し始め、T1の温度は、冷却タオルに近いT2〜T6のいずれかより低い温度を素早く示す。また、冷却濡れタオルがT1とT2、またはT2とT3、またはT3とT4、またはT4とT5、またはT5とT6の間のパイプの周りに巻かれると、すべての温度が低下し、T6はT5〜T1および加熱カートリッジの温度よりも高くなる。
図5は、QTG媒体で充填された高温チューブと、脱イオン(DI)水で充填された高温チューブとの間の伝熱性能の比較を示す。図5(a)は、QTG媒体で充填された高温チューブの加熱処理中の典型的な温度上昇を示す。T_hはカートリッジヒーターの温度であり、T1〜T9は高温チューブに沿った表面温度である。1500Wの電力入力が印加されると、チューブの表面温度は瞬間的に上昇し、すぐにチューブ表面は等温になる。電力入力が増加すると、チューブの表面温度は等温に上昇し、カートリッジヒーター温度と、チューブの表面温度との間の283℃の温度差で、最終的に約300℃に達する。DI水で満たされた高温チューブの典型的な伝熱性能は、比較として図5(b)に示される。安定性調査は、図5(c)および(d)において実行される。DI水チューブの等温温度は、図5(c)に示すように、稼動日によって低下するが、QTG媒体チューブの等温温度は安定したままである。図5(d)に示されるように、高温の範囲でのQTG媒体チューブの温度差は約283℃であり、DI水チューブの温度差は約317℃である。
図6は、本発明によるクァンタムポットの概略図である。これは、QTG媒体で満たされた特殊な形状の伝熱コンポーネントである。QTG媒体は、脱気のために125℃に加熱され、続いて密封される。充填、加熱および脱気プロセス中、QTG媒体のいくつかの粒子は、内壁にコーティングまたは吸着される。一方、他の粒子は、ポットのキャビティに懸濁されるか、または流体中に分散され、多相状態を形成する。室温が22℃の場合、電熱板のスイッチをオンにすると、T1〜T6は、瞬時にまたは同時に上昇して、等温伝熱を発揮する。これは、様々な形状の伝熱コンポーネントにおけるQTG媒体の等温伝熱として知られている。
図7は、QTG媒体の電位試験の概略図である。
本発明による媒体の熱伝導特性は、ASTM E1530−11(ガード熱流量計技術による材料の伝熱に対する抵抗を評価するための標準試験方法)による方法によって、測定される。この試験方法によって評価されると、本発明の製品は、(a)静的熱伝導率1.12〜1.14、または特に、1.13W/m・K(DI水の静的熱伝導率(0.598W/m・K)の約2倍)と、(b)7.46〜7.56、または約7.53E−3 m2K/Wの熱抵抗とを示す。
本発明による媒体の表面張力特性は、液体サンプルをベース表面に分注することによって、FTA 188ビデオ接触角アナライザーを使用して測定される(すなわち、ペンダントドロップ法)。
Claims (20)
- 酸化コバルト(II、III)、酸化鉄(II、III)、酸化ジルコニウム(IV)、酸化アルミニウム、二酸化ケイ素およびモリブデン酸亜鉛の不溶性微粒子を含むことを特徴とする伝熱材料。
- 酸化亜鉛、リン酸銀、炭化チタン、二酸化チタン、窒化アルミニウム、および窒化ホウ素の微粒子からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物をさらに含む請求項1に記載の伝熱材料。
- 二酸化ケイ素、リン酸銀および炭化チタンの微粒子からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物をさらに含む請求項1に記載の伝熱材料。
- 以下の重量%の量の前記微粒子を含む、請求項1に記載の伝熱材料。

- 前記伝熱材料のpHを4.5〜5.5に調整するための十分な量で、リン酸および硫酸からなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの化合物をさらに含む請求項1ないし12のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱材料。
- 前記微粒子は、1ミクロン未満の平均サイズを有する請求項1ないし15のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱材料。
- 鉄(II、III)、酸化ジルコニウムおよび窒化アルミニウムの前記微粒子は、10〜400ナノメートルの平均サイズを有する請求項16に記載の伝熱材料。
- 請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の伝熱材料と、脱イオン水とを含むことを特徴とする伝熱材料媒体。
- 密閉容器と、
前記容器内の、大気圧以下の圧力のキャビティと、
前記キャビティ内に配置された請求項12に記載の伝熱媒体と、を含むことを特徴とする伝熱システム。 - 熱エネルギーを容器の外側に伝達するために、前記容器内の請求項18に記載の伝熱媒体をエネルギーにさらす工程を含むことを特徴とする熱を伝達する方法。
