Claims (15)
- 検体、特にはグルコースの濃度を侵襲的に測定する検体測定パッチ(1)であって、前記検体測定パッチは、
作用電極(101)、対向電極(103)および参照電極(102)を備えている、患者の組織における経皮的な配置のためのセンサ(10)と、
患者の皮膚上への配置のためのパッド(11)であって、前記センサ(10)が前記パッド(11)の粘着面(110)から突出するパッド(11)と、
マイクロコントローラ(1200)および電流測定ユニットを備える電子ユニット(12)と、を備え、
前記マイクロコントローラ(1200)は、制御出力(DAC)、第1アナログ入力(ADC−2)および第2アナログ入力(ADC−1)を備え、
前記制御出力(DAC)は制御電極と動作可能に接続され、前記制御電極は前記作用電極(101)または前記対向電極(103)のいずれかであり、
前記第1アナログ入力(ADC−2)は前記電流測定ユニットを介して測定電極と動作可能に接続され、前記測定電極は前記作用電極(101)または前記対向電極(103)のいずれかであり、
前記第2アナログ入力(ADC−1)は前記参照電極(102)と動作可能に接続され、
前記マイクロコントローラ(1200)は、前記制御出力(DAC)に制御電圧を供給することにより、前記作用電極(101)と前記対向電極(103)との間の電位差を、予め定められた分極電圧に等しくなるべく制御するように構成される、検体測定パッチ。 - 前記電子ユニット(12)は、ボルテージフォロア(1202)を備え、前記参照電極(102)は、前記ボルテージフォロア(1202)を介して前記第2アナログ入力(ADC−1)と動作可能に接続される請求項1記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(1200)は、前記制御出力と動作可能に接続されているデジタル−アナログ変換器を備え、前記制御電極は、直接ガルバニック接続を介して、または、好ましくは受動RC回路網であるサンプルアンドホールドユニットを介して、前記制御出力と動作可能に連結される、請求項1または2記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記電流測定ユニットは、差動増幅器ユニット(1204)または電流−電圧変換器ユニット(1203)を備える請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記制御電極(101)は、前記測定電極(102)とは異なる請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記制御電極が前記対向電極(103)であり、前記測定電極が前記作用電極(101)である請求項5記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記電子ユニット(12)が、非対称電源(124)に動作可能に連結されているか、または動作可能に連結されるように設計されている請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記マイクロコントローラ(1200)が、前記作用電極(101)、前記対向電極(103)および/または前記参照電極(102)のうちの少なくとも1つと接触している気泡を検出するように構成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記電子ユニット(12)および前記センサ(10)が、取り外し不能に機械的に連結されている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記センサ(10)および前記電子ユニット(12)が、取り外し可能に機械的に連結されているか、または取り外し可能に機械的に連結されるように設計されている請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記電子ユニット(12)は、データ通信ユニット(126)を備え、前記電子ユニット(12)は、前記データ通信ユニット(126)を介して、さらなる電子ユニット(13)と、データ、特には検体濃度データまたは検体濃度に相関するデータを交換するように設計されている請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記データ通信ユニット(126)が、無線データ通信ユニット、好ましくは近距離通信ユニットであり、前記電子ユニット(12)が、環境に対して密封されている請求項11記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- さらなる電子ユニット(13)をさらに備え、前記さらなる電子ユニット(13)は、前記データ通信ユニット(126)と動作可能に連結するためのさらなるデータ通信ユニット(136)を備え、前記さらなる電子ユニット(13)が前記電子ユニット(12)と取り外し可能に機械的に連結するように設計されている請求項11または12記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 前記電子ユニット(12)および前記さらなる電子ユニットが、それぞれ別の電源を備える請求項13記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
- 無線遠隔装置通信ユニット(123、133)をさらに備え、前記無線遠隔装置通信ユニット(123、133)は、前記マイクロコントローラ(1200)と動作可能に連結され、データ、特には、検体濃度データまたは検体濃度に相関するデータを、さらなる別の遠隔装置(2)と交換するように設計されている請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の検体測定パッチ(1)。
