Claims (8)
- 試料を精製し、複数の検体を検出するためのカートリッジ(100)であって、
前記試料および少なくとも1つの試薬を装填するための複数の隔室(18)を有する第1のチャンバ(10)において、前記試料と前記少なくとも1つの試薬を混合するように構成された第1のチャンバ(10)と、
前記第1のチャンバ(10)と流体連通する第2のチャンバ(20)において、前記第2のチャンバ(20)がマトリックス部材(22)を有するように構成され、前記マトリックス部材(22)が、前記試料と前記少なくとも1つの試薬との前記混合物のうちの少なくとも1つの検体に結合するために、前記試料と前記少なくとも1つの試薬の前記混合物を受ける、第2のチャンバ(20)と、
前記第2のチャンバ(20)と流体連通する第3のチャンバ(30)において、前記第2のチャンバ(20)から放出された廃液を収容するための廃液回収室(30a)を有するように構成される、第3のチャンバ(30)と、
前記第3のチャンバ(30)と流体連通する第4のチャンバ(40)において、前記第2のチャンバ(20)から前記第3のチャンバ(30)を介して前記少なくとも1つの検体を受けるように構成された少なくとも1つのチューブ(42)を含む、第4のチャンバ(40)と、を備えるカートリッジ(100)。 - 前記複数の隔室(18)が、前記試料を装填するための試料室(18a)と、前記少なくとも1つの反応物を装填するための少なくとも1つの反応物室(18b)を含む、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(10)が、前記複数の隔室(18)と流体連通している、前記試料と前記少なくとも1つの試薬を混合するための反応室(18c)を備える、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
- 前記第1のチャンバ(10)が、前記試料および前記少なくとも1つの試薬を加熱するための加熱要素(16)を含む、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
- 前記マトリックス部材(22)が綿マトリックスである、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
- 前記試料が、生物学的試料および非生物学的試料のうちの少なくとも1つである、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
- 前記第3のチャンバ(30)が、前記第2のチャンバ(20)および前記少なくとも1つのチューブ(42)と流体連通している、前記少なくとも1つの検体を送るための流路(30b)を含む、請求項1に記載のカートリッジ(100)。
