Description

Claims (15)
- 遠位部を備える組織除去装置であって、遠位部は、
組織除去器具を備える外側遠位部と、
前記外側遠位部の内部に配置され且つ閉遠位端と管腔と少なくとも1つの側面ポートを有する内側遠位部とを備え、
前記管腔は、医療装置を受承し、前記内側遠位部は、前記外側遠位部と前記医療装置に対して相対移動可能である、組織除去装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの側面ポートは、前記内側遠位部に隣接する組織に対して吸引力を付与する、請求項1に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記医療装置をさらに備え、前記遠位部は、前記医療装置に固定されている、請求項1または2に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記医療装置は、前記内側遠位部の管腔と前記少なくとも1つの側面ポートに連通している、請求項3に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記遠位部は、前記医療装置に対して取り外し可能に固定されている、請求項3または4に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの側面ポートは、前記内側遠位部の外周部分の270度から90度の間に配置された複数のポートを含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
- 組織除去器具は、前記外側遠位部の外周部分の200度から90度の間に配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記内側遠位部と前記外側遠位部とは、前記組織除去器具が、前記複数のポートと周方向において整合するように配置される、請求項6に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記内側遠位部の外表面と前記外側遠位部の内表面との間に間隙をさらに含み、前記間隙の径方向の幅は、3mmから8mmの間である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記医療装置は内視鏡である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記内側遠位部と前記外側遠位部の各々は、前記医療装置に対して軸方向に第1位置と第2位置とを取る、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記第2位置にある時に、前記内側遠位部は、標的組織に吸引力を付与する、請求項11に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記外側遠位部は、前記外側遠位部が前記第1位置から前記第2位置に移行した際に前記標的組織を切除する、請求項12に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記外側遠位部は、前記内側遠位部が前記第2位置から前記第1位置に移行した際に標的組織を切除する、請求項12に記載の組織除去装置。
- 前記内側遠位部の遠位端は透明である、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の組織除去装置。
