Abstract
Description
1.生体適合性材料から製造されたバイオインクは、高い粘度且つ、比較的に少ない流動性を有する。これは、プリンティング中にスプレーヘッドの近くで、プリンティング効率に影響する目詰まりの問題が生じやすい。
Claims (14)
- スプレーヘッド(1)及び前記スプレーヘッド(1)から離間し且つ、前記スプレーヘッド(1)の出口に隣接して配置された延長ロッド(2)を含む、バイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリであって、ここで、細長い流路(21)が、前記延長ロッド(2)に設けられ、前記流路(21)において生物学的プリンティング材料として機能する流体プリンティングユニットを指向的に噴霧するようにガイドする、バイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)が、その入口から出口に向けてテーパになっている、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)が、前記流体プリンティングユニットの流れの方向に沿った円錐形セクションを有する、請求項2に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)の出口が、前記流体プリンティングユニットのサイズの1〜1.5倍になるように寸法決めされる、請求項2に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)の出口が、前記流体プリンティングユニットのサイズの1.2倍になるように寸法決めされる、請求項4に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)の出口が、前記流体プリンティングユニットのサイズの2〜5倍になるように寸法決めされる、請求項2に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)の出口が、前記流体プリンティングユニットのサイズの2倍になるように寸法決めされる、請求項6に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 開放凹部(23)が、スプレーヘッド(1)に隣接する延長ロッド(2)の端面上に設けられるバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリであって、ここで、前記開放凹部(23)の出口が、前記流路(21)に連通し、スプレーヘッド(1)が、前記流路(21)に向かってテーパになっている開放凹部(23)内に延び、第2の材料流路が、前記スプレーヘッド(1)の外壁と前記開放凹部(23)の間に形成され、空洞が、前記スプレーヘッド(1)の出口と前記開放凹部(23)の間に形成され、前記第2の材料流路を通過する第2の材料が、前記スプレーヘッド(1)の出口から噴霧された第1の材料をチャンバ内で包むように、前記流体プリンティングユニットを形成する、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記スプレーヘッド(1)の出口と前記開放凹部(23)の間の隙間が、前記流体プリンティングユニットのサイズよりも小さい、請求項8に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記開放凹部(23)が、流体プリンティングユニットの流れ方向に沿った円錐形セクションを有する、請求項8に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記延長ロッド(2)の外周に断熱部材(22)をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 前記流路(21)が、直線又は湾曲している、請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリ。
- 請求項1に記載のバイオプリンタースプレーヘッドアセンブリを含む、バイオプリンター。
- 前記バイオプリンターが、3Dバイオプリンターである、請求項13に記載のバイオプリンター。
