Abstract
Description
対象のPPGを提供するフォトプレチスモグラム(PPG)提供ユニットと、
提供されたPPGに基づきHFリスクを決定するHFリスク決定ユニットとを有し、
上記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、上記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき、収縮期後増強(PESP)の存在及び乱れた力−周波数関係(FFR)の少なくとも1つを検出し、上記収縮期後増強の存在及び上記乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つの検出に基づき、心不全のリスクを決定する。
PPG提供ユニットにより対象のPPGを提供するステップと、
HFリスク決定ユニットにより、上記提供されたPPGに基づきHFリスクを決定するステップとを有し、
上記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、上記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき、収縮期後増強の存在及び乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つを検出し、上記収縮期後増強の存在及び上記乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つの検出に基づき、心不全のリスクを決定する。
Claims (15)
- 対象の心不全リスクを決定する決定システムであって、
前記対象のフォトプレチスモグムを提供するフォトプレチスモグム測定ユニットと、
前記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき、心不全リスクを決定する心不全リスク決定ユニットとを有し、
前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき、収縮期後増強PESPの存在及び乱れた力−周波数関係FFRの少なくとも1つを検出し、前記収縮期後増強の存在及び前記乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つの検出に基づき、心不全のリスクを決定する、決定システム。 - 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、
前記フォトプレチスモグムに基づき、左心室の圧力の特性の時間的挙動を決定し、
前記決定された時間的挙動に基づき、前記心不全リスクを規定する規則を提供し、
前記決定された時間的挙動及び前記提供された規則に基づき、前記心不全のリスクを決定する、請求項1に記載の決定システム。 - 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記時間的挙動を決定するため、経時的な左心室圧のピークの高さを示す、異なる時間に対するピーク値を決定する、請求項2に記載の決定システム。
- 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、第1のピーク値閾値及び第2のピーク値閾値を含み、a)ピーク値が前記第1のピーク値閾値よりも小さい、及びb)次のピーク値が前記第2のピーク値閾値より大きくないかどうかに基づき、前記収縮期後増強の存在の検出を規定する規則を提供する、請求項3に記載の決定システム。
- 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記時間的挙動を決定するため、経時的な左心室の圧力の周波数を示す、異なる時間に対する周波数値を決定する、請求項3に記載の決定システム。
- 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記周波数値が経時的に増加するが、前記ピーク値が経時的に増加しないかどうかに基づき、前記乱れた力周波数関係の検出を規定する規則を提供する、請求項5に記載の決定システム。
- 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記時間的挙動を決定するため、経時的な左心室の圧力の周波数を示す、異なる時間に対する周波数値を決定する、請求項2に記載の決定システム。
- 前記決定システムが、前記対象の活動状態のインジケーションを提供する活動状態提供ユニットを更に有し、
前記心不全リスク決定ユニットは、前記活動状態に依存する活動周波数閾値を含み、前記周波数値が個別の活動状態に関する前記活動周波数閾値より大きいかどうかに基づき心不全リスクを規定する規則を提供する、請求項7に記載の決定システム。 - 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、周波数偏差閾値を含み、時間的に連続する周波数値間の偏差が前記周波数偏差閾値より大きいかどうかに基づき、前記心不全リスクを規定する規則を提供する、請求項7に記載の決定システム。
- 前記決定システムが、前記対象の呼吸数を提供する呼吸数提供ユニットを有し、
前記HFリスク決定ユニットは、前記提供された呼吸数に基づきHFリスクを決定する、請求項1に記載の決定システム。 - 前記決定システムが、前記対象の活動状態のインジケーションを提供する活動状態提供ユニットを更に有し、
前記HFリスク決定ユニットは、前記活動状態に依存する呼吸数閾値を提供し、前記呼吸数が個別の活動状態に関する前記呼吸数閾値より大きいかどうかに基づき、前記HFリスクを決定する、請求項10に記載の決定システム。 - 前記呼吸数提供ユニットが、PPGに基づき呼吸数を決定し、前記決定された呼吸数を提供する、請求項10に記載の決定システム。
- 前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき対象の心臓の心房細動を検出し、前記心房細動の検出に基づき心不全リスクを決定する、請求項1に記載の決定システム。
- 対象に関する心不全のリスクを決定する決定方法において、
光プレチスモグラム提供ユニットにより前記対象の光プレチスモグラムを提供するステップと、
心不全リスク決定ユニットにより、前記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき心不全リスクを決定するステップとを有し、
前記心不全リスク決定ユニットが、前記提供されたフォトプレチスモグラムに基づき、収縮期後増強の存在及び乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つを検出し、前記収縮期後増強の存在及び前記乱れた力−周波数関係の少なくとも1つの検出に基づき、心不全のリスクを決定する、方法。 - 対象に関する心不全リスクを決定するためのコンピュータプログラムであって、コンピュータに、請求項14に記載の決定方法を実行させるためのコンピュータプログラム。
