Description

The present invention relates to an apparatus for driving a decorative part (an accessory) of a gaming machine.

For example, as described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2 below, a device (decorative component driving device) for driving a decorative component of a gaming machine is known. These devices support and move both ends of the long decorative part in the longitudinal direction. These devices include a pair of left and right guide rails that extend in the vertical direction on the left and right sides of the display device, a pair of left and right brackets that slide along the pair of left and right guide rails, and the pair of left and right brackets, respectively. A support member connected to the. The support member extends from the left (right) bracket toward the right (left) bracket. A decorative member extending substantially parallel to the extending direction of the support member is attached to the front surface of the support member. The pair of left and right brackets are driven independently. That is, for example, one bracket is raised while the other bracket is lowered. Further, for example, in a state where one bracket is stopped, the other bracket is raised or lowered. Also, for example, both brackets are raised or lowered simultaneously. In this way, the left and right brackets are respectively driven to control the vertical position of the decorative part and the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction.

Japanese Patent No. 6099071

The pair of left and right brackets are provided with pins extending in the front-rear direction. Moreover, the hole in which the said pin is inserted is provided in the both ends in the longitudinal direction of the said supporting member. The hole at one end (for example, the right end) is a circular hole, and the hole at the other end is a long hole extending in a direction substantially parallel to the longitudinal direction of the support member. Therefore, when the pair of left and right brackets move so as to be displaced in the vertical direction, the support member rotates about the pin inserted into the circular hole as a rotation axis. Therefore, when the extending direction of the support member coincides with the horizontal direction, the central portion in the extending direction of the support member is located in front of the central portion in the left-right direction of the display device. In the state where the support member is inclined with respect to the horizontal direction, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the support member is shifted to the one end side. That is, in the front view of the gaming machine, the decorative component cannot be rotated around the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component, and the decorative component is shifted to one end side (for example, the right side) with respect to the display device. Become. In this way, when the decorative part is inclined, the movement toward the one end side may cause the player to feel uncomfortable.

An object of the present invention is an apparatus for moving both ends of a long decorative part in a longitudinal direction in a predetermined direction, and rotating the decorative member around a central part in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part. An object of the present invention is to provide a decorative component driving apparatus capable of performing the above-mentioned. In addition, in the description of each constituent element of the present invention below, in order to facilitate understanding of the present invention, reference numerals of corresponding portions of the embodiment are described in parentheses, but each constituent element of the present invention is The present invention should not be construed as being limited to the configurations of the corresponding portions indicated by the reference numerals of the embodiments.

In order to achieve the above object, a feature of the present invention is a decorative component driving apparatus (1) for supporting and moving both ends of a long decorative component (DP) in the longitudinal direction, in a predetermined direction. A pair of guide rails (12) each extending and opposed to each other, a pair of brackets (14) respectively assembled to the pair of guide rails, and the pair of brackets along the pair of guide rails A pair of sub-actuators (13) to be moved; a support member (20) provided between the pair of brackets and supporting the decorative part;
A pair of connection members (30L, 30R) that connect the pair of brackets and the support member, respectively, and the pair of connection members are directed from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part toward the center. Decorative parts each having an urging member that applies the same urging force in the direction or the direction from the central part side to the both end parts side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part on both end parts in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part The driving device is used.

In this case, the urging member may be a spring that urges both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component toward the central portion side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component.

In this case, the urging member may be a spring that urges both ends of the decorative part in the longitudinal direction to the opposite side of the central part in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part.

In this case, the connecting member includes a rod (32) extending in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the decorative part, and one end of the rod is assembled to the support member so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part. The other end of the rod is preferably assembled to the bracket.

According to the decorative component driving apparatus of the present invention, the decorative component can be driven by moving the pair of brackets. For example, when the pair of brackets are moved in the same direction at the same speed, the decorative part moves in parallel. That is, the posture of the decorative part (for example, the inclination angle with respect to the horizontal direction) does not change. Further, for example, when the pair of brackets are moved in different directions, when the movement speed of the pair of brackets is different, the posture of the decorative part changes. In the decorative part driving apparatus according to the present invention, the both ends of the decorative part in the longitudinal direction are always urged by the urging member regardless of the manner of movement of the pair of brackets and the aspect of the posture. Are urged by the same urging force to the central part side (or the opposite side) in the longitudinal direction. When the pair of brackets are moved in different directions, the distance between the pair of brackets changes when the movement speed of the pair of brackets is different, but even in that case, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part However, it is always urged | biased by the urging | biasing member to the center part side (or the other side) in the longitudinal direction of a decorative component with the respectively same urging | biasing force. Therefore, the central part in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part can always be positioned at the central part of the line segment connecting the pair of brackets. That is, according to the present embodiment, the decorative component can be rotated around the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component.

On the other hand, the inner diameter of the intermediate portion HLM in the vertical direction of the through hole HL is set larger than the inner diameters of the upper end portion and the lower end portion. In addition, grooves G HR and G HR into which the flange portions F and F of the bushes B and B are fitted are formed at the upper end portion and the lower end portion of the through hole HR.

As shown in the figure, the guide shaft 12 and the screw shaft 131a are sandwiched between the front half 141a and the rear half 141b. That is, the guide shaft 12 and the screw shaft 131a are inserted through the through hole HR and the through hole HL. Further, the bush B, the flange portion F of B, F is, the groove G HR, is fitted to G HR. Thereby, the bushes B and B are fixed to the main body 141. Moreover, the nut 131b is accommodated in the intermediate part HLM. The screw shaft 131a is rotatable around its central axis in the through hole HL. On the other hand, in a state where the nut 131b is accommodated in the intermediate portion HLM, the vertical movement and rotation of the nut 131b with respect to the main body portion 141 are restricted. Therefore, when the screw shaft 131a is rotationally driven, the nut 131b and the main body 141 are integrally slid up and down.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the left end surface SL of the main body 141 is formed with a notch CP that enters the inner side (right side). That is, the left end surface SL is composed of an upper portion SL1, a lower portion SL2, an upper inclined portion SL3, and a lower inclined portion SL4. The upper portion SL1 extends downward from the left end of the upper end surface SU of the main body portion 141. The lower portion SL2 extends upward from the left end of the lower end surface SB of the main body portion 141. The upper inclined portion SL3 extends downward and to the right from the lower end of the upper portion SL1. Further, the lower inclined portion SL4 is extended upward and rightward from the upper end of the lower portion SL2.

Further, a thin plate portion TBF and a thin plate portion TBR that are separated in the front-rear direction are provided at the right end portion of the cutout portion CP (in the vicinity of the intersection between the upper inclined portion SL3 and the lower inclined portion SL4). A shaft portion S extending in the front-rear direction is formed between the thin plate portion TBF and the thin plate portion TBR.

The support 142 is a substantially rectangular plate member (see FIG. 7). When the support 142 is viewed from the front, one end in the longitudinal direction of the support 142 has a semicircular shape. In addition, a through hole H 142 penetrating in the front-rear direction is formed at one end of the support 142 in the longitudinal direction. The shaft portion S of the main body 141 is inserted into the through hole H142 . That is, the support body 142 is supported so as to be rotatable around the shaft portion S. Further, the other end surface of the support 142 is formed with a recess RP 142 into which an end of a rod 32 described later is inserted and fixed (see FIG. 6).

The support member 20 includes support bodies 20L and 20R (see FIG. 3). The supports 20L and 20R are assembled to the rear surfaces of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part DP to support the decorative part DP (see FIG. 2). Since the support body 20L and the support body 20R are bilaterally symmetric, the support body 20R will be described below, and the description of the support body 20L will be omitted.

In front view, the support 20R has a substantially rectangular shape. The long side direction and the short side direction of the support 20R coincide with the long side direction and the short side direction of the decorative component DP, respectively. The support 20R is a shallow box-shaped member (see FIGS. 10 and 11). That is, the support 20 </ b> R includes a substantially rectangular bottom wall portion 21 that is perpendicular to the front-rear direction and a peripheral wall portion 22 that is provided at the peripheral edge of the bottom wall portion 21. The support 20R is opened forward. The thickness of the intermediate portion in the short side direction of the bottom wall portion 21 is set to be larger than the thickness of both end portions in the short side direction. In the intermediate portion, elongated holes HU 21 and HL 21 extending in parallel with the long side direction of the support 20R are provided. The long hole HU 21 and the long hole HL 21 are separated in the short side direction of the support 20R. The dimension of each part of the long hole HU 21 and the dimension of each part of the long hole HL 21 are the same. The peripheral wall portion 22 includes a first wall portion 221 and a second wall portion 222 that extend along the long side portion of the bottom plate portion 21, and a third wall portion 223 and a second wall portion 223 that extend along the short side portion of the bottom wall portion 21, respectively. Four wall portions 224 are provided. A through hole H 224 is provided at the center of the fourth wall portion 224.

The connection members 30L and 30R connect the supports 20L and 20R and the brackets 14 of the linear motion devices 10L and 10R, respectively (see FIG. 3).

The connecting member 30R includes a slide plate 31, a rod 32, a bush 33, and a coil spring 34 (see FIGS. 10 and 11). When viewed from the front, the slide plate 31 has a substantially square shape. The rod 32 is a substantially round bar. The side part of the rod 32 is formed in a planar shape extending in the longitudinal direction. A fixing portion 311 to which one end of the rod 32 is fixed is provided at the center of the rear surface of the slide plate 31. Bush shafts 312U and 312U and bush shafts 312L and 312L are formed on the rear surface of the slide plate 31 at positions above and below the fixed portion 311, respectively. The bush 33 includes a substantially cylindrical main body 331 and a flange 332 formed at one end of the main body 331. The outer diameter of the main body 331 is equivalent to the width of the long hole HU 21 (long hole HL 21 ).

The support 20R and the connection member 30R are fixed to the bracket 14 as follows. First, one end of the rod 32 is assembled to the rear surface of the slide plate 31 in the longitudinal direction. Next, the rod 32 is inserted into the coil spring 34 from the other end side of the rod 32. Next, the bush shafts 312U and 312U and the bush shafts 312L and 312L are inserted into the long hole HU 21 and the long hole HL 21 from the front of the support 20R, respectively. Next, the bush 33 is fitted into the bush shafts 312U and 312U and the bush shafts 312L and 312L from the rear of the support 20R. When the flange portion 332 of each bush 33 abuts on the rear surface of the support 20R, the slide plate 31 is restricted from dropping forward. Each bush 33 is guided by the long hole HU 21 and the long hole HL 21 , and the slide plate 31 is slidable in the longitudinal direction of the support 20R with respect to the support 20R. Finally, the other end of the rod 32 is inserted into the through hole H 224 of the support 20R, protrudes outside the support 20R, and is fixed to the support 142 of the bracket 14 (see FIG. 12). One end of the coil spring 34 is in contact with the end surface of the slide plate 31, and the other end of the coil spring 34 is in contact with the inner surface of the fourth wall portion 224. The support 20L and the connection member 30L are also fixed to the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10L, similarly to the support 20R and the connection member 30R.

The brackets 14 are raised and lowered by driving the electric motors 132 of the linear motion devices 10L and 10R and rotating the screw shaft 131a, respectively. As a result, the position of the decorative component DP in the vertical direction and the posture of the decorative component DP (inclination angle with respect to the left-right direction) are changed.

When the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10L and the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10R are located at the same height, the rod 32 of the connection member 30L and the rod 32 of the connection member 30R are on the same straight line extending in the left-right direction. And the longitudinal direction of the decorative part DP coincides with the left-right direction (see FIG. 2). At this time, the distance between the slide plate 31 of the connecting members 30L and 30R and the inner surface of the fourth wall portion 224 is slightly smaller than the natural length of the coil spring 34. Therefore, the coil springs 34 of the connection members 30L and 30R are slightly compressed. Therefore, the left end portion of the decorative part DP is urged leftward by the coil spring 34 of the connection member 30L. On the other hand, the right end portion of the decorative part DP is biased rightward by the coil spring 34 of the connecting member 30R. The characteristics of both coil springs 34, 34 are the same. That is, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part DP are urged outward (left and right) by the same spring force. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the central portion of the decorative component DP in the longitudinal direction is the center of rotation of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L (center of the shaft portion S) and the center of rotation of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R ( It is located at the center of the line segment connecting the center of the shaft S).

For example, when the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10R is lowered from the state shown in FIG. 2, the inclination angle of the decorative part DP with respect to the left-right direction gradually increases (see FIG. 13). In this process, the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L and the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R rotate around the shaft portion S so that the rod 32 of the connection member 30L and the rod 32 of the connection member 30R are the same linear. The state located on the line is maintained (see FIG. 14). At that time, the distance between the brackets 14 gradually increases. Therefore, the slide plates 31 of the connection members 30L and 30R slide to the fourth wall portion 224 side, respectively. Thereby, the coil springs 34 of the connecting members 30L and 30R are respectively compressed and the spring force applied to the decorative part DP via the support member 20 is increased. As described above, the characteristics of the coil springs 34 and 34 are the same. Therefore, the amount of compression of both coil springs 34 and 34 is the same. That is, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP are urged outward (directions from the center side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP toward the both end sides), respectively, with the same spring force.

As described above, both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP are opposite to the central portion side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP (direction from the central portion side toward both end portions) by the connecting members 30L and 30R. Are urged by the same urging force. Therefore, even if the posture (inclination angle with respect to the left-right direction) of the decorative component DP changes, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP is always set at the rotation center (the shaft S of the shaft portion S) of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L. Center) and the center of a line segment connecting the rotation center of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R (the center of the shaft portion S). That is, according to the present embodiment, the decorative component DP can be rotated around the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP.

Furthermore, in carrying out the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment, and various modifications can be made without departing from the object of the present invention.

For example, in the above-described embodiment, the support member 20 includes the support 20L and the support 20R. However, as illustrated in FIG. 15, as the support member 20A in which the support 20L and the support 20R are integrated. Also good.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the both ends in the longitudinal direction of decorative component DP are each urged | biased by the connection member 30L, 30R with the same spring force, respectively. Instead, both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP may be urged in directions opposite to those of the above-described embodiment (that is, a direction toward the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP). In this case, for example, as shown in FIG. 16, the coil spring 34 is not disposed inside the support 20R (20L), but is disposed between the support 20R (20L) and the support 142. Good.

Even in this configuration, when the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10L is at the highest position and the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10R is at the lowest position, the slide plates of the connecting members 30L and 30R are the same as in the above embodiment. 31 is close to the inner surface of the fourth wall portion 224. The distance between the outer surface of the fourth wall 224 and the support 142 of the linear motion devices 10L, 10R is set slightly smaller than the natural length of the coil spring 34. Therefore, the coil springs 34 of the connection members 30L and 30R are slightly compressed. Therefore, the coil springs 34 of the connecting members 30L and 30R urge both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP toward the central portion side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP. Since the characteristics of both the coil springs 34 and 34 are the same, in the front view, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative part DP is in direct contact with the rotation center (center of the shaft portion S) of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L. It is located at the center of the line segment that connects the center of rotation of the support 142 of the moving device 10R (the center of the shaft S).

For example, as the bracket 14 of the linear motion device 10R rises, the inclination angle of the decorative part DP with respect to the left-right direction gradually decreases. In this process, the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L and the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R rotate around the shaft portion S so that the rod 32 of the connection member 30L and the rod 32 of the connection member 30R are the same linear. The position on the line is maintained. At that time, the distance between the brackets 14 gradually decreases. Therefore, the slide plates 31 of the connection members 30L and 30R slide toward the third wall portion 223, respectively, and the distance between the outer surface of the fourth wall portion 224 and the support 142 of the linear motion devices 10L and 10R gradually decreases. To do. Thereby, the coil springs 34 of the connection members 30L and 30R are respectively compressed and the spring force applied to the decorative part DP via the support member 20 increases. As described above, the characteristics of the coil springs 34 and 34 are the same. Therefore, the amount of compression of both coil springs 34 and 34 is the same. That is, both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP are urged by the same spring force in the respective directions from both ends in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP toward the central portion. Therefore, when viewed from the front, the central portion of the decorative component DP in the longitudinal direction is the center of rotation of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10L (center of the shaft portion S) and the center of rotation of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R ( It is located at the center of the line segment connecting the center of the shaft part S).

As described above, when configured as shown in FIG. 16, both end portions in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP are urged to the central portion side in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP with the same urging force. Therefore, even if the posture (inclination angle with respect to the left-right direction) of the decorative component DP changes, the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP is always set to the rotation center (the shaft S of the shaft portion S) Center) and the center of a line segment connecting the rotation center of the support 142 of the linear motion device 10R (the center of the shaft portion S). That is, according to the present embodiment, the decorative component DP can be rotated around the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the decorative component DP.

In the above embodiment, the linear motion devices 10L and 10R are extended in the vertical direction, but the extending direction is not limited to the above embodiment. For example, the linear motion devices 10L and 10R may extend in the left-right direction, and the decorative component DP may be moved in the left-right direction.
