Abstract
Description
まずは、混合槽に水を反応化合物として超臨界二酸化炭素を溶媒とする混合流体(水と二酸化炭素の体積比が1:1である)を入れ、高圧シリンジポンプで二酸化炭素を混合槽に加えて、ヒーターで混合槽の温度が31℃、圧力が80標準気圧に達するようにすることで、上記二酸化炭素流体が超臨界状態になった後、水を混合槽に加えて5〜10分間混合させ、水と超臨界二酸化炭素を十分に溶解させて混合流体を形成する。

上記ラマン分光分析はレーザー波長が532nmのものが使用され、さらにラマンシフト波数1351をDバンドと、ラマンシフト1587波数をGバンドと、ラマンシフト2687波数を2Dバンドとし、上記2D/Gの値および上記G/Dの値は各バンドの強度によって得られる比であり、そのうち、上記2D/Gの値の数はグラフェン粉末のグラフェンの層数を表し、2D/Gの値が低ければ、上記グラフェンの層数が多く、また、上記G/Dの値はグラフェンの欠陥の割合を表し、G/Dの値が高ければ、上記グラフェンの欠陥の割合が低いことを意味する。
実施例1において処理するグラフェン粉末を6〜10層程度のグラフェンを含有するグラフェン粉末に置き換える以外は、実施例1と同様にグラフェンの欠陥を改善する方法および測定方法を施す。
物理的に層を剥離させることにより得された修復されていないグラフェン粉末について実施例1と同様に測定方法でラマン分光分析を施す。分析した結果を図8および表1に表す。
湿式化学反応方法によりグラフェン粉末(10〜15層程度のグラフェンを含有する)を修復し、湿式化学反応方法により修復されたグラフェン粉末について実施例1と同様に測定方法でラマン分光分析を施す。分析した結果を図9および表1に表す。

Claims (18)
- グラフェン粉末を収容した超臨界流体の雰囲気に適した反応槽において、反応性化合物および超臨界流体を有する混合流体を上記反応槽内のグラフェン粉末に流入して浸透させ、グラフェン粉末のグラフェン欠陥構造を不動態化して修復する工程と、
上記混合流体と上記グラフェン粉末を分離し、分子篩により上記混合流体中に残存する上記グラフェン粉末を吸着させる工程とを含み、
上記反応性化合物は、炭素、水素、窒素、シリコンまたは酸素を含有する化合物であることを特徴とするグラフェンの欠陥を改善する方法。 - 上記反応性化合物は、超臨界流体の雰囲気下でイオン状態に転化することで、グラフェン欠陥構造と反応して結合を形成しており、上記反応化合物の分子量は、200グラム/モル以下である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記反応化合物は、有機シリコン化合物、アルカン、オレフィン、アルキン、アンモニア分子およびその誘導体、水酸化物および有機塩基からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つを含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 上記超臨界流体は二酸化炭素、窒素ガス、エチレン、プロパン、プロペンまたは水を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記超臨界流体が二酸化炭素である場合、上記反応化合物は、シラン化合物、エチレン、メタン、アセチレン、アンモニアおよび水からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つを含み、上記シラン化合物は、モノシラン、メチルシランまたはジメチルシランを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記反応性化合物と超臨界流体との体積比は1:1〜1:10であり、上記反応槽におけるグラフェン粉末と混合流体との体積比率は0.01〜1000である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記反応槽の圧力は50〜100標準気圧であり、当該反応槽の温度は25〜400℃であり、上記滲透の時間は2〜60分間である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記混合流体を流入する前またはそれと同時に、黒鉛材料から上記グラフェン粉末を作製する工程をさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記グラフェン粉末は、混合流体を流入する前に、上記反応槽から独立した準備槽で黒鉛材料から作製され、当該グラフェン粉末を上記反応槽に搬送する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 上記グラフェン粉末は、混合流体を流入する時に、上記反応槽で黒鉛材料から作製されており、
上記反応槽内には研削裝置が設けられて、物理的に層を剥離させることにより上記グラフェン粉末を準備する、請求項8に記載の方法。 - 上記グラフェン粉末を浸透させた後、上記グラフェン粉末と混合流体を少なくとも30分間静置することで、当該グラフェン粉末を沈着させる工程をさらに含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 上記分子篩は上記反応槽内に設けられている層であり、上記分子篩の目開きが50μmより小さい、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 上記混合流体と上記グラフェン粉末を分離する工程は、上記混合流体を上記反応槽から独立した分離槽に仕込むことを含み、
上記分離槽内には分子篩がさらに設けられている、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 上記反応槽と上記分離槽を径が1mmより小さいパイプで接続し、上記パイプ内の上記混合流体の流速が少なくとも400m/秒になるように制御する工程をさらに含む、請求項13に記載の方法。
- 上記混合流体と上記グラフェン粉末を分離した後、上記混合流体を濾過させる工程、および
上記混合流体を上記反応槽中に回流させる工程をさらに含み、
回流される混合流体の占める割合が5〜20%である請求項1に記載の方法。 - N−H、C−H、C−O、C−NおよびC−Siからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも一つの化学結合を有するグラフェンを含み、上記グラフェンの層数が20層以下である、グラフェン粉末であって、
上記グラフェン粉末の2D/Gの値が0.3〜0.6であり、上記グラフェン粉末のG/Dの値が2.0〜4.0であり、上記2D/Gの値および上記G/Dの値はラマン分光分析におけるラマンシフト波数1351(Dバンド)、ラマンシフト1587波数(Gバンド)およびラマンシフト2687波数(2Dバンド)の強度比によって求められることを特徴とする、グラフェン粉末。 - 上記グラフェンの含有量が80.0%〜99.95%である、請求項16に記載のグラフェン粉末。
- 上記グラフェン粉末の熱伝導率が1500〜4000ワット/(メートル・ケルビン)(W/m・K)であり、抵抗率が1.0〜10.0×10−6Ω・cm(ohm−cm)である、請求項16に記載のグラフェン粉末。
