Abstract
Description
具体的に換言すれば、バルーンは「拍動(心周期)に同期」することで1分間に40〜100回前後の拡張及び収縮に挙動がコントロールされ、より効率的な大動脈弁の治療を行うことが可能となる。また、本システムによれば、血流にあわせてバルーンの拡張及び収縮がコントロールにされる結果、積極的に血行流動態を補助することとなり、治療をしながら同時に心機能を補助することも可能となり、治療中の患者負担の減少及び本システム導入を選択する医師の精神的・肉体的な障壁の減少を促進する点で有利である。
青線は動脈圧波形の1周期を示し、横軸が時間、縦軸が動脈圧値す動脈圧波形は、大動脈弁後の動脈の血流量と相関することを示す。黄色線は左室圧波形の1周期を示し、横軸が時間、縦軸が左心圧値す左室圧波形は、左室のポンプ機能と相関することを示す。収縮期では、左心室が収縮し大動脈弁が解放されており、多くの血流が心臓から動脈へと送り出され、拡張期では、左心室が拡張し、大動脈弁が閉鎖され、動脈(末梢側)の血流量は小さくなる。動脈圧と左室圧の同時圧格差が弁機能の状態を表す。

Claims (4)
- 弁拡張用のバルーンを備える弁形成用バルーンポンピングシステムであって、
患者の心電図データを取得する心電図データ取得手段と、
前記心電図データに基づいて患者の予測心周期を算出する、予測心周期算出手段と、カテーテルを介して前記バルーン内へキャリア流体の導入及び排出を行うバルーン動作手段と、を備え、
前記バルーンは、患者の大動脈内の大動脈弁を含む領域に留置され、
前記バルーン動作手段における前記キャリア流体の導入及び排出は、前記予測心周期に基づく患者の拍動に同期して行う、
ことを特徴とする弁形成用バルーンポンピングシステム。 - 患者の動脈圧波形データを取得する動脈圧波形データ取得手段と、前記動脈圧波形データに基づいて前記予測心周期を補正する、予測心周期補正手段と、を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の弁形成用バルーンポンピングシステム。 - 前記バルーンは、複数のバルーンで構成される、ことを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれかに記載の弁形成用バルーンポンピングシステム。
- 前記キャリア流体は、ヘリウムガスである、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の弁形成用バルーンポンピングシステム。
