聴診器を用いた聴診および電極を用いた心電図検査では、前胸部から生体情報を得る必要がある。心電図検査は通常、V1−6の6か所に電極を直接皮膚に装着し、心臓から発せられる電気信号を受信する。
一方、女性が最も羞恥心を感じる乳輪、乳頭付近からは、上記の電極装着部は一定の距離があり、乳頭及び乳輪を覆いつつも心電図の電極を装着できることを発見した。その発見にもとづき、心電図の電極貼り付けが可能となる形状のブラジャーを発明した。右乳房のブラカップは内側をカット、左乳房のブラカップは内側と下内側、下側をカットすることにより、乳頭及び乳輪を覆いつつも心電図電極の貼り付けが可能である。本ブラジャーを装着した状態で心電図を測定しても、検査精度に影響が無いことを確認している。さらに、左右のブラカップの連結は、細径の弾性素材を用い、電極を貼り付ける際、邪魔にならないように設計した。
また、聴診時、通常の健康診断では乳頭や乳輪直上に聴診器を当てることは無いので、本ブラジャーを着用したまま、聴診を受けることができる。
本発明は、以上の構成よりなる診療時に着用可能なブラジャーである。

聴診時は、通常、乳頭や乳輪直上に聴診器を当てることはないので、本ブラジャーを着用したまま、聴診を受けることが可能である。
