Description

The present invention relates to a packaging bag for sealing and preserving contents such as food, and more particularly to a packaging bag that can be easily opened by tearing the packaging bag from the edge, and the contents after opening can be easily taken out.
About.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a packaging bag is known in which a laminated sheet mainly composed of a plastic resin is bonded to form a bag, and the contents are filled and sealed. The packaging bag is devised to facilitate opening by providing notches such as I-shape, V-shape, and U-shape at the side ends. In addition, there is a packaging bag in which resealing means such as a synthetic resin fastener is attached in the vicinity of the opening so that resealing is possible even after opening. By providing such a resealing means in the packaging bag, the contents can be repeatedly sealed and stored even when the contents are not consumed all at once but are consumed several times.

Furthermore, it is widely used to provide opening guide lines by half-cut processing or scratch processing on the front and back laminated sheets so that the tearing of the packaging bag proceeds in a straight line from the notch part, or to attach a straight tearable film. (For example, Patent Document 1).

In addition, as an opening means, a packaging bag is known that employs a group of scars instead of a V-shaped notch to increase the area where tearing can be started. By enlarging the formation area of the scar group, there is an advantage that the tearing can be easily started without checking the starting position of the tearing each time. In addition, the scar group has an advantage in that it does not smash at the time of manufacture compared to the V-shaped notch and the U-shaped notch. Because of these advantages, the use of scars as an opening means has increased.

In Patent Document 2, a linear cut line for opening the packaging bag from the outer edge of the peripheral heat bonding portion is included in the packaging bag, and the outer edge of the peripheral heat bonding portion including the cut line in the peripheral heat bonding portion. Two independent guide means that are provided with a scar group region consisting of a plurality of fine piercing holes that hang from the inside to the inside and further taper toward the cut line. Disclosed is a packaging bag having both end portions penetrating the packaging bag so as to sandwich the scar group region, and accurately tearing along the score line from the tear starting position without providing a notch in the peripheral thermal bonding portion You can do that.

Japanese Patent No. 4686075

However, with a conventional packaging bag that combines a notch and an opening guide wire, it can be easily torn, but the laminated sheets that make up the front and back of the packaging bag are torn in the same position at the same position Therefore, it is difficult to pinch and open the overlapped portion with a finger. In particular, in the case of a packaging bag having a synthetic resin fastener, the distance between the fastener and the torn part is short, and it is difficult to open with a finger, so it is difficult to open. In particular, it was extremely difficult for persons with insufficient fingertip functions, such as young children and the elderly. Further, even after the opening has been peeled off in this way, the same problem has occurred again when the fastener is resealed and then reopened.

Also, when providing the opening guide line on the front and back laminated sheets, it is difficult to align the front and back accurately, and if the position of the opening guide line on the front and back, especially the position of the end point, is shifted, There was a risk that the tear was not guided to the opening guide line, and the tearing of different parts of the bag progressed, causing the contents to become zero and the surroundings to become dirty.

In addition, when a scar group is a trigger for tearing, as disclosed in Patent Document 2, it is not easy for a person with weak power to start tearing compared to a notch, and from which position in the scar group the tear is not easily started. Since the start is unstable and accurate alignment of the front and back of the cut line (opening guide line) is difficult, the position of the cut line is shifted from the part guided by the two guide means. There is a possibility that the tear does not proceed along the cut line, and a portion that is not the cut line is cut, and the contents may spill out. In addition, even when the cut line is torn, if the cut line provided in the front and back laminates is at the same position, it is the same that it is difficult to separate and open the front and back laminates after tearing. . In addition, since the strength of the vicinity of the scar group is originally low, if the guide means penetrating the packaging bag is provided, the strength is further reduced, and the packaging bag is unintentionally opened during transportation. There is a concern that will be opened.

The present invention has been made to solve the various problems as described above. It is easy to start the tearing, the starting position is clear, and even if there are variations in the positions of the end points of the opening guide line. It is an object of the present invention to provide a packaging bag in which tearing is properly communicated to an opening guide line and the opening of the cut end after opening is easy.

The invention according to claim 4 of the present invention is

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the packaging bag is opened, the tearing of the seal portion can be easily started from the notch or notch of the edge of the one side end portion, which is led to the scar group. Can easily reach the ends of the front and back opening guide lines in the same or close position, tear the front and back opening guide lines to reach the edge of the other side end, and open the packaging bag, After opening, the opening guide lines of the laminated sheets on the front and back sides extend substantially in parallel at a predetermined interval in the non-sealed part, so that there is a step in the opened cut, and the laminated sheets on the front and back sides are easily separated and opened Thus, a packaging bag can be obtained from which the contents can be easily taken out from the storage section. In addition, since the scar group remains in the seal portion and does not reach the edge, a packaging bag is obtained that is less likely to be accidentally opened from the scar group due to an external force applied during transportation or the internal pressure of the packaging bag.

According to the second aspect of the present invention, after the packaging bag is opened by the opening means, it can be resealed by the resealing means, and the contents are sealed and stored even when the contents cannot be used once. Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below. Moreover, in the following, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to an equivalent member etc. and description may be abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view of an embodiment of the packaging bag of the present invention. The packaging bag 10 has two substantially rectangular laminated sheets that form a front side and a back side, and seals the three sides of the substantially rectangular periphery to form side seal parts 11 and 12 and a bottom seal part 14, and an inner non-seal part A storage portion 15 is provided to form a bag shape, and the top side, which is the remaining one side of the substantially rectangular shape, is an opening portion 13 that can be used as a filling port for the contents. And can be sealed. The storage unit 15 is filled with contents such as food.

The packaging bag 10 has a pair of opening start portions 20 composed of an I notch 21 and a scar group 22 in the side seal portions 11 and 12 in the vicinity of the opening 13, and has an end portion in the area of one scar group 22. Then, opening guide lines 23 and 24 that cross the non-seal portion and reach the other scar group 22 are provided on the laminated sheet, one on the front side and the other on the back side. The opening guide lines 23 and 24 are provided so as to be substantially parallel at a predetermined interval when viewed from the direction of FIG.

FIG. 2 is an enlarged view of a part of the opening start portion 20 of the side seal portion 11. Opening guide wire 23, 2
4, while the non-sealed portion extends substantially in parallel with a predetermined interval, it gradually approaches in the vicinity of the end portion 25, and the end portion 25 is viewed in the direction of looking through the front and back of the packaging bag 10. In addition, they are at the same position as shown in FIG. 2 (a) or at close positions as shown in FIG. 2 (b). The same applies to the opening start portion 20 of the side seal portion 13. Note that which is provided on the front side laminated sheet and which is provided on the back side laminated sheet is arbitrary. Which is provided on the upper side is also arbitrary.

The I notch 21 is provided at the edge of the side seal portions 11 and 12 to clearly indicate the tear start position and facilitate the start of the tear. The shape may be V-shaped or U-shaped in addition to the I-shape, and the tip of the cut reaches the area of the scar group 22. In the drawing, the I-shape is drawn in a groove shape for easy understanding, but it may be a simple cut. It is preferable to make the cut because no cutting wrinkles appear during processing. These notches can be formed by punching a laminated sheet using a predetermined-shaped cutting blade.

The scar group 22 includes a plurality of minute through holes or slits. The plurality of through holes or slits may be arranged in a zigzag pattern, arranged in a row in the horizontal direction, and arranged in a row in the vertical direction in each row. The scar group 22 is sized to fit within the side seal portions 11 and 12, for example, when the width in the left-right direction is t, the height in the vertical direction is v, and the width of the side seal portions 11 and 12 is s. It is preferable that t = s-4 mm, 4 mm ≦ v ≦ 6 mm. Although the strength of the scar group 22 is low, it does not reach the edge because it fits within the seal portion, and is not intended to be triggered by an external force or internal pressure during transportation, for example. Opening can be suppressed. Further, the front and back opening guide lines 23 and 24 can be included in the scar group 22.

In order to form the scar group 22, for example, it is preferably formed by piercing with a needle. In addition to the slit line shape, the shape may be a polygonal shape such as a triangle or a diamond shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, or the like. When a piercing hole is used, it is preferable that the size is 0.1 to 0.5 mm in diameter and the interval between adjacent holes is 0.5 to 1.0 mm.

The unsealing guide lines 23 and 24 are linear grooves (notches) extending substantially parallel to each other, and are typically half-cut lines, and are formed by, for example, notching the surface of the laminated sheet 10. The opening guide lines 23 and 24 can be formed by, for example, a die cutter or laser processing. Forming by laser processing is preferable because the curved portion of the opening guide line 23 can be easily formed. Further, the opening guide line may be formed in the inner layer of the laminated sheet 10. The distance between the opening guide lines 23 and 24 that are substantially parallel to each other is preferably about 1 mm to 4 mm. If the interval is narrower than 1 mm, it is difficult to separate the front and back laminated sheets, and if it is about 4 mm, it can be easily separated. If the interval is too large, the tear from the scar group 22 may not be smoothly communicated, and the volume of the storage unit 15 is reduced.

Resealing means 30 for resealing the housing portion 15 after opening is provided on the housing portion 15 side of the opening start portion 20 and the opening guide lines 23 and 24. The resealing means 30 can appropriately adopt a known structure that can be repeatedly opened and sealed. For example, it may be a synthetic resin fastener that can be repeatedly sealed by fitting a belt-like protrusion and a belt-like groove, or may be an adhesive seal.

FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a state in which the packaging bag 10 is torn and opened from the opening start portion 20 along the opening guide lines 23 and 24. Since the unsealing guide lines 23 and 24 are provided substantially parallel at a predetermined interval between the front and back laminated sheets in the non-sealed portion, a step d is generated in the unsealing guide lines 23 and 24 that also serve as cut ends. The front and back laminated sheets can be easily separated in the direction of the white arrow by placing a finger 31 on the more protruding side (here, opening guide line 24),
