Abstract

【課題】部分床義歯の維持装置は、金属でないと出来ない部分があり、部分床義歯装着者が口を開ける際、金属色が見えてしまい、審美性に欠く。加えて、金属アレルギー患者には、提供できない。【解決手段】部分床義歯の維持装置を、歯科用ジルコニアブロックで製作し、歯牙や、歯肉の色調を再現し製作することで、審美性を回復し、尚且つ、金属不使用の維持装置にも、対応できる。【選択図】図１

Description

この発明は、部分床義歯に於ける維持装置の素材に関する。
従来の部分床義歯の維持装置は弾性、剛性、形状の性質上、金属を材料としている。
一部に、維持装置が、金属ではなく、ポリアミド（ナイロン）、ポリエステル、ポリカービネート、ポリプロピレン等で作られている部分床義歯も、金属不使用であるが、義歯の沈下、転覆、移動、歯肉への圧迫力の抑制は困難である。
しかしながら、以上の技術によれば、審美性や強度、金属アレルギー患者に問題が生じてしまう。
そこで、この発明は、維持装置に求められる剛性も考慮しつつ、審美性や、金属アレルギー患者に対応する維持装置を提供することを課題とする。
以上の課題を解決するために、この発明は、部分床義歯の維持装置、クラスプ▲１▼の鉤腕ａ▲２▼を、弾力性のある素材、ポリアミド（ナイロン）、ポリエステル、ポリカービネート、ポリプロピレン等を配し、鉤体▲４▼、アップライト▲５▼、鉤脚▲６▼、レスト▲７▼、場合により、片側の鉤腕ｂ▲３▼を酸化ジルコニウムを含有する歯科用ジルコニアブロックで製作し組み合わせ、製作することを特徴とする維持装置である。
この発明によれば、審美性の回復と強度の問題の解決、金属不使用の義歯が提供できる。

図１のクラスプ▲１▼に対し、弾力性のある素材、ポリアミド（ナイロン）、ポリエステル、ポリカービネート、ポリプロピレン等を、唇（頬）側鉤腕ａ▲２▼に配し、強度が求められる鉤体▲４▼、アップライト▲５▼、鉤脚▲６▼、レスト▲７▼、設計によっては、鉤腕ｂ▲３▼を、歯科用ジルコニアで製作し、これを、部分床義歯に付ける。
