Claims (6)
- エネルギ線が通る第一通路を構成する第一内面と、
前記第一通路に沿って延びガスおよび材料の粉体が通る第二通路を構成する第二内面と、
を備え、
その先端部分において、前記第一通路が開口されるとともに、当該第一通路の近傍または周囲に第二通路が開口されたノズルであって、
前記第二内面の少なくとも一部に、前記第一内面、および前記先端部分の周囲の外周面のうち少なくとも一方よりも前記粉体に対する摩擦係数が大きい第一領域が設けられた、積層造形装置用のノズル。 - 前記第一領域の面粗度は、前記第一内面、および前記外周面のうち少なくとも一方の面粗度よりも、大きい、請求項1に記載のノズル。
- 前記第二通路は、前記第一通路を囲う環状の通路であり、前記第二内面は、凸曲面と当該凸曲面を隙間をあけて囲う凹曲面とを有した、請求項1または2に記載のノズル。
- 前記ノズルは、前記第一内面と前記凸曲面とを有した第一部品と、当該第一部品を取り囲み前記凹曲面と前記外周面とを有した第二部品と、を有した、請求項3に記載のノズル。
- エネルギ線が通る第一通路を構成する第一内面と、
前記第一通路に沿って延びガスおよび材料の粉体が通る第二通路を構成する第二内面と、
前記第二内面の少なくとも一部に設けられたテクスチャ面と、
を備えた、積層造形装置用のノズル。 - 請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一つに記載のノズルと、
前記エネルギ線を生成する光源と、
前記粉体を前記ノズルに供給する供給部と、
を備えた、積層造形装置。
