前記第1折り返し部と離間した前記ベルト部材の別の一部を、当該ベルト部材の延出方向の中途部で折り返して、重ね合わせ部を相互に縫合した第2折り返し部と、
前記ベルト部材の前記第1折り返し部と前記第2折り返し部の間の領域によって構成されるとともに、両端部が前記車体部材に係止される側部覆いベルト部と、
前記第1折り返し部と前記側部覆いベルト部と前記第2折り返し部とによって前記収納物品の周囲を囲った状態で、前記第1折り返し部と前記第2折り返し部の先端部同士を引き締め固定可能な引き締め固定部と、を有していることを特徴とする車両の収納ベルト装置。
