前記底面部(10)を構成する平行な別の2辺にそれぞれ連接され,当該別の2辺に平行な複数の罫線(31)が形成された一対の底面積調整用側面部(30)と,
前記一対の高さ調整用側面部(20)のそれぞれの左右両側に罫線を介して連接され,前記底面積調整用側面部(30)と同方向に延在する合計4つの接続用フラップ(40)とを備え,
