Claims (3)
- 生体に取り付けて生体から生じる信号を検出する検出部と、前記検出部で検出した信号を外部に引き出すフラットケーブルと、前記フラットケーブルの先端に設けられる端子接続部と、を具備する生体用フレキシブル回路基板において、
前記検出部の上面に、電極を形成し、
前記端子接続部の上面に、2本の接続パターンを形成し、
前記フラットケーブルの上面に、前記電極と前記一方の接続パターン間を接続する回路パターンを形成し、
前記フラットケーブルの回路パターンの上面に絶縁層を形成して当該絶縁層の上面にシールドパターンを形成し、
前記シールドパターンを、前記端子接続部に形成したもう一方の接続パターンに接続し、
さらに前記フラットケーブルの下面側にシールドパターンを形成すると共に、前記検出部の下面にシールド用導電層を形成したことを特徴とする生体用フレキシブル回路基板。 - 請求項1に記載の生体用フレキシブル回路基板であって、
前記フラットケーブル下面のシールドパターンは、スルホールを介して前記もう一方の接続パターンに接続されることを特徴とする生体用フレキシブル回路基板。 - 請求項1または2に記載の生体用フレキシブル回路基板であって、
前記フラットケーブルの少なくとも上下面の内の何れか一方の面に、粘着性のない樹脂中に多数の中空を形成してなる発泡保護層を形成したことを特徴とする生体用フレキシブル回路基板。
