Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a heating tool.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a heating tool that includes an oxidizable metal such as iron powder, an electrolyte such as sodium chloride, and water and uses reaction heat generated by an oxidation reaction of the oxidizable metal has been used. Such a heating tool is widely used because it is lightweight and can easily provide a heating effect and a relaxed feeling, and is used in various situations.
For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an α wave intensifier that increases the appearance amount of α waves by supplying hot steam to the eyes.
On the other hand, when using the reaction heat generated by the oxidation reaction of oxidizable metals such as iron powder, it is necessary to control the oxidation reaction so that troubles such as abnormal acceleration of heat generation do not occur. Document 2 discloses a technique that specifies the content of the water-absorbing agent, the mass ratio of water and the water-absorbing agent, and the amount of water from the viewpoint of preventing troubles such as abnormal heat generation.
In recent years, a heating tool may be used before going to bed. Therefore, the present inventors have studied to improve the function of the heating tool used before going to bed, and have made a new attempt different from Patent Documents 1 and 2 for improving the comfort of sleeping by the heating tool. It was found that the effect obtained varies depending on the difference in the heat generation profile of the heating tool. Furthermore, as a result of investigations based on such knowledge, a heating device having a heat generation profile different from the conventional technologies such as Patent Documents 1 and 2 and satisfying a specific condition greatly improves the wearer's sleep. The inventors discovered that an unexpected effect of improving vitality after waking up was obtained, and completed the invention.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In all the drawings, the same reference numerals are given to the same components, and the description will be omitted as appropriate.
In this embodiment, “air permeability” is a value measured by JIS P8117, and is defined as the time required for 100 ml of air to pass through an area of 6.45 cm 2 under a constant pressure. The “air permeability” can be measured with a Oken type air permeability meter or a measuring device according to it. That is, a large air permeability means that it takes time to pass air, that is, the air permeability is low. Conversely, a low air permeability means high air permeability.
Moreover, in this embodiment, "basis weight" means the mass per unit area in the planar view of a heating tool.

As shown in FIG. 1, the

FIG. 2 shows an exploded perspective view of the

The start of heat generation of the
In the
Further, by controlling the surface temperature of the other surface side of the
In addition, about said conditions in the
Hereinafter, the “surface temperature (° C.) of the
Moreover, in order to obtain the
(1) Production method of
(2) Air permeability of the
(3) Basis weight of the constituent material of the
More specifically, for example, when the coating method described later is used as a method for manufacturing the
Moreover, the
In said conditions, it is preferable that the maximum temperature of the surface temperature of the
By setting the temperature to 60 ° C. or higher, sufficient heat is applied to the eyes, the heat retention time is easily maintained, and the temperature can be decreased slowly. As a result, the wearer's comfort can be further enhanced, and the good sleep can be improved.
On the other hand, by setting the temperature to 65 ° C. or less, excessive heating is suppressed, a well-balanced heating effect is obtained throughout the use of the

Further, in the
The lower limit value of the product of the reciprocal of the air permeability (second / 100 mL) of one surface of the container 20 (the container first sheet 201) and the basis weight (g / m 2 ) of the oxidizable metal content is 0. 0.06 or more is preferable, and the upper limit is preferably 0.17 or less.
In addition, the product of the reciprocal of the air permeability (second / 100 mL) of one surface of the container 20 (the container first sheet 201) and the basis weight (g / m 2 ) of the oxidizable metal content is set to 0. It is preferable that the numerical value range be 06 or more and 0.17 or less.
The product of the reciprocal of the air permeability (second / 100 mL) of one surface of the container 20 (the container first sheet 201) and the basis weight (g / m 2 ) of the oxidizable metal content is the
Furthermore, the
As a result, the

In this embodiment, it is the surface of the outer side of the heat insulation sheet |
Note that the measurement is performed in a normal temperature (20 ° C.) and normal humidity (50%) environment.
