Description

The present invention relates to a sensor holder for a protective mask.

Conventionally, protective masks to be worn when working in an environment containing a high concentration of toxic gas or high radiation dose are known. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a protective mask including a face body that can cover the entire face of the wearer, a face-contact pad that comes into contact with the face of the wearer, and a filter unit for gas or dust. It is disclosed.

Such a protective mask is used with a protective clothing covering the wearer's whole body, and is connected to the protective clothing's hood via a connecting means such as an adhesive tape to prevent internal exposure of the protective clothing and the protective mask. So that the whole body is fully protected.

However, when working in an environment containing a high radiation dose, dose management for the body is important, and if the protective mask is used for a long time, the lens of the wearer's eye may be exposed. The equivalent dose of the crystalline lens can be monitored by placing a sensor (radiation meter) on the inner face of the protective mask, but the transparent front face of the face piece has a spherical or convex curved shape, such as an adhesive tape. It was difficult to fix through the fixing means.

An object of the present invention is to provide a sensor holder for a protective mask for simply and stably arranging a sensor inside the face body of the protective mask, which is an improvement of the conventional invention.

The present invention relates to a sensor holder for a protective mask having an up-down direction, a width direction, and a front-rear direction.

A sensor holder for a protective mask according to the present invention is formed of a thin rod-like member, and includes a hook portion that bends and extends forward, and a first portion that extends from both sides in the width direction of the hook portion and bends downward. And a second spring part, wherein the first and second spring parts have a leg part and an annular support part through which a lower corner part of the sensor is inserted.

The following embodiments relate to the sensor holder 10 shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 and include not only an indispensable structure of the invention but also a selective and preferable structure.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, a protective mask 1 to which a sensor holder 10 according to the present invention is attached has a vertical direction Y, a width direction X and a front-back direction Z, a front surface 1a, and a rear surface 1b. A face-type face piece 2 and a detachable intake / exhaust unit 3 located on the front face 1a side of the face piece 2 are provided.

The protective mask 1 is used together with the protective clothing 4 that covers the whole body of the wearer having the hood portion 5, for example, in an environment (in a facility) where a high concentration of toxic gas or high radiation dose exists. The outer peripheral edge portion of the protective mask 1 is in contact with the inner surface of the opening edge portion of the mask mounting opening of the protective clothing, and the outer peripheral edge portion and the opening edge portion of the protective mask 1 are made of synthetic rubber or the like. They are sealed closely together by an annular mounting band 6.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the face piece 2 is composed of an eyepiece (transparent portion, field-of-view cover) 21 formed of a transparent and hard synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin, and a flexible synthetic rubber or the like that extends annularly behind the front portion. And a rear peripheral wall portion 22 formed of an elastic material. The rear peripheral wall portion 22 extends rearward from the outer peripheral edge of the frame-shaped portion 26 surrounding the eyepiece 21 formed from hard synthetic resin. On the rear edge side of the rear peripheral wall portion 22, an annular lip portion 22 b that can be in close contact with the wearer is positioned.

A headband 24 that is hung around the head of the wearer is attached to a mounting portion 22c that protrudes rearward from the outer surface of the outer peripheral surface of the rear peripheral wall portion 22 via a buckle. The intake / exhaust unit 3 has a built-in control circuit for the electric fan and the battery, and supplies the air filtered by the filter medium unit (gas absorption can) 7 to the inside of the face piece as the electric fan rotates. Can do.

Referring to FIG. 3, when the wearer raises the lip portion 22 b upward, a locking portion 27 formed from a strip extending annularly rearward is positioned on the inner side surface 22 a of the upper portion of the rear peripheral wall portion 22. To do. A sensor holder 10 holding the sensor 30 is suspended from the locking portion 27. The sensor 30 is, for example, for measuring the radiation dose in the protective mask 1 and is relatively small and lightweight. Since the sensor holder 10 can directly measure the dose in the protective mask 1 and in the vicinity of both eyes of the wearer, the equivalent dose of the crystalline lens can be increased compared with the case where the sensor holder 10 is arranged around the waist in the protective clothing 4. It can be measured with accuracy. Further, referring to FIG. 1, the sensor holder 10 is suspended so as to face a portion located above the wearer's forehead or between the eyebrows in the front view of the protective mask 1. It does not block the view.

3 and 4B, the sensor 30 has a box shape with a rectangular cross section and sharp corners, and has upper corner portions 31 and 32 and lower corner portions 33 and 34. An inner peripheral groove 30b is formed on the front surface portion 30a of the sensor 30 along the outer contour. In the inner peripheral groove 30b, for example, an individual name of an operator, a hospital name of a transport destination in an emergency, and the like are provided. The sticking sticker etc. which were described can be arrange | positioned. The upper and lower corners 31-34 of the sensor 30 may be curved as long as the technical effects of the present invention described later are exhibited.

Referring to FIGS. 4 (a) and 4 (b), the sensor holder 10 is formed of a single wire formed of a hard synthetic resin or a metal material, and bends and extends forward in a U-shape. The hook portion 40 includes first and second spring portions 50 and 60 located on both sides in the width direction X of the hook portion 40. The sensor holder 10 further has a vertical center line P that bisects the dimension in the width direction X. The sensor holder 10 is a frame-like member formed from a thin rod-like member, and may be a molded product made of a synthetic resin, for example, in addition to being formed by bending a single wire. These wires may be connected to each other through a known bonding or welding means.

The first and second spring portions 50 and 60 extend from the both sides of the hook portion 40 to the outside in the width direction X, and then bend and extend downward, and further vertically centered from the leg portions 51 and 61. And annular support portions 52 and 62 extending downward so as to incline toward the line P. The sensor holder 10 is symmetrical with respect to the vertical center line P, and the vertical direction Y, the width direction X, and the front-rear direction Z of the sensor holder 10 are the vertical direction Y, width direction X, and front-rear direction of the protective mask 1. Same as Z. The sensor holder 10 further has a vertical center line P that bisects the dimension in the width direction X. Since both end portions 10a and 10b of the wire forming the sensor holder 10 are located above the support portions 52 and 62 and are opposed to the both side portions of the sensor 30, the eyepiece 21 located in the front is located. The both end portions 10a and 10b are not touched and damaged.

Referring to FIG. 4B, the sensor holder 10 is held between the first spring part 50 and the second spring part 60 so as to be sandwiched between them. Specifically, the upper corners 31 and 32 of the sensor 30 are positioned to face the bent portions 51 a and 61 a of the leg portions 51 and 61 of the first and second spring portions 50 and 60, and are positioned below the sensor 30. The pair of lower corners 33 and 34 are held in a state of being fitted and inserted into the support part 52 of the first spring part 50 and the support part 62 of the second spring part 60 inclined with respect to the vertical center line P, respectively. That is, when the lower corner portions 33 and 34 are fitted into the support portions 52 and 62 of the first and second spring portions 50 and 60, the first spring portion 50 and the second spring portion 60 are in the width direction X. Slightly expanded outward, the elastic restoring force acts inward in the width direction X. As a result, the lower portion of the sensor 30 is sandwiched between the support portions 52 and 62 of the first and second spring portions 50 and 60.

Further, when the upper corner portions 31 and 32 of the sensor 30 are brought into contact with the bent portions 51a and 61a of the leg portions 51 and 61 of the first and second spring portions 50 and 60, the sensor 30 moves upward. Be blocked. As described above, the sensor 30 is stable to the sensor holder 10 in a state where all the four corners of the upper corner portions 31 and 32 and the lower corner portions 33 and 34 are supported by the first and second spring portions 50 and 60. Therefore, even if the sensor holder 10 receives an external impact from the vertical direction Y, the width direction X, and the front-rear direction Z, there is a risk that the sensor 30 will inadvertently fall off the sensor holder 10 and fall. Absent.

When the wearer causes the sensor holder 10 to hold the sensor 30, first, the lower corner portion 33 is inserted into and supported by the first spring portion 50 (or the second spring portion 60), and then the second spring. Since the lower corner portion 34 is inserted into the support portion 62 while the portion 60 is gripped and moved so as to be pulled outward in the width direction X using its elasticity, the attachment operation of the sensor 30 is relatively easy. It can be performed. Further, when the sensor 30 is removed from the sensor holder 10, the first spring portion 50 (or the second spring portion 60) is gripped from the state where the sensor 30 is sandwiched between the first and second spring portions 50, 60. After moving to the outside in the width direction X and removing the lower corner portion 33 from the support portion 52, the lower corner portion 34 may be removed from the support portion 62.

Referring to FIG. 5, the locking portion 27 to which the hook portion 40 of the sensor holder 10 is locked protrudes rearward from the inner side surface 22 a of the upper portion of the rear peripheral wall portion 22 along the face body 2. In the side view of the mask 1, the mask 1 is slightly inclined forward. Therefore, in a state where the hook portion 40 is locked to the locking portion 27, the sensor holder 10 is inclined toward the front where the eyepiece 21 is located and is in a state where it lies down.

Thus, since the sensor holder 10 is suspended in the protective mask 1 and lies down on the eyepiece 21, even if the wearer's head moves back and forth, left and right, the inside of the protective mask 1 There is no risk of obstructing the wearer's field of view by swinging with or obstructing the eyes. In addition, since the locking portion 27 is a part of the rear peripheral wall portion 22 formed of a flexible elastic material, for example, the wearer shakes the head greatly back and forth, right and left, and the sensor holder 10 moves to the inner surface of the eyepiece 21. Even if the hook portion 40 is separated from the hook portion 40, it is possible to prevent the hook portion 40 from being detached from the hook portion 27 by absorbing the movement of the hook portion 27.

As described above, the sensor holder 10 can be easily attached and detached because the sensor 30 can be easily attached using the spring property of the thin rod-like member. Moreover, when the sensor holder 10 is formed by bending one wire, it can be manufactured easily and inexpensively. Moreover, since the sensor holder 10 is lightweight, there is no possibility of dropping due to its own weight when the sensor holder 10 is suspended while holding the small sensor 30. Furthermore, since it is not affixed to the inner surface of the eyepiece 21 having a spherical shape or a convex curved surface shape of the protective mask 1, the state of being suspended on the inner surface side can be maintained and the sensor 30 can be stably held. it can.
