Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a so-called multi-plate-stacked oil cooler used for cooling, for example, lubricating oil of an internal combustion engine or hydraulic oil of an automatic transmission.
In recent years, in order to cool various oils such as oil heat exchangers for engines, heat exchangers for transmission oil, and heat exchangers for motor cooling in hybrid vehicles in addition to oil heat exchangers for engines in one car Multiple heat exchangers may be used.
In addition, various heat exchangers are often mounted, such as having one multi-system circuit even in one medium from the viewpoint of effective use of heat.
For example, in
In the heat exchanger of
The refrigerant introduced into the plate stack flows along the stacking direction of the plate stack (the direction in which the plates are stacked), and then changes the flow direction in the direction orthogonal to the stacking direction of the plate stack, and then the plate stack Flow along the stacking direction and are discharged from the plate stack. That is, the first fluid passage branches in the plate stack, and exchanges the heat with the upper second fluid passage, and the lower fluid passages with the lower third fluid passage. The side passage portion is connected in parallel.
However, in the heat exchanger as disclosed in
Further, in the conventional heat exchanger disclosed in
As described above, in the conventional heat exchanger, there is room for further improvement in order to improve the degree of freedom in setting the flow path configuration inside the heat exchanger and the heat exchange efficiency.
According to the present invention, the first oil is introduced in an oil cooler having a heat exchange portion in which a large number of core plates are stacked and an inter-plate oil flow path and an inter-plate refrigerant flow path are alternately arranged. A first oil inlet, a first oil outlet from which the first oil is discharged, a second oil inlet into which a second oil is introduced, and a second oil from which the second oil is discharged An outlet, a refrigerant inlet for introducing a refrigerant, a refrigerant outlet for discharging the refrigerant, a fluid passage passing through the heat exchange portion in the core plate laminating direction, and a core plate laminating direction of the heat exchange portion And an intermediate plate sandwiched between the core plates at an intermediate position of the first oil, the first oil leading from the first oil inlet to the first oil outlet by the inter-plate oil passage and the fluid passage The route is The inter-plate oil passage forms a second oil passage independent of the first oil passage and extending from the second oil inlet to the second oil outlet, and the inter-plate refrigerant passage A refrigerant path extending from the refrigerant inlet to the refrigerant outlet is formed, and the first oil path changes the flow direction of the first oil in the heat exchange section in a direction orthogonal to the core plate stacking direction. The U-turn is generally formed to flow in the stacking direction of the core plate, and the fluid passage is in communication with the first oil passage through an oil passing portion formed in the intermediate plate. .
According to the present invention, by forming the first oil passage using the fluid passage, the first oil introducing portion and the first oil discharging portion can be collected at one end of the core plate in the stacking direction, The division can be easily performed without the restriction of the second oil path or the refrigerant path.
In addition, since the first oil path is formed to flow in the core plate lamination direction as a whole while changing the flow direction in the heat exchange portion in the direction orthogonal to the core plate lamination direction and flowing in the core plate lamination direction, the flow velocity decreases. Can be secured with a small number of core plates while suppressing a large amount of heat exchange between the first oil and the refrigerant.
That is, it is possible to further improve the degree of freedom of the flow path configuration setting in the heat exchange portion and the heat exchange efficiency.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail based on the drawings. In the following description, for convenience of explanation, terms such as “upper”, “lower”, “top”, “bottom” and the like are used based on the posture of FIG. 1, but the present invention is limited thereto is not.

As shown in FIG. 4, one cooling water flow path group 13 (refrigerant flow path group) is configured by the eight inter-plate cooling

In the
Therefore, by alternately combining the

Further, the

Further, the
That is, in the
When the
