Claims (12)
- エネルギービーム(6)を用いて硬化させることが可能な造形材料(5)の層を層毎に順次選択的に照射して硬化させることによって、三次元物体(2〜4)を付加的に製造する少なくとも一つの装置(1)の動作方法において、
この少なくとも一つの装置(1)と接続されるか、或いは接続可能な通信インタフェース(10)が、少なくとも一人の第一のユーザー(12〜14)から、造形すべき少なくとも一つの物体(2〜4)に関連する物体データを有する少なくとも一つの第一のデータセット(15〜17)を受信するとともに、少なくとも一人の第二のユーザー(12〜14)から、物体データを有する少なくとも一つの第二のデータセット(15〜17)を受信するように構成されており、
これらの少なくとも二人のユーザー(12〜14)のデータセット(15〜17)に基づき、少なくとも二つの物体(2〜4)の製造プロセスを制御する、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 少なくとも一つのデータセット(15〜17)、特に、前記の物体データが、下記のパラメータ、
造形すべき少なくとも一つの物体(2〜4)の三次元データと、
造形すべき物体(2〜4)の少なくとも一つの化学パラメータ、特に、材料パラメータと、
造形すべき物体(2〜4)の少なくとも一つの物理パラメータ、特に、密度及び/又は機械特性と、
納入期限に関連する時間情報と、
少なくとも一つの処理後工程に関連する情報と、
の中の少なくとも一つを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記の少なくとも一つのデータセット(15〜17)が、造形すべき少なくとも一つの物体(2〜4)に関連する造形データを有するか、或いは造形データが生成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記の造形データが、以下のパラメータ、
造形すべき物体(2〜4)の少なくとも一つの化学パラメータ、特に、材料パラメータと、
造形すべき物体(2〜4)の少なくとも一つの物理パラメータ、特に、密度及び/又は機械特性と、
造形すべき物体(2〜4)の製造プロセスの時間長に関連する時間情報と、
材料消費量と、
照射方針に関連する情報と、
の中の少なくとも一つを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。 - 少なくとも二つのデータセット(15〜17)に応じて、少なくとも一つのセットのジョブデータが生成され、この少なくとも一つのセットのジョブデータに応じて、少なくとも二つの物体(2〜4)が同じ造形面(8)に割り当てられることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記のジョブデータが、以下のパラメータ、
少なくとも一つの造形面(8)に割り当てられた物体(2〜4)の数と、
同じ造形面(8)に割り当てられた全ての物体(2〜4)の製造プロセスの時間長に関連する時間情報と、
価格情報と、
開始情報と、
前記の少なくとも一つの装置(1)の造形面(8)の占有率と、
造形ジョブの数と、
ユーザー(12〜14)の数と、
の中の少なくとも一つを有することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。 - 前記のジョブデータに応じて、特に、前記の少なくとも一つの開始情報に応じて、製造プロセスが開始されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- データ記憶機器(11)が配備されており、そのデータ記憶機器には、少なくとも一人のユーザー(12〜14)の物体データ、造形データ及びジョブデータの中の一つ以上が保存されることを特徴とする請求項1から7までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 前記の少なくとも一つのデータセット(15〜17)が暗号化されて伝送されることを特徴とする請求項1から8までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 材料消費量、造形時間及び前記の装置(1)の造形面(8)の占有率の中の一つ以上が低減されるように、造形すべき物体(2〜4)のトポロジー及び/又は向きを最適化することを特徴とする請求項1から9までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- エネルギービーム(6)を用いて硬化させることが可能な造形材料(5)の層を層毎に順次選択的に照射して硬化させることによって、三次元物体(2〜4)を付加的に製造する装置(1)において、
この少なくとも一つの装置(1)と接続されるか、或いは接続可能な通信インタフェース(10)が、少なくとも一人の第一のユーザー(12〜14)から、造形すべき少なくとも一つの物体(2〜4)に関連する物体データを有する少なくとも一つの第一のデータセット(15〜17)を受信するとともに、少なくとも一人の第二のユーザー(12〜14)から、物体データを有する少なくとも一つの第二のデータセット(15〜17)を受信するように構成されており、
制御ユニットが、これらの少なくとも二人のユーザー(12〜14)のデータセット(15〜17)に基づき、少なくとも二つの物体(2〜4)の製造プロセスを制御するように構成されている、
