Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって造形材料層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって少なくとも1つの3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する方法において、各造形材料層は、付加製造すべき前記3次元の物体(2)の付加造形中に選択的に照射し、それによって選択的に固化すべき少なくとも1つの照射区域(IA)を含み、前記照射区域(IA)は、複数の照射小区域(ISA)に細分される方法であって、少なくとも1つの照射小区域(ISA)が、多角形の形状を有し、前記多角形が、少なくとも5つの辺を有する、方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの照射小区域(ISA)が、六角形の形状を有する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの照射小区域(ISA)が、規則的又は不規則的な六角形の形状を有する、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 複数のそれぞれの照射小区域(ISA)が、六角形の形状を有する、請求項2又は3に記載の方法。
- 六角形の形状を有する3つの直接隣接して配置された照射小区域(ISA)が、単位セル(UC)を構成する、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも5つの辺を有する多角形の形状を有する前記少なくとも1つの照射小区域(ISA)が、所与の方向及び/又は伸び及び/又は向きの複数の別個の照射ベクトル(IV)、特に走査ベクトルによって照射される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの照射ベクトル(IV)が、平行な配置で配置される、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも3つの別個の照射ベクトル(IV)が、等距離の配置で配置される、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 直接隣接して配置された照射小区域(ISA)の前記照射ベクトル(IV)が、互いに対してずらされ又は回転させられる、請求項6〜8のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 造形材料層内のそれぞれの照射小区域(ISA)を照射する特定のシーケンスが使用され、前記シーケンスは、同じ空間的な伸び及び/又は向きの照射ベクトル(IV)を有する照射小区域(ISA)が、共通の照射ステップで同時に又は連続して照射されることを規定する、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 第1の照射ステップで、第1の空間的な伸び及び/又は向きを有する照射ベクトル(IV)を持つすべての照射小区域(ISA)が照射され、次の照射ステップで、第2の空間的な伸び及び/又は向きを有する照射ベクトル(IV)を持つすべての照射小区域(ISA)が照射される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つの異なる造形材料層、特に直接隣接して配置された造形材料層の照射小区域(ISA)が、互いに対して横方向にずらされ又は回転させられる、請求項1〜11のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 造形材料層内の少なくとも2つの照射小区域(ISA)が、特に前記それぞれの照射小区域の境界領域内で、少なくとも部分的に重なる、請求項1〜12のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって造形材料層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)向けの照射ユニット(7)であって、請求項1〜13のいずれか一つに記載の方法を実施するように適合された照射ユニット(7)。
- 少なくとも1つのエネルギービーム(4)によって造形材料層を連続して層ごとに選択的に照射及び固化することによって3次元の物体(2)を付加製造する装置(1)であって、請求項14に記載の少なくとも1つの照射ユニット(7)を備える装置(1)。
- コードを記憶する非一過性のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体において、前記コードは、コンピュータ化された付加製造装置、特に請求項15に記載の装置による前記コードの実行時に付加製造すべき3次元の物体(2)の付加造形中に選択的に照射し、それによって選択的に固化すべき少なくとも1つの照射区域(IA)を表し、前記コードは、前記少なくとも1つの照射区域(IA)が、複数の照射小区域(ISA)に細分される装置であって、少なくとも1つの照射小区域(ISA)が、多角形の形状を有し、前記多角形が、少なくとも5つの辺を有することを表すコードを含む、非一過性のコンピュータ可読記憶媒体。
