Claims (6)
- 基板と、
前記基板の上方に画素毎に設けられた第1下部電極と、前記第1下部電極の上方に設けられた第1有機層と、前記第1有機層内において前記画素毎に設けられ、熱活性型材料を含む第1発光層と、前記第1有機層の上方に設けられた上部電極と、を含む第1有機発光ダイオードと、
前記基板と前記第1有機発光ダイオードとの間に設けられ、前記第1下部電極に接続され、平面視において前記第1発光層と重畳して配置された第1駆動TFTと、
を含む、表示装置。 - 前記基板の上方に画素毎に設けられた第2下部電極と、前記第2下部電極の上方に設けられた第2有機層と、前記第2有機層内において前記画素毎に設けられ、熱活性型材料を含まない第2発光層と、前記第2有機層の上方に設けられた前記上部電極と、を含む第2有機発光ダイオードと、
前記基板と前記第2有機発光ダイオードとの間に設けられ、前記第2下部電極に接続され、平面視において前記第2発光層と重畳せずに配置された第2駆動TFTと、
を更に含む、請求項1に記載の表示装置。 - 前記画素の境界に沿って形成され、前記画素の発光領域に開口部を有する絶縁膜を更に備え、
前記第2駆動TFTは、平面視において前記絶縁膜と重畳して配置された、
請求項2に記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1発光層は、熱活性型材料として熱活性型の遅延蛍光材料を含む、
請求項1乃至3のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記第1発光層の発光色は、青色又は緑色である、
請求項1乃至4のいずれか一つに記載の表示装置。 - 前記第2発光層の発光色は、赤色である、
請求項2又は3に記載の表示装置。
