[2]前記樹脂組成物の溶融粘度が100Pa・s以上600Pa・s以下である、[1]に記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[3]前記樹脂組成物が、熱可塑性エラストマーを熱可塑性樹脂100質量部に対して1質量部以上50質量部以下含む、[1]又は[2]に記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[4]前記熱可塑性樹脂が、ポリアリーレンサルファイド樹脂、ポリエチレンテレフタレート樹脂、ポリブチレンテレフタレート樹脂から選択される少なくとも一種を含有する、[1]から[3]のいずれかに記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[5]重量減少率が0%の基準成形品に対するISO178に準拠して測定した曲げ強さの保持率が80%以上である発泡成形品を得る、[1]から[4]のいずれかに記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[6]前記射出発泡成形する工程で得られた発泡成形品を100〜350℃で1〜120分間加熱処理する工程を有する、[1]から[5]のいずれかに記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[7]前記加熱処理する工程後の発泡成形品の表面に膨出部が形成されていない、[6]に記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
[8]配管部品用の発泡成形品を得る、[1]から[7]のいずれかに記載の発泡成形品の製造方法。
