In each of the plate portions 11a, 12a, 13a, 11b, 12b, and 13b, a plurality of nozzle holes 16 opening toward the human movement area 2 are formed, and in each of the nozzle holes 16, an injection port of a nozzle described later Are close and facing each other.

In addition, the disinfecting device 1 is provided on the vertical pipe 6 so that the jet orifice 21a opens in a first direction orthogonal to the moving direction in plan view, and the disinfectant is directed to a person from the jet orifice 21a First horizontal direction nozzle 21 which jets in a vertical shape, and vertical piping 6 so that injection port 22a opens in the second direction which inclines at a predetermined inclination angle α on the front side in the moving direction with respect to the first direction in plan view. And the second horizontal nozzle 22 which sprays the antiseptic solution in the form of mist toward the person from the jet port 22a, and the jet port 23a is inclined by a predetermined inclination angle α in the moving direction in the first direction in plan view. The third horizontal nozzle 23 is provided in the vertical pipe 6 so as to open in the third direction in which it inclines, and which sprays the disinfectant solution in the form of a mist toward the person from the injection port 23a. The predetermined inclination angle β is, for example, 45 degrees (see FIG. 2).

Further, the disinfecting device 1 is provided in the lower horizontal pipe 8 so that the jet port 31a opens in a first direction orthogonal to the moving direction in side view, and the disinfectant solution is directed to a person from the jet port 31a. The first upward nozzle 31 which jets in the form of a mist, and the lower side so that the injection port 32a opens in the second direction in which the injection port 32a is inclined forward with respect to the first direction with a predetermined inclination angle γ in side view The second upward nozzle 32 provided in the pipe 8 and sprays the disinfectant solution in a mist form from the injection port 32a to the person, and the injection port 33a in the side view has a predetermined inclination to the rear side in the moving direction with respect to the first direction. The lower horizontal pipe 8 is provided so as to open in a third direction inclined at an angle γ, and has a third upward nozzle 33 which sprays the disinfectant solution in the form of a mist toward a person from its injection port 33a. The predetermined inclination angle γ is, for example, 45 degrees (see FIG. 2).

In this way, the disinfecting apparatus 1 is configured such that the transversely directed nozzles 21, 22 and 23 directed in three different directions and the downward directed nozzles 26 and 27 directed in the different three directions so that the disinfectant is sprayed in multiple directions. , 28 and upward nozzles 31, 32 and 33 directed in three different directions, but the number of each nozzle is arbitrary, and one or more nozzles may be provided. In the example shown in FIG. 3, a total of 16 nozzles are provided. Moreover, although it is preferable that the predetermined inclination angles α, β and γ are all the same, they may be different from each other. Furthermore, the predetermined inclination angles α, β and γ may be adjustable.

In addition, the disinfectant liquid from the side (moving direction side) with respect to a person by the vertical piping 6, the vertical piping cover body 11, and the horizontal direction nozzles 21, 22, 23 with three different directions of the injection port at the tip. The side injection means 36 which injects in a mist form is comprised. The upper side which sprays the disinfectant in the form of mist to the person from the upper side by the upper horizontal piping 7, the upper horizontal piping cover body 12, and the downward nozzles 26, 27 and 28 whose jet openings at the tip face three different directions. The injection means 37 is comprised. The lower horizontal piping 8, the lower horizontal piping cover body 13, and the upward direction nozzles 31, 32 and 33 with three different directions of injection ports at the tip, the lower part sprays the disinfectant from the lower part to the person The injection means 38 is configured.

The disinfecting apparatus 1 further includes a shoe disinfecting unit 41 that disinfects shoes (shorts K1 shown in FIG. 7 and boots K2 shown in FIG. 8) K worn by a person to be disinfected.

The shoe disinfecting unit 41 is provided below the human movement area 2 and has a storage means having a top opening 42, and the top opening 42 of the storage tank 43 is closed so that the disinfectant passes And a horizontal plate-like floor means 44 on which a person walks and moves in the direction of movement. Further, the shoe disinfecting unit 41 is provided in the storage tank 43, and adjustment means 45 for adjusting the liquid level (liquid level height of the disinfecting liquid in the storage tank) h of the disinfectant stored in the storage tank 43 In the antiseptic solution in the storage tank 43, the antiseptic solution is ejected upward (for example, right above), and the ejection means 46 for ejecting the antiseptic solution in a liquid column from the upper surface of the floor means 44 upwards is provided.

Then, for example, according to the type of the shoe K worn by a person, the height H of the liquid columnar disinfectant for shoe disinfection spouted upward from the upper surface of the floor means 44 by adjusting the liquid level h by the adjusting means 45 Is set.

Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 7, in the case of the shoe K1, the liquid columnar disinfectant is adjusted by adjusting the liquid level h of the disinfectant in the storage tank 43 to a desired value so as to be relatively deep. Height H becomes lower. That is, in this case, since the antiseptic solution sprayed upward from each nozzle 65 of the injection means 46 receives relatively large resistance by the antiseptic solution stored in the storage tank 43, the height of the antiseptic solution from the nozzle 65 is high. H is a relatively small value (e.g., H = 2 to 3 cm).

Further, for example, as shown in FIG. 8, in the case of the boots K2, the liquid level is adjusted to a desired value so that the liquid level h of the disinfectant in the storage tank 43 becomes shallower than in the case of the shorts K1. The height H of the disinfectant increases. That is, in this case, since the antiseptic solution sprayed upward from each nozzle 65 of the jetting means 46 has a small resistance by the antiseptic solution stored in the storage tank 43, the height H of the antiseptic solution from the nozzle 65 is Relatively large values (e.g. H = 4 to 6 cm).

The range of the height H of the liquid columnar disinfecting solution is not limited to, for example, 2 to 6 cm, and may be set (adjustable) in a narrower range or a wider range.

Here, as shown in FIG. 1 etc., the storage tank 43 has a rectangular bottom plate portion 51 having a longitudinal direction in the moving direction of the person, and an upright plate portion 52 erected on the peripheral end of the bottom plate portion 51. And. The entire rectangular (including substantially rectangular) upper surface opening 42 of the storage tank 43 is closed by the fluid-permeable floor means 44, and a person to be disinfected walks and moves on the upper surface of the floor means 44. Do. The disinfectant after being sprayed from the nozzles 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 33 passes through the floor means 44 and is stored in the storage tank 43.

The floor means 44 is made of, for example, a high strength synthetic resin mesh support plate (mesh plate) 53, and an elastically deformable mesh mat 54 removably mounted on the support plate 53. ing. The thickness of the support plate 53 is, for example, about 1 cm, and the thickness of the mat 54 is, for example, about 1.5 cm.

The mat 53 is made of, for example, an artificial turf having a cushioning property through which an antiseptic solution can pass, and a sheet-like base material, a large number of piles imitating turf leaves standing on the base material, and a space between the piles And a filled filler. Then, when a person steps on the mat 53 with the shoe K, the entire bottom surface of the shoe K is in a state of being soaked in the antiseptic solution which has spread to the mat 53, and the antiseptic solution flows by the jet of the nozzle 65 of the jetting means 46 In this case, the disinfectant spreads to every corner of the entire bottom of the shoe K.

In the middle of the storage tank 43 in the longitudinal direction, the lower injection means 38 is disposed. Therefore, the inside of the storage tank 43 is divided into two, and correspondingly, the floor means 44 is also divided into two in the front and rear of the moving direction. For example, in the case where the lower injection means 38 is not provided, the floor means 44 does not have to be divided and has a single-plate configuration.

Further, the adjustment means 45 has an overflow pipe 56 for liquid level adjustment that can be moved up and down with respect to the storage tank 43. The overflow pipe (drainage pipe) 56 is screwed to a support pipe 58 having a screw portion 57, and rotates with respect to the support pipe 58 to move up and down. That is, by raising and lowering the overflow pipe 56 with respect to the storage tank 43, the liquid level h of the antiseptic solution in the storage tank 43 can be adjusted.

Furthermore, the injection means 46 has a front side injection part 61 located on the front side in the storage tank 43 and a rear side injection part 62 located on the rear side in the storage tank 43.

The front and rear injection units 61 and 62 are respectively provided in an annular (including an annular) circulation piping unit 63 capable of circulating the disinfecting solution and at a plurality of locations of the circulation piping unit 63 and stored in the storage tank 43 And a nozzle 65 for spraying the disinfectant solution upward (for example, directly above) in the disinfectant solution. The circulation piping portion 63 has a plurality of horizontally extending longitudinal pipes 66 located parallel to each other in the state of being immersed in the antiseptic solution in the storage tank 43, and injection ports are provided at a plurality of locations of each of the pipes 66. A nozzle 65 is provided so as to open upward.

In addition, as shown in FIG. 1, the disinfecting solution is supplied separately (three systems) to the two circulation piping parts 63, 63 before and after the injection means 46 and the circulation piping part 10 located therebetween in plan view The liquid supply means 70 is connected.

As shown in FIG. 6, the disinfecting solution supply means 70 includes a first circulation pump 71 for circulating the disinfecting solution in the circulation piping unit 63 of the front side injection unit 61 at a low pressure less than the set pressure, and the pressure of the disinfecting solution. The first injection pump 72 for injecting the disinfectant solution from the nozzle 65 of the front side spray unit 61 by raising the pressure to the set pressure and the disinfectant solution in the circulation piping unit 63 of the rear side spray unit 62 at a low pressure less than the set pressure. The second circulation pump 73 for circulation, the second injection pump 74 for raising the pressure of the disinfectant to the set pressure and causing the disinfectant to be jetted from the nozzle 65 of the rear side injection unit 62, and a low pressure less than the set pressure The third circulation pump 75 for circulating the antiseptic solution in the circulation piping unit 10 and the pressure of the antiseptic solution are increased to the set pressure to make the antiseptic solution nozzles (horizontal direction nozzles 21, 22, 23, downward nozzles 26, 27). , 28 and the upward nozzles 31, 32, 33) for injection from the third injection pump 7 And six.

In addition, each nozzle 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 31, 32, 32, 33, 65 is automatically switched from the closed state to the open state when the pressure of the disinfectant in circulation becomes the set pressure. It is attached to the pipe via a pressure valve. Therefore, when the pressure of the disinfectant in the circulation reaches the set pressure, the plurality of corresponding nozzles of each of the three systems start injecting the disinfectant simultaneously and simultaneously in a highly reactive manner.

Further, the control means 80 for controlling each pump includes a circulation pump operation sensor 81 (first detection means) which is a detection means (person presence / absence detection means) for detecting a person moving in the moving direction, an injection pump operation The sensor 82 (second detection means) and the operation stop sensor (third detection means) 83 are electrically connected.

As shown in FIG. 1, the circulation pump operation sensor 81 and the injection pump operation sensor 82 are disposed behind the storage tank 43 in the moving direction of the person, and the operation stop sensor 83 is the movement direction of the person than the storage tank 43. It is located forward. And each sensor 81, 82, 83 detects the presence or absence of a person by the detection light, for example, has the light emission part 81a, 82a, 83a and the light reception part 81b, 82b, 83b which are mutually spaced apart and located. There is.

Next, the case of disinfecting a person using the disinfecting device 1 will be described.

The worker (regulator) adjusts in advance the liquid level h of the disinfectant stored in the storage tank 43 in accordance with the type of the shoe K worn by the person to be disinfected. That is, the liquid level h is adjusted to be deeper in the case of the shorts K1 and is adjusted so as to be shallow in comparison with the shorts K1 in the case of the boots K2 (see FIGS. 7 and 8). The person to be disinfected may adjust the liquid level h.

Then, first, the control means 80 determines whether the circulation pump operating sensor 81 detects a person, and determines that the sensor 81 detects a person (detects the presence of a person by blocking detection light) In this case, the first circulation pump 71, the second circulation pump 73, and the third circulation pump 75 are operated.

Then, the antiseptic solution from the tank (not shown) side of the antiseptic solution supply means 70 circulates in the three circulation piping parts 10, 63, 63 while maintaining the low pressure state lower than the set pressure. At this time, the pressure valve of each nozzle is kept closed.

Next, the control means 80 determines whether the injection pump operating sensor 82 detects a person, and determines that the sensor 82 detects a person (detects the presence of a person by blocking detection light). The first pump 72, the second injection pump 74, and the third injection pump 76 are operated while the circulation pumps 71, 73, 75 that were operating are stopped.

Then, the pressure of the disinfecting solution in the circulation rises to the set pressure, which causes each pressure valve to be opened, and as a result, all the nozzles (left and right sideways-oriented nozzles 21, 22 and 23) at a predetermined timing. The downward nozzles 26, 27, 28, the upward nozzles 31, 32, 33, and the nozzle 65 of the injection means 46 simultaneously and simultaneously (almost simultaneously) inject the disinfecting solution simultaneously.

Then, the disinfecting liquid from each nozzle kills the bacteria adhering to the person, and the whole person is efficiently disinfected.

After that, the control means 80 determines whether the operation stop sensor 83 detects a person, and when the sensor 83 detects a person (detects the presence of a person by blocking detection light), , Stop the injection pumps 72, 74, 76 that were operating. Then, the spraying of the disinfecting solution from each nozzle is stopped, and the disinfecting process on the person by the disinfecting solution is completed. As described above, the disinfection process is performed each time the person to be disinfected passes the human movement area 2 one by one.

And, according to such a disinfecting device 1, bacteria (such as germs) attached to clothes, shoes (shorts K1 and boots K2), head, face, hands, etc. of human beings by disinfectant from each nozzle (Various bacteria contained) can be sufficiently disinfected all over, and accordingly, human beings can be disinfected properly as compared with the conventional device.

In addition, since the height H of the antiseptic solution spouted in a liquid column upward from the mat 53 of the floor means 44 can be set by adjusting the liquid level h of the antiseptic solution by the adjusting means 45, the shoe worn by the person to be disinfected The height H of the disinfecting solution can be set appropriately according to the type of K, and therefore, the bacteria adhering to the shoe K can be more sufficiently disinfected.

Further, since the circulation pump 71, 73, 75, the injection pump 72, 74, 76, the sensor 81, 82, 83 and the like are provided, the reactivity is good and the disinfection can be performed appropriately and efficiently.

In addition, the disinfection apparatus 1 is not limited to what provided all with the side injection means 36, the upper injection means 37, the lower injection means 38, and the shoe disinfection part (shoe disinfection means) 41, At least any one means For example, the lower injection means 38 may not be provided, or the upper injection means 37 may not be provided.

Moreover, the piping line of the disinfectant liquid supply means 70 is not limited to the structure of 3 systems, for example, the structure of 2 systems which made two circulation piping parts 63 and 63 one line, for example, 3 circulation piping parts 10 , 63, 63 may be one line.

Furthermore, although it is preferable to make it a circulation line like circulation piping part 10, 63, 63 which can circulate the disinfectant solution, for example, without using a circulation line, each pump operates based on the detection signal from the sensor for pump operation. Each nozzle may spray the disinfectant.

For example, instead of the injection pump operation sensor 82, timer means may be provided to measure an elapsed time from the start of operation of the circulation pump based on the detection of the circulation pump operation sensor 81.

Furthermore, for example, a discrimination means for discriminating the type of the shoe K worn by a person (for example, discrimination between the shorts K1 and the boots K2) is provided, and the adjustment means determines the liquid level of the disinfectant according to the result of the discrimination. May be adjusted automatically.
