Description

According to the present invention, a flexible projection sheet (screen sheet for projecting an image projected from a projector) whose back surface is a magnet layer with respect to a substantially vertical installation surface having magnetic performance to which a magnet is attracted is magnetized. The present invention relates to a projection screen device (magnet screen device) used by being worn and deployed.

Here, as a substantially vertical installation surface having magnetic performance to which a magnet is attracted, a magnetic blackboard (a steel blackboard (including a white board)) in a school classroom is typically cited. In addition, a fixed or movable wall surface or board having the above-mentioned magnetic performance in a conference room, a conference hall, a lecture hall, an exhibition hall, or the like.

The thing of patent document 1 is known as a projection screen apparatus as mentioned above. This has a roll member which winds up the flexible projection sheet whose back surface is a magnet surface. A casing in which the roll member is accommodated is provided. A casing magnet is provided on the back surface of the casing. An operation bar is provided at the end of the projection sheet. The operation bar can unwind the projection sheet from the roll member or wind it onto the roll member. A magnet is also provided on the back of the operation bar. When not in use, the projection sheet is wound around a roll member and stored in a casing. As usage modes of this apparatus, there are a first usage mode in which the projection sheet is directly unwound and a second usage mode in which the casing is slid.

In the first usage mode, the casing is magnetized and fixed to the installation surface by the casing magnet, and then the operation bar is moved in the direction in which the projection sheet is unwound from the roll member in the casing. When the projection sheet is unwound by a desired length, the operation bar is magnetically attached to the installation surface by the magnet on the back surface and fixed. Since the rear surface of the projection sheet is a magnet surface, the unwound projection sheet is held in a magnetically spread state on the installation surface.

In the second usage mode, the projection sheet is unwound by sliding the casing along the installation surface in a state where the operation bar is magnetically fixed to the installation surface by the magnet on the back surface thereof. When the projection sheet is unwound by a desired length, the casing is magnetically attached to the installation surface by a casing magnet and fixed. Also in this case, since the back surface of the projection sheet is a magnet surface, the unwound projection sheet is held in a magnetically spread state on the installation surface.

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2006-167025

In both the first usage mode and the second usage mode, the apparatus of Patent Document 1 has a magnetic force of a casing magnet, a magnetic force of a magnet of an operation bar, and a magnetic force of a magnet surface of a developed projection sheet. Thus, the entire apparatus is magnetically held with respect to a vertical installation surface. That is, the weight of the entire apparatus is supported on a vertical installation surface only by the magnetizing force of the magnet.

In order to stably support a projection screen device, which is actually a heavy object of several kilograms or more, with a magnetic attachment force only with respect to a vertical installation surface, it is only necessary to make the magnetic attachment force of the magnet strong. However, the strong magnetic adhesion force makes it difficult to remove the device from the installation surface after use. Therefore, the magnetizing force is set to an appropriate magnetizing force that combines the stable support of the device with respect to the installation surface and the ease of removing the device from the installation surface.

However, the setting range is narrow and, if anything, the magnetizing force of the magnet is weak, or the magnetizing force of the magnet has decreased over time, or the magnet is contaminated with foreign matter, Concerns that the device magnetically attached to the installation surface may easily shift downward, tilt the installation posture, or fall off due to an unexpected force from its own weight or other objects due to wetness, etc. Is done. In addition, there is a concern that it is difficult to remove the device from the installation surface after use because the set magnetic adhesion force is too strong.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic screen type projection screen device that does not cause displacement movement or dropout from the installation surface. Another object of the present invention is to provide a magnetic screen type projection screen device in which the unfolding of the projection sheet from the roll member to the installation surface and the winding of the projection sheet developed on the installation surface by the roll member are smoothly performed. To do.

Each of the bearing members 52U and 52D has a round hole 52a at the center. One end and the other end of the round shaft 53 are fitted in the round holes 52a of the bearing members 52U and 52D on the one end side and the other end side, respectively. The cylindrical portion 51 can rotate around the round shaft 53 together with the bearing members 52U and 52D at both ends. The rotation urging mechanism portion 54 built in the cylindrical portion 51 is a mechanism portion that urges the cylindrical portion 51 including the bearing members 52U and 52D at both ends in one direction around the round shaft 53. As this rotation urging mechanism portion 54, a spring type mechanism or the like is known, and therefore, detailed description thereof is omitted here.

One end portion of the projection sheet 2 in the left-right direction, in this embodiment, the left end portion of the projection sheet 2 is locked to the cylindrical portion 51. Therefore, the projection sheet 2 receives the urging force with respect to the cylindrical portion 51 by the rotation of the cylindrical portion 51 including the bearing members 52U and 52D at both ends by the rotational urging force of the rotation urging mechanism portion 54. In the free state, the projection sheet 2 2 is wound around the cylindrical portion 51 in a roll.

That is, the roll member 5 is wound around the roll so that the projection sheet 2 is rotated by the rotation urging force of the rotation urging mechanism 54 so that the back surface side (magnet layer side) is the outside in this embodiment. FIG. 4B is a perspective view of the projection sheet 2 in a state where the projection sheet 2 is wound into a roll so that the back surface side is outside with respect to the roll member 5. On the other hand, the projection sheet 2 wound around the roll member 5 in the roll winding is fed out from the roll member 5 by reverse rotation against the rotation biasing force of the rotation biasing mechanism 54 of the roll member 5.

A projection sheet terminal member 6 is disposed at the other end of the projection sheet 2 opposite to the one end, and in the present embodiment, at the right end. In the present embodiment, an aluminum square pipe material having the same length as the projection sheet 2 is used as the projection sheet terminal member 6, and this is used as an adhesive along the vertical edge of the right end of the projection sheet 2. It is attached by fixing means such as.

One end portion (upper end portion) and the other end portion (lower end portion) of the roll member 5 in the rotation axis direction OO are respectively held in the vertical posture while being held by the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D. The roll member 5 is supported movably with respect to the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D so that the roll member 5 can move in parallel in a direction toward and away from the plate surface of the blackboard 100.

With regard to this configuration, in this embodiment, one end (upper end) and the other end (lower end) of the round shaft 53 of the roll member 5 are projected outward from the round holes 52a of the bearing members 52U and 52D, respectively. . The protruding portion of the round shaft 53 is left as a predetermined length as the round shaft portion 53a on the base side, and the portion beyond that is cut as the square shaft portion 53b. FIG. 5 shows an exploded perspective schematic view of one end portion side (upper end portion side) of the roll member 5 and a member engaged therewith. The other end portion side (lower end portion side) of the roll member 5 has the same configuration as that of the schematic diagram on the one end portion side of FIG.

Then, as shown in the schematic diagrams of FIGS. 6A and 6B, the round shaft portion 53a at one end of the roll member 5 is engaged with the elongated hole 46 for bearing of the bearing member 45 of the upper moving member 4U. The other end portion of the round shaft portion 53a is fitted and engaged with the long hole 46 for the bearing of the bearing member 45 of the lower moving member 4D. In other words, the roll member 5 is held by the bearing member 45 of the upper moving member 4U and the bearing member 45 of the lower moving member 4D and is disposed in the vertical orientation. The roll member 5 has a length range in the long axis direction of the long hole 46 by engaging the round shaft portion 53a on the upper end side with the long hole 46 and engaging the round shaft portion 53a on the lower end side with the long hole 46. In FIG. 1, the direction of moving toward the plate surface of the blackboard 100 and the direction of moving away from the blackboard 100 can be translated.

(4) Operation member In the left-right direction of the blackboard 100, the operation member 1 is a direction A in which the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D are fed together with the roll member 5 along the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D from the roll member 5. And an operation member 7 for moving the projection sheet 2 in the direction B in which the roll member 5 is wound.

In the present embodiment, the projection sheet terminal member 6 disposed at the other end of the projection sheet 2 has the left side in the left-right direction of the plate surface of the blackboard 100 as one end side, as shown in FIGS. When the right side is the other end side, the right end of the blackboard 100, which is the other end side, is disposed with its position fixed by appropriate fixing means (not shown). Therefore, in this embodiment, the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D are moved along with the roll member 5 along the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D, and the direction A in which the projection sheet 2 is fed out from the roll member 5 is The direction is from the right to the left. Conversely, the direction B in which the projection sheet 2 is wound around the roll member 5 is the direction from the left side of the blackboard 100 toward the right side.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective schematic view of the operation member 7 in this embodiment. The operation member 7 is a vertically long and narrow plate-like member having substantially the same length as the distance between the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D. Upper members 71U and 71D are disposed on the upper and lower portions of the operation member 7 on the back side. In the present embodiment, the upper member 71U and the lower member 71D are L-shaped members (L-shaped brackets), respectively. One arm plate portion 71a of the L-shaped member is formed with a square hole 72 that fits and engages with the angular shaft portion 53b on the upper end portion side and the lower end portion side of the roll member 5, and the other arm plate portion 71b is Screwed to the back surface of the operating member 7. As shown in FIG. 7, the lower member 71D is attached to the operation member 7 in an upside down posture with respect to the upper member 71U.

A magnet holding plate 73 and a handle 75 are disposed at the longitudinal center of the operating member 7 on the surface side of the operating member 7. The magnet holding plate 73 is an L-shaped member having a first plate portion 73 a that is screwed to the surface of the operation member 7 and a second plate portion 73 b that faces the plate surface of the blackboard 100. A magnet 74 is disposed on the blackboard facing surface of the second plate portion 73b. The handle 75 is attached to the operation member 7 by tightening a nut 77 by inserting a screw leg portion 75 a of the base portion into the hole 76 of the operation member 7.

The upper member 71U of the operation member 7 is an upper end portion of the roll member 5 that is fitted and engaged with a long hole 46 for the bearing of the bearing member 45 of the upper moving member 4U as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. A square hole 72 formed in one arm plate portion 71a is fitted and engaged with the upward angular shaft portion 53b ahead of the round shaft portion 53a as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. It is connected to the upper end of the roll member 5.

Similarly, the lower member 71D of the operation member 7 is a roll member fitted and engaged with a long hole 46 for the bearing of the bearing member 45 of the lower moving member 4D as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. 6B. A square hole 72 formed in one arm plate portion 71a is fitted to a downward-facing square shaft portion 53b ahead of the round shaft portion 53a at the lower end portion of 5 as shown in the schematic diagram of FIG. It is connected with the lower end part of the roll member 5 by making it engage.

As described above, the round shaft 53 at the center of the roll member 5 is engaged with the square holes 72 of the upper member 71U of the operating member 7 and the square member 72 of the lower member 71D at the upper and lower corners of the shaft 53b. The rotation is stopped by that. The operation member 7 is swingable (having a degree of freedom of rotation) about the rotation axis (round shaft 53) of the roll member 5.

When the user holds the handle 75 and pulls the operating member 7 in the direction A from the right side to the left side of the blackboard 100, the roll member 5 is pulled in the same direction A. And since the roll member 5 is hold | maintained at the up-and-down moving member 3U * 3D which can move to the left-right direction along the up-and-down rail member 3U * 3D, the roll member 5 moves to the direction A along a blackboard surface. Conversely, when the user holds the handle 75 and pushes the operating member 7 in the direction B from the left side to the right side of the blackboard 100, the roll member 5 is pushed in the same direction B, and the roll member 5 is moved along the blackboard surface in the direction B. Move to.

(5) Device operation 1) Non-use state When the device 1 is not used, the roll member 5 is positioned on the right end side of the blackboard 100 in which the projection sheet terminal member 6 is fixedly disposed as shown in FIG. In addition, the projection sheet terminal member 6 has been moved to a sufficiently close position. The moving position of the roll member 5 is a position when the apparatus 1 is not used.

At the non-use position of the apparatus 1, the projection sheet 2 has a substantially full length portion with respect to the roll member 5 due to the rotation of the roll member 5 due to the rotation biasing force of the rotation biasing mechanism portion 54. Is wound around a roll so that it is on the outside. As a result, the blackboard 100 can be used as a blackboard with its plate surface greatly open.

In the non-use position of the apparatus 1, the operation member 7 is in a free state, and the second plate portion 73 b of the magnet holding plate 73 is magnetically attached to the plate surface of the blackboard 100 via the magnet 74. In other words, the operation member 7 is magnetically locked to the blackboard 100, thereby preventing inadvertent movement of the apparatus 1.

2) Operation to use state When the apparatus 1 is used, as shown in FIG. 1B, the handle 75 of the operation member 7 of the apparatus 1 located at the non-use position is grasped and pulled toward the front side of the blackboard 100. . Then, the operation member 7 rotates about the round shaft 53 of the roll member 5 toward the front side of the blackboard 100, so that the second plate portion 73 b of the magnet holding plate 73 resists the magnetic adhesion force by the magnet 74. Separated from the plate surface. That is, the magnetic locking of the operation member 7 with respect to the blackboard 100 is released.

Then, the operation member 7 is pulled in the direction A while the handle 75 is pulled toward the front side. As a result, the roll member 5 is pulled in the same direction A. Since the roll member 5 is held by the upper and lower moving members 3U and 3D that can move in the left-right direction along the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D, the roll member 5 moves in the direction A along the blackboard surface.

Since the other end portion (right end portion) of the projection sheet 2 wound around the roll member 5 is fixed to the right end portion of the blackboard 100 by the projection sheet terminal member 6, the roll member 5 moves in the direction A. The projection sheet 2 wound around the roll member 5 is sequentially fed out by the member 5 reversely rotating against the rotation biasing force of the rotation biasing mechanism portion 54. In this case, since the back side of the projection sheet 2 is a magnet layer, the projection sheet 2 that is sequentially fed from the roll member 5 is sequentially attached from the right side to the left side with respect to the blackboard surface while being magnetically attached to the plate surface of the blackboard 100. Expand.

In the present embodiment, the vertical width and horizontal width of the projection sheet 2 substantially correspond to the vertical width and horizontal width of the plate surface of the blackboard 100, respectively. As shown in FIG. It can be used in a state of being almost fully developed on the plate surface.

When the roll member 5 is sufficiently pulled to the left end side of the blackboard 100 by the operation member 7 as shown in FIG. 1A, the hand 75 is released. Then, due to the magnetic force between the magnet 74 and the blackboard 100, the operating member 7 rotates back about the round shaft 53 of the roll member 5, and the second plate portion 73 b of the magnet holding plate 73 passes through the magnet 74. Magnetically adhere to the board surface of the blackboard 100. In other words, the operating member 7 pulled and moved to the left end side of the blackboard 100 is magnetically stably locked to the blackboard 100, thereby preventing inadvertent movement of the apparatus 1.

The unfolding length from the right side to the left side of the projection sheet 2 is arbitrary. When the projection sheet 2 is unfolded, the operation member 7 is moved to the blackboard 100 by the magnet holding plate 73 at that position by releasing the handle 75. It is magnetically locked.

3) Operation from the use state to the non-use state When the device 1 in the use state is put into the non-use state, the handle 75 of the operation member 7 of the device 1 located at the use position is grasped and pulled to the near side. Thus, the second plate portion 73 b of the magnet holding plate 73 is separated from the plate surface of the blackboard 100 against the magnetizing force of the magnet 74. Then, the operating member 7 is pushed and moved in the direction B while the handle 75 is pulled toward the front side. As a result, the roll member 5 is also pushed in the same direction B. Since the roll member 5 is held by the upper and lower moving members 3U and 3D that can move in the left-right direction along the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D, the roll member 5 moves in the direction B along the blackboard surface.

With the movement of the roll member 5 in the direction B, the projection sheet 2 in a state where the roll member 5 is rotated by the rotation biasing force of the rotation biasing mechanism portion 54 and magnetically attached to the plate surface of the blackboard 100 is developed. The sheet is sequentially peeled from the blackboard surface against the magnetizing force and is wound around the roll member 5 in a roll. Then, as shown in FIG. 1B, the roll member 5 is sufficiently moved with respect to the projection sheet terminal member 6 on the right end side of the blackboard 100 in which the projection sheet terminal member 6 is fixed, That is, the device 1 is moved to a non-use position. Then, by releasing the hand from the handle 75, the operating member 7 is magnetically locked to the blackboard 100 by the magnet holding plate 73 at the non-use position of the apparatus 1.

(6) Effects 1) The above apparatus 1 has an upper and lower arrangement in which the roll member 5 that is the main body of the apparatus extends in the horizontal direction on the upper and lower portions of the blackboard 100 that is a substantially vertical installation surface and is fixed in parallel. The upper and lower moving parts 4U and 4D are held by the rail members 3U and 3D and can move along the rail members. Further, the projection sheet terminal member 6 is also fixedly disposed on the blackboard 100. Therefore, the apparatus 1 cannot move or drop off from the blackboard 100 as the installation surface in both the use state and the non-use state. In the use state, the projection sheet 2 whose back surface is a magnet layer is magnetically attached to the plate surface of the blackboard 100 which is the installation surface, and is thus deployed, so that a stable deployed state is maintained.

2) The roll member 5 is supported movably with respect to the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D so that the roll member 5 can move in parallel to a direction closer to and farther from the plate surface of the blackboard 100 as an installation surface. ing. In the present embodiment, the roll member 5 has round shaft portions 53a at the upper end portion and the lower end portion engaged with the long holes 46 provided on the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D, respectively. In the length range in the major axis direction, the translation can be performed in a direction approaching the plate surface of the blackboard 100 as an installation surface and a direction away from the plate surface.

With this configuration, the projection sheet 2 is unrolled from the roll member 5 onto the board surface of the blackboard 100 as the installation surface, and the projection sheet 2 is unrolled around the plate surface of the blackboard 100 as the installation surface. The removal is made smoothly.

This will be described with reference to FIG. (A) has shown the state with respect to the blackboard 100 of the roll member 5 when the apparatus 1 is located in the non-use position. The almost full length part of the projection sheet 2 is wound around the roll member 5, and the winding diameter of the roll projection sheet 2 around the roll member 5 is large. From this state, as the projection sheet 2 is developed on the plate surface of the blackboard 100, the winding diameter of the projection sheet 2 with respect to the roll member 5 decreases. (B) shows the middle of the development of the projection sheet 2, and (c) shows the end of the development.

In this case, the round shaft portion 53a of the roll member 5 moves in the direction toward the blackboard 100 along the long hole 46 in response to the winding diameter of the projection sheet 2 with respect to the roll member 5 becoming smaller. That is, the roll member 5 moves in parallel in a direction approaching the plate surface of the blackboard 100 that is the installation surface.

For this reason, the roll projection sheet 2 is rolled so that the roll member 5 that rolls the projection sheet 2 is in contact with the plate surface of the blackboard 100 throughout and rolls the roll onto the plate surface. Can be rolled smoothly onto the plate surface of the blackboard 100.

Conversely, when the projection sheet 2 developed on the plate surface of the blackboard 100 is wound around the roll member 5, the sheet winding diameter with respect to the roll member 5 increases as the roll is wound. The round shaft portion 53a moves in a direction away from the blackboard 100 along the long hole 46. That is, the roll member 5 translates in a direction far away from the plate surface of the blackboard 100 which is the installation surface.

Therefore, the projection sheet 2 is wound up with the roll member 5 that rolls the projection sheet 2 in contact with the plate surface of the blackboard 100 throughout. In this case, the projection sheet 2 magnetically attached to the board surface of the blackboard 100 as the installation surface is resisted against the magnetic force by the curvature separation effect by the roll member 5 in contact with the board surface of the blackboard 100. The roll member 5 can be wound up while being smoothly peeled off from the plate surface of the blackboard 100.

《Other matters》
(1) FIG. 10 shows a case where the blackboard 100 is a concavely curved blackboard (an installation surface that is curved along the left-right direction when viewed from the front side). In this case, the upper and lower rail members 3U and 3D are arranged to bend along the left-right direction following the concave curve, whereby the device 1 having the effect (6) can be obtained.

(2) The apparatus 1 may be provided with a cover member that covers and protects the outer surface of the roll member 5 that winds and feeds the projection sheet 2. FIG. 11 shows an example. In this example, the cover member 8 is supported by the operation member 7 and disposed. The cover member 8 can also be disposed by being supported by the upper and lower moving members 4U and 4D.

(3) Although the right end portion of the blackboard 100 is the non-use position of the apparatus 1 in the embodiment, the direction A in which the projection sheet 2 is fed out from the roll member 5 with the left end portion of the blackboard 100 being the non-use position of the apparatus 1. Is a direction from the left side of the blackboard 100 to the right side, and conversely, a direction B in which the projection sheet 2 is wound around the roll member 5 may be a direction from the right side of the blackboard 100 to the left side.
