Description

The present invention relates to a water discharge device installed in a bathtub, and more particularly, to a water conveyance control technique for a water discharge device.

There is a water discharge device that provides a massage effect by locally discharging water on the waist, neck, shoulder, etc. of a bather (see Patent Document 1). The water discharging device circulates the bathtub water by pumping up the bathtub water with a pump and discharging water toward the bather in the bathtub.

In Patent Document 1, a jet is discharged from a nozzle (lower spout) in a bathtub toward the bather's waist and back, and at the same time, water is discharged from the discharge section (upper spout) to wrap the shoulder of the bather. doing. More specifically, the water pumped up by the pump flows through the first piping section, and further into the third piping section branched upward from the first piping section and the second piping section branched downward. Flows in. The nozzle communicates with the second piping section, and the discharge section communicates with the third piping section.
That is, the bathtub water pumped up by the pump has a structure that branches from the first piping part into two upper and lower systems.

However, the present inventor considered that there are cases where it is desired not only to simultaneously discharge water from the upper and lower water outlets as in Patent Document 1, but also to selectively use a plurality of water outlets. For example, for a bather whose shoulder is injured, water discharge to the top is unnecessary. Moreover, when water is simultaneously discharged from a plurality of water outlets, the pump that pumps up the bath water requires a large amount of power, but if it is a selective type, there is an advantage that a sufficient amount of water can be secured even with a low-power pump.

Further, when the operation of the pump is stopped, some water remains in each pipe (hereinafter referred to as “residual water”). In particular, warm residual water may cause germs to propagate, so it is necessary to eliminate the residual water in the piping as much as possible after the operation is stopped.

This invention is made | formed in view of the said subject, The main objective is to provide the water discharging apparatus which equips up and down with a water discharging opening and can switch a water discharging direction.

In order to solve the above-described problems, a water discharge device according to an aspect of the present invention includes a water inlet, a pump that pumps bathtub water from the water inlet, a common water conduit that communicates with the pump, and an upper guide that branches from the common water conduit. A water channel, an upper water outlet that communicates with the upper water channel and discharges water pumped up by the pump, a lower water channel that branches from the common water channel, and a lower part that communicates with the lower water channel and discharges water pumped up by the pump A water discharge port, and a switching valve that communicates both or one of the upper water conduit and the lower water conduit.
The upper water outlet is located above the branch point of the common conduit, and the lower water outlet is located below the upper water outlet.

“Water discharge” means simply discharging water or hot water, and does not limit the method of discharging water. For example, a water discharge method such as dripping bathtub water in a belt shape and a water discharge method such as jet injection or spraying are both types of “water discharge”.
According to the above configuration, since the upper and lower water discharge ports can be selected by the switching valve, water discharge according to the preference of the bather can be performed. In addition, since the bathtub water in the common conduit is not diverted and flows directly to either the upper conduit or the lower conduit, it is easy to ensure a sufficient water discharge amount even if the power of the pump is small. Furthermore, if the switching valve is operated to connect the upper conduit and the lower conduit, residual water in the upper conduit can be effectively discharged effectively when the operation is stopped.

You may further provide the valve control apparatus which controls a switching valve by transmitting a control signal to a switching valve.

The valve control device may control the switching valve according to a user instruction or automatically. The user may directly touch and operate the switching valve, but the valve control device may control the switching valve by sending an operation signal to the valve control device with a remote controller or the like.

The valve control device may cause the upper water conduit and the lower water conduit to communicate with each other in order to guide the remaining water in the upper water conduit to the lower water conduit when the pump is stopped.

When the operation is stopped, the valve control device automatically connects the upper conduit and the common conduit so that the remaining water in the upper conduit can be effectively drained from the lower conduit.

The valve control measure may cause the switching valve to perform a predetermined operation when a predetermined automatic control condition is satisfied.

If the switching valve is not moved for a long period of time, the switching valve may stick and become difficult to move. Such a sticking can be easily prevented by causing the valve control device to automatically move the switching valve periodically or at a predetermined timing.

The valve control device may close the upper water conduit at the start of operation of the pump.

Suddenly discharging water from the upper spout at the start of driving may cause discomfort to the bather. When bath water is cold or hot, it can be particularly uncomfortable. Therefore, consideration is given to avoiding such an unpleasant state by closing the upper conduit at the start of operation and discharging water from the lower outlet first.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the water discharging apparatus which can select water discharge target locations, such as a shoulder and a waist, can be provided.

FIG. 1 is a configuration diagram of a bathtub system 100.
The bathtub system 100 is obtained by adding a water discharging device 124 to the bathtub 122. The water spouting device 124 circulates the bath water by pumping up the bath water from the water suction port 104 located inside the bathtub 122 by the pump 110 and discharging water from the upper water discharge port 108 and the lower water discharge port 106.

The bath water is first guided from the water inlet 104 to the common water conduit 116 via the water suction passage 114 and the pump 110. The common water conduit 116 branches into an upper water conduit 118 and a lower water conduit 120. In this embodiment, the switching valve 112 is provided at this branch point, but it is not essential to provide the switching valve 112 at the branch point. The upper water outlet 108 is located at least above this branch point.

Bathtub water in the common water conduit 116 is discharged into the bathtub from the upper water outlet 108 via the upper water conduit 118, or is discharged from the lower water outlet 106 via the lower water conduit 120. Although details will be described later, the upper water outlet 108 causes the bathtub water to flow as strip-shaped water, and the lower water outlet 106 bubble-injects the bathtub water. That is, the water discharged from the upper water outlet 108 gives the bather a feeling of relaxation similar to the hot water poured on the shoulder and neck of the bather, while the water discharged from the lower water outlet 106 is applied to the waist and back of the bather. The massage effect is given by the bubble jet vigorously.

The switching valve 112 selectively communicates both or one of the upper water conduit 118 and the lower water conduit 120. The bather may manually control the switching valve 112, but in this embodiment, both the switching valve 112 and the pump 110 are controlled by a control signal from the control device 102. A bather inputs to the control apparatus 102 by a console or a remote controller.

FIG. 2 is an external perspective view of the bathtub system 100. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the water discharge device 124.
The upper spout 108 has a shape extending in the edge direction of the bathtub 122 (y direction in FIG. 2). The upper water discharge port 108 discharges water by changing the bath water supplied from the upper water conduit 118 into strip-shaped water. Although the structure of the water inlet 104 and the lower water outlet 106 will be described later with reference to FIG. 4, they are formed in a single cup 134. A water inlet 104 is provided on the side of the cup 134, and a lower water outlet 106 is provided on the front.

Further, the pump 110 takes in external air from the intake port 132. The air taken in from the air inlet 132 is mixed with the bath water and bubble-injected from the lower water outlet 106.

The control device 102 includes a valve control device 126 and a pump control device 128. The console 130 accepts user operations. The console 130 issues an instruction to the valve control device 126 according to this operation input. The valve control device 126 is connected to an external power line 136 and sends a control signal to the switching valve 112 to operate the switching valve 112. As will be described later, the valve control device 126 can cause the switching valve 112 to automatically execute predetermined control according to a built-in program. The valve control device 126 further transfers a part of the command from the console 130 to the pump control device 128. The pump control device 128 is also connected to an external power line 136, and controls the pump 110 by sending various control signals to the pump 110.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view of the water inlet 104 and the lower water outlet 106.
Bathtub water is sucked in from the water inlet 104 next to the cup 134 and supplied to the pump 110. On the other hand, the air taken in from the air inlet 132 and the bathtub water flowing through the lower water conduit 120 are mixed and injected from the lower water outlet 106. Note that it is not essential to take in air from the intake port 132, and only a water flow may be injected from the lower water discharge port 106.

FIG. 5 is an external view of the switching valve 112.
The switching valve 112 is a known spherical valve, and rotates with the water guide direction of the common water guide passage 116 as an axial direction. As described above, the switching valve 112 is provided at a position (branch point 138) that branches from the common water conduit 116 to the upper water conduit 118 and the lower water conduit 120. In accordance with a control signal from the valve control device 126, the switching valve 112 rotates. In addition, the user may be able to rotate the switching valve 112 directly, that is, not physically, but physically.

The switching valve 112 has the following three states.
(1) Full communication state The upper conduit 118, the lower conduit 120, and the common conduit 116 are all in communication. Actually, only half of the path from the upper water conduit 118 to the lower water conduit 120 is opened, but may be fully opened.
(2) Lower open state The upper water conduit 118 is closed and only the common water conduit 116 and the lower water conduit 120 communicate with each other.
(3) Upper open state The lower water conduit 120 is closed, and only the common water conduit 116 and the upper water conduit 118 communicate with each other.

FIG. 6A to FIG. 6C are diagrams schematically showing the control state of the switching valve 112.
FIG. 6A shows a fully opened state.
The upper water outlet 108 is above the branch point 138. For this reason, when the operation is stopped, a small amount of residual water in the upper water conduit 118 flows toward the branch point. At this time, if the switching valve 112 blocks the upper water conduit 118, residual water cannot be excluded, and germs are likely to propagate. Therefore, when the pump control device 128 sends an operation stop instruction to the pump 110, the valve control device 126 transmits a control signal to the switching valve 112, and sets the switching valve 112 to the full-flow state. Thereby, the residual water adhering to the pipe wall of the upper water conduit 118 flows into the lower water conduit 120 without being obstructed by the switching valve 112 at the branch point 138. The remaining water in the lower conduit 120 is discharged from the water inlet 104 into the bathtub. By such a control method, the remaining water in each conduit, in particular, the upper conduit 118 is effectively removed, and the conduit is kept clean.

FIG. 6B shows the lower open state.
When the bather selects the lower water discharge port 106 during operation of the water discharge device 124, the valve control device 126 sets the switching valve 112 in the lower open state. Thus, the water pumped up from the water inlet 104 is jetted only from the lower water outlet 106.

Further, when the bather gives an instruction to start the operation of the water discharging device 124, the valve control device 126 sets the switching valve 112 in the lower open state, and then the pump control device 128 drives the pump 110. When the water discharge device 124 starts operation, if cold bath water or hot bath water is discharged from the upper water discharge port 108 to the exposed skin of the bather, there is a possibility that the bather will be uncomfortable. On the other hand, since the water discharged from the lower water outlet 106 is discharged in the bathtub water, even if it is an unexpected discharge, there is a low possibility that the bather is uncomfortable.

Further, even when the pump 110 is erroneously operated during cleaning of the bathtub or the like, if the water is discharged from the upper water outlet 108 at a high position, the clothes may be wetted. Therefore, at the start of operation, the upper water outlet 108 is closed, and automatic setting is made so that water is discharged from the lower water outlet 106.

FIG. 6C shows the upper open state.
When the bather selects the upper water discharge port 108 during operation of the water discharge device 124, the valve control device 126 sets the switching valve 112 to the upper open state. Thus, the water pumped up from the water inlet 104 is jetted only from the upper water outlet 108.

Finally, the possibility of sticking of the switching valve 112 and countermeasures will be described.
If the switching valve 112 has not been moved for a long period of time, the rotating shaft of the switching valve 112 may stick and become difficult to move. Therefore, the valve control device 126 counts the elapsed time since the switching valve 112 was last moved, and automatically rotates the switching valve 112 when a predetermined time, for example, 48 hours elapses. Such automatic control can prevent the switching valve 112 from sticking. Further, when the switching valve 112 does not move as instructed even when the switching valve 112 is moved according to a user instruction or automatically, the valve control device 126 may issue a reactivation instruction to the switching valve 112. Good. Thus, the switching valve 112 may be appropriately moved before it is completely fixed.

In addition, the switching valve 112 may be automatically moved at a predetermined time. For example, the switching valve 112 may be automatically moved during winter when the switching valve 112 is freezing, such as at dawn.

The present invention has been described based on the embodiments. The embodiments are exemplifications, and it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various modifications can be made to combinations of the respective constituent elements and processing processes, and such modifications are within the scope of the present invention. .

In the present embodiment, two lower water outlets 106 and one upper water outlet 108 have been described (see FIGS. 2 and 3). Needless to say, the lower water outlet 106, the upper water outlet 108, and the water inlet 104. The number of is arbitrary.

The bather expects warm water to be applied to the neck and shoulder from the upper water outlet 108. Therefore, when the temperature of the bath water is lower than a predetermined value or higher than a predetermined value, the lower open state may be set so that water is not discharged from the upper water outlet 108.

A human sensor may be installed in the bathroom, and when the human sensor does not detect a person, it may be opened downward to prevent upper water discharge, or the operation of the pump 110 may be prohibited. It is meaningless to operate the water discharge device 124 when no one is present, and in particular, it is not preferable in terms of thermal efficiency to pump the bath water up to the upper water discharge port 108 and discharge it.

The valve control device 126 may automatically control the switching valve 112 according to a predetermined algorithm even when the water discharge device 124 is in operation. For example, if the bathing time is 10 minutes, a program may be set in which water is discharged from the lower spout 106 for the first 5 minutes and discharged from the upper spout 108 for the next 5 minutes.

The pump 110 may positively exclude the remaining water in the upper water conduit 118 by sucking air from the upper water outlet 108 when the operation is stopped. Alternatively, the pump 110 may blow off the remaining water from the upper water conduit 118 from the upper water outlet 108 by discharging the air taken in from the air inlet 132 from the upper water outlet 108.
