The railway vehicle according to claim 2 is the railway vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the outer panel includes a projecting portion whose upper edge side projects to the vehicle inner side from the upper edge of the inner panel, and the outer panel and the inner panel A gap is formed between the upper edge of the panel in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle height direction, and an air outlet for the air conditioning duct is provided in the gap.

The railway vehicle according to claim 3 is the railway vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the outer panel includes an overhanging portion whose upper edge projects from the upper edge of the inner panel to the vehicle inner side. A gap is formed between the upper edge of the panel in the vehicle body width direction and the vehicle height direction, and an illumination device is provided in the gap.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the railway vehicle according to any one of the first to third aspects, the inner panel is formed such that an edge in a vehicle body length direction is not parallel to a vertical line with respect to a floor surface.

The railway vehicle according to claim 5 is the railway vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising a joint portion disposed between the adjacent outer panels and overlaid on the outer panel from the outside of the vehicle. The part is integrated with one of the adjacent outer panels.

The railway vehicle according to a sixth aspect is the one according to the fifth aspect, wherein the plurality of outer panels include a first outer panel in which the joint portions are integrated on both edges in a vehicle body length direction, and a first outer panel thereof. A second outer panel on which both edges in the vehicle body length direction are superimposed on the joint portion of the panel.

According to the railway vehicle of the first aspect, the plurality of windows are arranged on the side structure at predetermined intervals in the vehicle body length direction. When viewed in the vehicle body width direction, the plurality of outer panels are attached to the side structure so that the window is positioned inside the opening that penetrates the outer panel in the thickness direction. A plurality of inner panels are attached to the inner side of the outer panel so as to cover the opening with the inner panel so that the window opening penetrating the inner panel in the thickness direction is aligned with the window of the side structure. Apart from the adjustment at the time of attaching the outer panel to the side structure, the window opening of the inner panel and the window of the side structure can be matched.

Since the inner panel is overlapped so as to cover the opening of the outer panel, it is not necessary to match the opening with the window opening or the window, and the adjustment work when the outer panel is attached to the side structure can be simplified. As a result, there is an effect that the adjustment work at the time of mounting the outer panel and the inner panel can be simplified.

According to the railway vehicle of the second aspect, the outer panel includes the overhanging portion where the upper edge side projects to the vehicle inner side than the upper edge of the inner panel. A gap is formed between the outer panel and the upper edge of the inner panel in the vehicle width direction and the vehicle height direction, and an air outlet for the air conditioning duct is provided in the gap. The air outlet of the air conditioning duct is made difficult to see from the inside of the vehicle, and the air from the gap portion can be released into the vehicle along the overhanging portion, so that the air conditioning function can be improved without impairing the air conditioning function. There is.

According to the railway vehicle of the third aspect, the outer panel includes the overhanging portion whose upper edge side projects to the vehicle inner side than the upper edge of the inner panel. A gap is formed between the outer panel and the upper edge of the inner panel in the vehicle body width direction and the vehicle height direction, and a lighting device is provided in the gap. Since it is possible to illuminate the interior of the vehicle by reflecting the light from the gap portion at the projecting portion while making the illumination device difficult to see from the interior of the vehicle, the appearance of the illumination device can be improved without impairing the function of the illumination device. There is an effect that can be done.

According to the railway vehicle of the fourth aspect, since the edge of the inner panel in the vehicle body length direction is formed non-parallel to the vertical line with respect to the floor surface, the inner panel can be mounted even if it is mounted inclined. The inclination of the panel can be made inconspicuous. Since there is no need to attach the inner panel with high accuracy, in addition to the effect of any one of claims 1 to 3, there is an effect that the adjustment work at the time of attaching the inner panel can be simplified.

According to the railway vehicle of claim 5, since the joint portion disposed between the adjacent outer panels is overlapped on the outer panel from the vehicle outer side, the gap between the adjacent outer panels is covered by the joint portion from the vehicle outer side. I can improve the appearance. Since the joint portion is integrated with one of the adjacent outer panels, the work of attaching the joint portion to the outer panel or the side structure separately from the attachment of the outer panel to the side structure can be omitted. Therefore, in addition to the effect of any one of claims 1 to 4, there is an effect that the appearance can be improved while omitting the joint work of the joint.

According to the railway vehicle of the sixth aspect, the plurality of outer panels include a first outer panel in which joint portions are integrated at both edges in the vehicle body length direction, and a vehicle body length at the joint portion of the first outer panel. A second outer panel on which both edges of the direction are overlapped. By removing the inner panel, only one second outer panel can be easily removed from the side structure. Further, the first outer panel can be removed from the side structure by removing the two second outer panels overlapping the joint portion of the first outer panel from the side structure. As a result, in addition to the effect of the fifth aspect, there is an effect that the work of removing the first outer panel and the second outer panel from the side structure can be simplified.

It is a cutting part end view of interior panel 10 in. In FIG. 5, the cargo rack 17 and the lower wall portion 18 are illustrated by a two-dot chain line.

As shown in FIG. 4, the railway vehicle 11 joins a frame (not shown), a side structure 15 (see FIG. 6), a roof structure (not shown), and a wife structure (not shown) to each other. A floor surface 12, a ceiling 13, a side wall 14 and a partition on which seats (not shown) are arranged by attaching a flooring material or a plate material (including the interior panel 10) to the inside of the structure via a mounting bracket (not shown). A guest room surrounded by (not shown) is formed. In addition, the attachment method of the floor material and board | plate material to each structure is not specifically limited. For example, a floor material or a plate material can be attached to each structure by screwing, fitting, or hook-and-loop fastener. Moreover, a flooring and a board | plate material can be directly attached to each structure, omitting an attachment bracket.

In the side structure 15, a plurality of windows 16 are arranged at predetermined intervals in the vehicle body length direction (left and right direction in FIG. 4). The side wall 14 includes a cargo rack 17 projecting inward in the vehicle body width direction (vertical direction in FIG. 4) and a lower wall portion 18 rising from the floor surface 12, and includes a plurality of interior panels 10 arranged in the vehicle body length direction. From the lower wall part 18 to the front-end | tip of the loading shelf 17 is comprised.

The plurality of interior panels 10 are arranged such that the window 16 is aligned with the window opening 31 of the inner panel 30. The shape and dimensions of the window opening 31 are set so that the window 16 is accommodated inside the window opening 31 when viewed from the front (viewed in the vehicle body width direction from the inside of the vehicle). In addition, the window opening 31 is not limited to be larger than the window 16, but the window opening 31 can be set smaller than the window 16, or the window 16 and the window opening 31 can be set to the same shape and size. is there.

As shown in FIG. 5, the upper inclined portion 23 a of the outer panel 20 protrudes to the vehicle inner side from the upper edge 30 a of the inner panel 30, and the lower inclined portion 23 b of the outer panel 20 to the vehicle inner side of the lower edge 30 b of the inner panel 30. Overhangs. In the interior panel 10, a gap C is formed by separating the upper inclined portion 23 a and the upper edge 30 a of the inner panel 30 in the vehicle body width direction and the vehicle height direction. On the other hand, there is no gap between the lower inclined portion 23 b and the lower edge 30 b of the inner panel 30. In addition, in order to suppress rubbing and displacement between the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 due to vibration of the vehicle body, a sheet (not shown) having elasticity such as rubber between the lower inclined portion 23b and the lower edge 30b of the inner panel 30. It is possible to eliminate the gap between the lower inclined portion 23b and the lower edge 30b of the inner panel 30.

The gap C is an opening that communicates the space outside the vehicle (between the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 and the side structure 15) with respect to the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 and the interior of the vehicle (guest room). The curved surface shape of the outer panel 20 (upper inclined portion 23a) and the curved surface shape of the inner panel 30 are set so that the gap portion C is narrowed toward the inside of the vehicle.

An air conditioning duct 19 to which air is sent from an air conditioner (not shown) is connected to an end of the clearance C outside the vehicle, and the clearance C functions as an air outlet of the air conditioning duct 19 (air conditioning in the clearance C). The air outlet of the duct 19 is provided). While making it difficult to see the air outlet of the air conditioning duct 19 from the inside of the vehicle, the air from the gap portion C can be released into the vehicle along the upper inclined portion 23a constituting the lower surface of the cargo rack 17, so that the air conditioning function is not impaired. I can do it well.

Since the outer panel 20 (the upper inclined portion 23a and the upper edge 20a side of the frame portion 22) extends to the tip of the cargo rack 17, the air released from the gap C is caused to follow the outer panel 20 along the vehicle body in the vehicle. It can be led to the center in the width direction. Further, the gap C (blower) between the upper inclined portion 23a and the inner panel 30 narrows toward the vehicle inner side, and the upper inclined portion 23a is formed in a concave curved shape toward the vehicle inner side. Can be easily applied to the upper inclined portion 23a. As a result, it is possible to easily guide the air discharged from the gap C along the outer panel 20 to the center in the vehicle body width direction in the vehicle.

In addition, it is not limited to the case where the gap portion C is narrowed toward the inner side of the vehicle, but the gap portion C is formed so as to be widened toward the inner side of the vehicle, or the flow passage cross-sectional area of the gap portion C is formed to be constant. Is possible. When the gap C is widened toward the inside of the vehicle, the wind speed of the air released from the gap C can be reduced with respect to the wind speed of the air released from the air conditioning duct 19 to the gap C. The flow can be made difficult for passengers to feel.

As shown in FIG. 6, the laterally inclined portion 23 c of the outer panel 20 projects beyond the lateral edge 30 c of the inner panel 30 to the vehicle inner side. The interior panel 10 has no gap between the laterally inclined portion 23 c and the lateral edge 30 c of the inner panel 30. In addition, in order to suppress rubbing and displacement between the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 due to vibration of the vehicle body, a sheet (not shown) having elasticity such as rubber between the laterally inclined portion 23c and the lateral edge 30c of the inner panel 30. It is possible to eliminate the gap between the laterally inclined portion 23c and the lateral edge 30c of the inner panel 30.

A joint portion 24 provided on the lateral edge 20d of the outer panel 20 is overlapped on the lateral edge 20c side of the adjacent outer panel 20 from the outside of the vehicle. Since the joint part 24 is arrange | positioned between the adjacent outer panels 20, the clearance gap between the adjacent outer panels 20 is covered with the joint part 24 from the vehicle outer side, and it can improve appearance. When the joint portion 24 is configured separately from the outer panel 20, it is necessary to attach the outer panel 20 to the side structure 15 after the joint portion 24 is attached to the side structure 15 or the outer panel 20. In the present embodiment, since the joint portion 24 is integrated with one of the adjacent outer panels 20, the joint portion 24 is attached to the side structure 15 and the outer panel 20 separately from the attachment of the outer panel 20 to the side structure 15. Work can be omitted. Therefore, the appearance can be improved while omitting the mounting work of the joint portion 24.

A predetermined gap is provided between the lateral edge 20c of the outer panel 20 and the joint portion 24, and an elastic material such as rubber is provided between the lateral edge 20c side of the outer panel 20 and the joint portion 24 in order to close the gap. 25 is provided. By the gap between the horizontal edge 20c and the joint portion 24, it is possible to suppress rubbing and collision noise between the horizontal edge 20c of the outer panel 20 and the joint portion 24. Furthermore, by adjusting the crushing amount of the elastic member 25 between the side edge 20c side of the outer panel 20 and the joint portion 24, in the adjacent outer panel 20, the height from the joint portion 24 to the side edge 20c, and the joint The height from the part 24 to the horizontal edge 20d can be made the same, and the appearance can be improved.

Next, returning to FIG. 4, the attachment work and adjustment work of the interior panel 10 to the side structure 15 will be described. First, the plurality of outer panels 20 are attached to the side structure 15 so that the window 16 is positioned inside the opening 21. At this time, the outer panel 20 is placed in order from the vehicle body length direction end portion (left side in FIG. 4) of the side structure 15 so that the side edge 20c side of the outer panel 20 overlaps the joint portion 24 of the outer panel 20 attached to the side structure 15. Install. By adjusting the overlap margin between the joint portion 24 and the outer panel 20, a dimensional error in the vehicle body length direction of the side structure 15 can be absorbed.

Next, the window opening 31 is aligned with the window 16, the inner panel 30 is stacked on the vehicle interior side of the outer panel 20 so as to cover the opening 21, and the plurality of inner panels 30 are attached to the side structures 15. Apart from the adjustment when the outer panel 20 is attached to the side structure 15, the window 16 and the window opening 31 can be matched. Further, since the inner panel 30 is overlapped so as to cover the opening 21 of the outer panel 20, it is not necessary to match the opening 21 with the window opening 31 or the window 16, and adjustment when the outer panel 20 is attached to the side structure 15. Work can be simplified. As a result, the adjustment work at the time of mounting the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 can be simplified.

According to the interior panel 10 of the railway vehicle 11 as described above, the inner panel 30 is stacked on the inner side of the outer panel 20, so that the inner panel 30 is removed without removing the outer panel 20 and maintenance such as replacement of the window 16 is performed. Can do. Therefore, the maintenance work of the window 16 can be simplified while simplifying the adjustment work when the outer panel 20 and the inner panel 30 are attached.

Since the horizontal edge 30c of the inner panel 30 is formed in a curved shape over the vehicle height direction, the inclination of the inner panel 30 can be made inconspicuous even if the inner panel 30 is attached to the floor surface 12 while being inclined. Since it is not necessary to attach the inner panel 30 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the inner panel 30 is attached can be simplified. The horizontal edge 30c of the inner panel 30 is not limited to be formed in a curved shape over the vehicle height direction, and the horizontal edge 30c of the inner panel 30 is not parallel to the vertical line with respect to the floor surface 12. It is possible to form a part in a straight line. Similarly, in this case, even if the inner panel 30 is attached to the floor 12 with an inclination, the inclination of the inner panel 30 can be made inconspicuous, and the adjustment work when the inner panel 30 is attached can be simplified.

Since the lateral edge 30c of the inner panel 30 and the lateral edge 20c of the outer panel 20 are formed non-parallel to each other over the vehicle height direction, the displacement and inclination of the inner panel 30 with respect to the outer panel 20 can be made inconspicuous. Since it is not necessary to attach the inner panel 30 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the inner panel 30 is attached can be simplified. Since the lateral edge 30c of the inner panel 30 and the boundary between the laterally inclined portion 23c and the frame portion 22 are formed non-parallel to each other over the vehicle height direction, the displacement and inclination of the inner panel 30 with respect to the outer panel 20 are conspicuous. It can be difficult. Since it is not necessary to attach the inner panel 30 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the inner panel 30 is attached can be simplified.

Since the inner panel 30 is stacked on the central portion 23 that is recessed toward the vehicle outer side from the frame portion 22 toward the periphery of the opening portion 21, and the inner panel 30 is positioned on the vehicle outer side than the frame portion 22, the curved shape of the central portion 23 Therefore, the displacement and inclination of the inner panel 30 with respect to the outer panel 20 can be made inconspicuous. Since it is not necessary to attach the inner panel 30 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the inner panel 30 is attached can be simplified.

Since the horizontal edges 20c and 20d (gap between the adjacent outer panels 20) of the adjacent outer panels 20 are formed non-parallel to each other over the vehicle height direction, the displacement and inclination of the outer panels 20 can be made inconspicuous. Since it is not necessary to attach the outer panel 20 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the outer panel 20 is attached can be simplified.

Since the upper edge 20a of the outer panel 20 that is the tip of the load shelf 17 is formed in a curved shape that protrudes outward, the displacement of the outer panel 20 in the vehicle body width direction can be made inconspicuous. Since the lower edge 20b of the outer panel 20 is formed in an outwardly convex curved shape, it is possible to make the outer panel 20 misaligned in the vehicle height direction and the inclination of the outer panel 20 with respect to the lower wall portion 18 are inconspicuous. As a result, since it is not necessary to attach the outer panel 20 with high accuracy, the adjustment work when the outer panel 20 is attached can be simplified. A slight gap is generated between the lower edge 20b and the lower wall portion 18 by the curved lower edge 20b. By closing this gap with an elastic body (not shown) such as rubber, it is possible to suppress rubbing and displacement between the outer panel 20 and the lower wall portion 18 due to vibration of the vehicle body.

Since the outer panel 20 has the lateral edges 20c and 20d side projecting to the vehicle inner side, various wirings, ducts and the like can be provided between the lateral edges 20c and 20d side of the outer panel 20 and the side structure 15 to effectively use the space. As the interior panel 10 is recessed outward from the frame portion 22 of the outer panel 20 toward the inner panel 30 by the central portion 23, the cabin space can be increased. By arranging a seat (not shown) in the vehicle body length direction for each interior panel 10, passengers sitting on the seat can feel a sense of individuality by the interior panel 10 recessed toward the outside of the vehicle. Furthermore, since the outer panel 20 extends to the front end of the load rack 17, the passenger can feel a sense of individuality that is wrapped by the interior panel 10.

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In 1st Embodiment, the case where the outer panel 20 in which the joint part 24 is provided in the horizontal edge 20d was arranged in the vehicle body length direction was demonstrated. On the other hand, in the second embodiment, the first outer panel 41 in which the joint portions 24 are provided on the lateral edges 20c and 20d and the second outer panel 42 in which the joint portions 24 are not present on the lateral edges 20c and 20d are alternately mounted on the vehicle body. The case where it arranges in a length direction is demonstrated. In addition, about the part same as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the following description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram of the interior panel 40 in the second embodiment. In FIG. 7, the side structure 15 is omitted. As shown in FIG. 7, the interior panel 40 includes an inner panel 30, a first outer panel 41 projecting from the lateral edges 20 c and 20 d in the vehicle body length direction in the vehicle body length direction, and a joint portion of the first outer panel 41. 24, the 2nd outer panel 42 with which the horizontal edges 20c and 20d each overlap is provided.

In order to attach the first outer panel 41 and the second outer panel 42 to the side structure 15 (see FIG. 6), first, the plurality of windows 16 are positioned so that the window 16 (see FIG. 4) is positioned inside the opening 21. A plurality of first outer panels 41 are attached to the side structure 15 every other one. Next, the plurality of second outer panels 42 are respectively attached to the side structures 15 between the plurality of first outer panels 41 so that the window 16 is positioned inside the opening 21. Thereby, the lateral edges 20c and 20d of the second outer panel 42 are overlapped on the vehicle interior side of the joint portion 24 of the first outer panel 41.

In the first embodiment, since the joint 24 is provided on the lateral edge 20d of the outer panel 20 and the lateral edge 20c is overlapped with the joint 24, the vehicle body of the lateral structure 15 can be removed from the lateral structure 15. It is necessary to remove the outer panel 20 in order from the end in the length direction. Therefore, the work of removing the outer panel 20 is troublesome.

In the present embodiment, removing the inner panel 30 eliminates the overlap of the second outer panel 42 with the vehicle interior side, so that only one second outer panel 42 can be easily removed from the side structure 15. Further, the first outer panel 41 can be removed from the side structure 15 by removing the two second outer panels 42 overlapping the joint portion 24 of the first outer panel 41 from the side structure 15. As a result, the work of removing the first outer panel 41 and the second outer panel 42 from the side structure 15 can be simplified while the joint part 24 is integrated with the first outer panel 41 and the joint work of the joint part 24 is omitted.

The 2nd outer panel 42 can be manufactured by cut | disconnecting the joint part 24 of the 1st outer panel 41 from the horizontal edges 20c and 20d. Compared to the case where the first outer panel 41 and the second outer panel 42 are manufactured from scratch, the first outer panel 41 can be used to manufacture the second outer panel 42. Therefore, the manufacturing process of the second outer panel 42 is simplified. And cost reduction by diverting parts.

Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. In 1st Embodiment, the case where the blower outlet of the air-conditioning duct 19 was provided in the clearance gap C was demonstrated. On the other hand, 3rd Embodiment demonstrates the case where the illuminating device 51 is provided in the clearance gap C. FIG. In addition, about the part same as 1st Embodiment, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected and the following description is abbreviate | omitted.

FIG. 8 is a cutaway end view of the interior panel 10 of the railway vehicle 50 according to the third embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the railway vehicle 50 is provided with a lighting device 51 in the gap C of the interior panel 10. The lighting device 51 is attached to the upper inclined portion 23 a and is hidden from the vehicle inner side by the inner panel 30. Since the fixture for attaching the lighting device 51 to the upper inclined portion 23a can be hidden by the inner panel 30, the appearance can be improved. In addition, it is possible to attach the illuminating device 51 to the side structure 15 (refer FIG. 6) not only when attaching the illuminating device 51 to the upper inclination part 23a. Thereby, the process which attaches the illuminating device 51 to the upper inclination part 23a at the time of attachment of the interior panel 10 can be skipped.

The light of the lighting device 51 is reflected on the upper inclined portion 23 a and the back surface of the inner panel 30 so that the light is irradiated from the gap portion C to the inside of the vehicle, and the light from the gap portion C constitutes the lower surface of the cargo rack 17. The interior of the vehicle can be illuminated by being reflected by the inclined portion 23a. Since the interior of the vehicle can be illuminated by the reflection of light while making the illumination device 51 difficult to see from the interior of the vehicle, the appearance can be improved without impairing the function of the illumination device 51.

Since the upper inclined portion 23a is formed in a concave curved shape toward the inside of the vehicle, the lower side (seat side) of the vehicle can be illuminated by the light reflected by the upper inclined portion 23a. Since the outer panel 20 extends to the tip of the cargo rack 17, the light reflected from the upper inclined portion 23a can illuminate the lower side (seat side) in the vehicle over the vehicle body width direction. In addition, when providing an illuminating device in the clearance gap C, the color (for example, light colors, such as white) and a state of the surface of the outer panel 20 (upper inclination part 23a) and the back surface of the inner panel 30 so that light may be reflected easily. (For example, a mirror surface state with less unevenness) is set.

The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention. It can be easily guessed. For example, the shapes and dimensions of the outer panel 20 (the first outer panel 41 and the second outer panel 42), the inner panel 30, and the like are examples, and it is natural to adopt various shapes and dimensions.

In the first embodiment, the case where the inner panel 30 is attached to the side structure 15 has been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited thereto, and it is naturally possible to attach the inner panel 30 to the outer panel 20. The method for attaching the inner panel 30 to the outer panel 20 is not particularly limited. For example, the inner panel 30 can be attached to the outer panel 20 by screwing, fitting, or hook-and-loop fasteners.

In the first and second embodiments, the case where the joint portion 24 is integrated with the outer panel 20 or the first outer panel 41 has been described. However, the present invention is not necessarily limited to this, and between adjacent outer panels. Of course, it is possible to attach a joint (plate material) separate from the outer panel to the side structure 15 or the outer panel so as to be disposed and overlapped with the outer panel from the outside of the vehicle. When the joint portion is attached to the side structure 15, any outer panel can be easily removed.
