自動車のサイド・ミラーの角度調整用のモーターを内蔵した部品を歯科診療台の照明器具に取り付けたことにより、電動で照射角度を上下左右自由に調整できるようにした。
照明器具の上下左右の角度調整のスイッチは、直感的に調整できるジョイ・スティック型を選択した。
また照射角度を電動で調整できる照明器具のスイッチをフット・スイッチ型のタイプも作製することにより、診療中に両手が塞がっていても照明器具の角度を足で調整することが可能である。
